Zachary took really good care of me. I had two maintenance preventive procedures done that I knew were going to take time. That s okay. I was comfortable in your waiting area and met an old friend and made a new friend - Dale Weaver, old friend and Mr Bob Herron from Columbus, new friend. So all was good. I have two more procedures that need tending. will be making an appt for them as soon as I have the time and can get these scheduled before too many more miles roll up on my Acadia.

I went for my first oil change. They rotated my tires and my truck pulls to the right now. I moved my tires back to their original place and it still pulls to the right now. Not sure what would have caused this as I had no alignment problems before. I had appointment time and only had to wait about one hour.

I purchased my car from Sewell GMC in Dallas who has the absolute best service. This place has the exact opposite. Two extremely negative experiences resulting in four hours of wasted time and zero solutions to fixing my car.Save your time and money and do not go here. Drive to the dealership in Columbus or go to R&M in Starkville for honest and reliable work.Stay away from Cannon service if you want your car to run properly.

Most Excellent, I drove my 2013 chevrolet silverado 2500HD from Tallahassee after a weekend DEF slow down and repair to West Point for Thanksgiving and again a check engine light. Techs at Cannon found that the DEF sprayer tube part was broken again but the tip was broken inside the tube, installed improperly, had broken off inside the rubber tube. Was out before noon Monday after Thanksgiving. Yeh! with so many in backlog also. Thanks to all techs.

Took my car in for a diagnostic. They wanted me to trade my car in to them for a little of nothing so they could repair & mark the price up on it. Not happening. Try it with someone who doesn't know about cars. Definitely won't be returning.

About eight months ago, I was needing a new car so my husband told me to see what Cannon Motors in West Point had. I looked on their website, thinking that I wanted a Buick Encore, because I loved my Enclave but I thought it was time to go smaller. There was a Buick Envision listed, and when I realized it was between the Enclave and Encore in size, we drove over to see it. Michael Cox worked diligently with us to work out the details and we actually traded in our Enclave and left with the Envision. I loved that car! Sadly, six months into loving that car, I was rear-ended in Birmingham and the Envision was totaled. We were scheduled for a road trip out west the following week. I naturally called Michael Cox and told him what I wanted and needed. At a time where new and nearly-new cars were scarce, Michael helped me find a car that met my needs and we were on our way out west on schedule, only a week after my wreck. I would recommend Michael Cox at Cannon Motors in West Point to anyone looking for a great car. It s nice to know you can rely on someone like him.

The folks in West Point deliver again! Today makes the 7th vehicle I ve purchased from them. Joe Pollard never disappoints. I found this 2021 Wrangler on the site Friday night and wrote Joe about it around 9:15pm. At the time, I didn t realize it was that late, but Joe responded within minutes. He didn t have all the info I needed, but as soon as he got to work Saturday morning, he got me everything I needed. This dealership gives you a personal feel. They treat their customers like family instead of just another customer. You don t always find that high quality customer service at other dealerships. I recommend Canon Motors in West Point, and I highly recommend Joe Pollard! You ll be happy you shopped here.

I am in such distraught after my visit there. I hate that I even went there. I'll start from the top, once we agreed to the price of the vehicle, they ran my credit and made me sign on the three monthly payment options without even telling me that they added $20,000 worth of insurances, warranties and protection plans to drive the cost of the vehicle up (which I just found out because they tried to keep this hidden from me). My husband and I looked confused when they showed me my monthly payment options because we thought they were rather high for the price. However, the sales person assured that it was "simple interest." They never told me what the final price of the vehicle was, nor did they ASK me if I wanted these options. However, because I TRUSTED them and the fact that it was unbeknownst to us that they added these optional services at the time, we signed the paperwork.This made me feel uneasy, and I wanted to talk to the finance person. After trying several times, I finally got him on the phone, I mentioned that the payment seemed high and he said that it was the interest, he never mentioned that he products and services that he upsold me on. I asked to see a "breakdown" of the charges he said he couldn't do it. So I remembered the term "bill of sale" (which he knew that is what I meant) which I never received in this "new paperwork" he had me to sign. He finally emailed this to me Thursday and that is how I saw all of the charges. I later did the math to realize that the new paperwork that I had to come and re-sign was a Disability insurance that he neither told me about nor did I sign off on but he included in the price of the vehicle which is the reason why they told the LIE that he "reworked a warranty" because the price of the warranty remained the same.
