My wife and I had stopped at Lowe's on HWY 45 in West Point Mississippi our battery went completely dead called autozone, spoke to Kia. She brought me a brand new battery and the tools to replace it. And waited for me to replace it out. She was an extraordinarily pleasant person and an outstanding employee. She went up and above what she had to do. We are a autozone customer for life.

So thankful for Kia she was willing to put both my light bulbs in my 2017 Kia Forte LX, even while she was off work she still was ready an willing to help me . She s the best ! If I could give her 10 stars I would ! Highly recommend them !!

Bought a battery from autozone had 3 year replacement took in January because truck wouldn't start told them to change battery out they charged it and told me I was good. He comes the the winter months and battery doing same thing and they would change battery. Never buying from this location again. Please use napa Spoke with regional manager will never buy from autozone again don't need hand out. If I pay for a 3 year warranty.stand by it

I would like to sayI would like to say that the best experience I have ever had at a Parts House in my life happened todayI met a man named JrAt the AutoZone in West Point MississippiHe was the most caring most helpful and most doing your job guy I have ever met.We were on our way to see our daughter in Pontotoc And we had no brake lights or tail lights.He came from behind his WARM desk outside to the DEEP FREEZE to help usHe not only was helpful and friendlyWe are now exiting the store with both,BRAKE LIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHTSTHANKS BRO.What you done is not learned in trainingIt's just a good person lending a helping hand10STARS
