The whole Dcc UPG propane google reviews a lot of them are not legit reviews. Examples. Carter Craig is the son of the district manager of Dcc upg propane a minor they preside in Selma TN. Katie Loper daughter of Sherry Katie at the time of the review did not havePropane at her residence. Tim Palmer is the wife of Sherry they do not have propane at their residence. Jimmy Robinson and Jason Sanders is an employee of upg Dcc propane. Dcc Upg managers told their employees to just get whoever to give a 5 review because said the higher reviews are the first ones to shows up when google propane business. This was company wide not just the plant in Mississippi that was told to do false 5 reviews.

Ms. Elizabeth is absolutely the best for looking out for her customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers have gas. In an era where customer service is severely lacking Ms. Elizabeth makes sure her customers get the attention and service they need.

Had our tank installed today. Was so very pleased. The service man found a leak in our gas line. We had been telling the other gas company that we had been smelling gas and was using a lot more gas than normal. They stated there was no problem. So very happy about switching to Pearl River.

Got my propane to me super fast. Office manager is the nicest lady i've every spoken to. Super friendly. Would definitelyrecommended!

So far I have not had any issues with upg. I ve had excellent service and no customer service problems. Sometimes it is a little difficult to get them on the phone, but I usually do. I would and have recommended them. I have been with this company for somewhere around 10 years

Do yourselves a favor and go to a different company. Pearl River Propane is not worth your time or money. I ve had to deal with them for over three weeks now, and I wish I had just gone to a different company like their EMPLOYEE told me to. We went 13 day with no gas, when we had already paid them. Finally ended up calling a different company and they came within 3 hours AND were cheaper (didn t charge us for a pressure test either). Still waiting on the refund from Pearl River. I was nice and then I had to get ugly with them. But, they don t care about the customer or all the people they have inconvenienced with their lies and poor customer service skills. The home office is no different. I called for 14 days, left 30+ voicemails and only got a call back after I talked to someone in charge of account refunds. Run... take your business elsewhere. You will be glad you did. I ended up having to take the matter to the BBB. Guess what? They can t get ahold of them either. Imagine that.

I started calling Monday, 1/14/18 telling them we were about out of gas. I called numerous times. Then Tuesday, we ran out completely, during the coldest days we've had since 1996! We spend the night freezing under every blanket we had. This is Thursday, and we STILL have no gas! Again, we spent the night freezing under a pile of blankets. I have called more than a dozen times. 10 times I had to leave a voicemail because no one would answer. Two times I finally got someone to answer and they told me we would have gas by the end of the day. STILL no gas! My husband and I are in our 70s and have arthritis, so this cold is causing us both to be in severe pain. What does it take to get someone to bring us gas? We are paying customers and have been since we started using them! You would think a company would make families with small children and/or elderly customers their priority! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! Bring us some gas!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We prepay for our propane every year and call for it to be delivered when needed. It has been 2 weeks since we have called to get it delivered and it has still not been delivered. We are down to 2% of gas. This is our only source of heat for our home. Everyday we are told it is out for delivery but it never comes. Getting through to the office is near impossible and the main office will just hang up on you.

If I could give it 0 stars I sure would.... We prepay every year and our last bill says we owe, and we do not, been trying to get ahold of them with no response!!! The Service is awful! You have to constantly call, and leave messages! If your lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone they tell you they will get to you (could be a week or so later) by that time your having to call a million times again because your about out of propane! There is always normally a different person that delivers! Just awful customer service all the way around!!! We have called them 3 times in 2 days (due to receipt being wrong) and left messages with no response...Every time you need propane it's like ring around the rosey...

You pay your gas and it take two weeks to get it. My children got sick because we had to deal with no gas. The second time I had to go rent a hotel room for two days because of no gas come home still no gas . Still waiting they don't think it cold well news flash IT'S COLD AND J GOT SIX BABIES

My elderly parents have been without gas for THREE DAYS during the record cold temps of January 2018. These people haven't responded to the 10 messages and they never answer the phone. Horrendous service and even worse people. How dare they?!?!?!?
