I got stranded on the interstate just outside Vicksburg MS, Wards Towing was recommended by a local mechanic. The lady on the phone was very sweet and helpful. The driver was friendly and got my truck loaded quickly. They towed me to the mechanic shop in no time at a very fair price. I m glad they were around to help me in a bad situation. Shoutout to Wendy in dispatch, and Will the driver; I broke down just outside of Vicksburg traveling back to Mobile, AL from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, and although they weren't able to tow me the rest of the way home (what I originally called for), they were SO courteous, compassionate, and helpful during the whole two-day ordeal, that I just had to give them a review :) Thanks for being so great, you two, and Will, I hope your tooth feels better!Service: Car towing

So thankful for the help from Will. They seemed to be the only place I could get on the phone on a Sunday morning, and they were extremely professional and helped me out of a tough situation. Great customer service!! I had no idea what mile marker I was at and it was raining. I screenshot my location and he came to my aid swiftly. Thank you for your help. These are the kinda folks you want helping your wife if the need arrises.

After my friend had a wreck, we went to Ward's Wrecker to see the extent of damage to the vehicle but we weren't even allowed to look at the car until the title was produced. That meant having to drive 30 mins to retrieve the title. Once we had the title, we were then informed that to get the car, it would cost $400!! All that Ward's did was tow the car out of a ravine, drive it 6 miles to their shop and charged $400 to get back the car! The service was disappointing and the price was absurd!

My car wouldn't start. I tried to jump off the car to no avail. So I contacted them and they came right out and brought my car to the service department. I am very impressed with their level of promptness as well as professionalism.

George was a lifesaver. We had an accident on a Saturday night he was there quick and took care of my jet ski for a week with no additional charg and helped to fix the trailer at no charge.
