Had the owner tell me my alignment was good because it s in the green (from previous alignment) when I m clearly telling them my car handles bad. He then proceeds to tell me there s nothing they can do because the caster is good.. Um, makeup another lie because the caster is not adjustable from the factory. Wow, what a great place and fantastic staff. We were traveling with our motor home and had a tire problem. We called at 4:45 and although they closed in 15 minutes, Destiny said bring it in and we ll fix you up or send you to someone else who can help . They were able to get the new valve installed in minutes. What a great place and super friendly genuine nice staff. A pleasure doing business!Service: Tires

Had some trouble with out cars alternator while driving from Georgia to Texas. Looked up places nearby to try and get it looked at. We were able to get our car looked at within the next ten minutes and an estimate on what needed to be done and how much it would cost within the hour. The guy who talked to us was genuinely nice and super helpful.

These are some good people and their service is awesome and fast! If I didn't post a review, I wouldn't be doing The workers here any justice. I called them on whim after I thought my motor in my windshield wipers had gone out, and they told me to come in right away since there was a storm coming; versus another business telling me I had to wait two hours. We drove over there and my windshield motor was fine, it just needed a bolt tightened. Less than 5 minutes and we were good to go. I can't say in words how much I appreciate their help, it was a really kind thing to do and made my day. Please consider this business when you need your vehicle repaired!!

The folks at this place were amazing. Ran over a piece of tire from a semi and it a cover underneath my car and the cover was dragging on the road. They got my car right in, fixed the problem in no time and didn t even charge me. Such amazing service. Wish they did business closer to Savannah. On the way to baton rouge from arkansas truck lost power and check engine light came on. No one would work on it but these guys jumped right on it. Got part, installed and back on road in less than an hour. Great guys! Friendly and fast!

I was passing through Vicksburg and had a problem with the wiring in the factory installed trailer connectors. Plaza was my 3rd stop after the dealership and one other place turned me away. Doyle Lee and his crew took the time to diagnose and repair the corroded wires that were giving me problems, and did it for a very reasonable price. I ll definitely recommend them to my traveling friends if they need service on their vehicles while in the area.Service: Electrical

I would use and reccomend this shop for its professional and honest business practices.I was in Vicksburg when my car needed a repair so I found Plaza Automotive online.Jessica in the office was very helpful and friendly.However I was noticing noise and upon returning home to a different state had it checked out. Turns out there was a problem with the repair so I contacted the owner. He stood behind it and we got the issue resolved.I'll tell you in the times we're living in to still find honest helpful people is amazing in itself. God bless you Plaza automotive for amazing customer service. You get 10 stars from me.

Very good and fair auto service! We were in the middle of a very long roadtrip and seemed to have a problem with cranking our car because of some issue with the ignition switch. We wanted to have the car checked before we move on and that's what they did! They took care of the car and analyzed what the problem was. Turned out that they couldn't get the required part, but we were good to continue our roadtrip without the needed part. And guess what, there was no charge for the quick car check! That's what I call great customer service! Thank you!

car had 200 extra miles on it, used all my gas.had a airtag on my keys and was told oh you can look for it if you want. also was getting 21 mpg when i dropped it off. getting 9 now. all they did was replace my shocks.

From Lake Charles area due to Hurricane Laura, needed new car battery. Plaza Auto Services were Jhonny On the Spot, replaced the old battery and I was good to go. Thank you all for such good, quick service.Jimbeaux

Alternator went out halfway between Georgia and Texas. Plaza Auto Services went out of their way to pick us up, source parts and repair our van same day to salvage our family vacation. What a blessing!

I was stranded in a kroger parking lot. It was raining and about 42 degrees. I was from out of town and didnt know anyone there. I had to leave that day because I was scheduled to work that night in Memphis. After calling a couple of places and being told they wouldnt come out in the weather or that they only took cash. I lucked up and called Plaza Auto. He agreed to come out and look at my car. When he came out. He was able to get it running. So I was able to drive to his shop so he could fix it properly. Being out of town I just knew it was going to be expensive. After a 2 hour wait he was done with it. He explained what was wrong with it. I had the same problem before with another car years earlier and the person that fixed it charged my around 150. Plaza Auto also charged me around 150. They didnt charge me for coming out in the rain, therefore I was able to avoid a tow fee as well. I pray that I never break down in Vicksburg again but if I do they will be the place I call.

Our alternator went out as we were traveling from GA to TX and he stopped what he was doing and looked at it and got us the answers we needed even though he was a couple men down.

Rear brakes stated to squeal on our way down to New Orleans from Branson. Got us in quickly ,found a rock stuck in the brake caliper got us on our way.
