Service was ok...it's Firestone so most of the time there's a wait.. I have found that that their tire prices are pretty competitive...normally lower than at the dealership.. however I asked for them to put some new tires I had bought at 40lbs psi but when I checked the pressure myself both tires were at 50 lbs psi...the maximum pressure is 44 psi on these particular tires. I could have had a blow out so that wasn't any good..

Amazing customer service but I realize they do NOT know cars! Recent oil change was a standard oil change, NOT the synthetic my car needs to run correctly. NOT GOING TO GO THERE AGAIN!to Customer service-I chatted with a CSR, who quickly closed the screen (good thing for screenshots) once he got the info. I had requested a different shop do my NEW oil change vs this one, and to be contacted by EMAIL. Lo and behold, THIS one calls me-so what good would contacting Customer Service do a 2nd time?

Rented enterprise car for trip to Mississippi. It started making a squeaking sound when we turned the wheel enterprise told us to go to Firestone to get it checked out before we started back home to PA. We go down there and are told that there is no mechanic so we would have to come back tomorrow (Thursday). We would have to be there right at 8 am bc we had to head home that day. We got there at 7;50 and there were already a few customers in front of us. We explained our situation again even though the same gentleman was there from the day bf. He took our keys and said nothing further. Customers that came in after, he explained that he was the only one there so the wait would be quite long. There was still no mechanic there , like the day bf so it s very upsetting that he just brushed us off the day bf. Plus what kind of garage or auto shop doesn t have a mechanic on hand to work on vehicles. How do they stay in business??

I've always used Firestone for my auto needs. I am always extremely satisfied with the service. I also tell people to try Firestone whenever I'm asked about tires or someone needs a mechanic.

I normally just stick with food reviews but I have mixed feelings about this place and wanted to share my experience. I went in to have a tire patched due to a flat. I was told they could not fix my tire because it was too old. The only tires they had in stock that would fit my wheel was a street tire and I use all terrain tires on my truck. Therefore I'd have to get 4 instead of just one to have a matched set. After going back in forth with the sales lady (Valerie, I think her name was) Mike came in from the garage and said he'd go check out back to see if he could find something. He came back with a set of all terrain tires that would work. Thanks, Mike, I appreciate your patience in dealing with me.I went in for a 21 dollar patch job and ended up spending $1000.*The wait time was long, but it's like that anywhere you go here. *They did do good work.So, would I go back? Probably, yes.. If Mike is working.Service: Tires

I came here to get a service done on my car. I came in around 8:30 am. They were busy so I understood why it took a while to get to me. I need an alignment done on my car. They told me I needed other things done to my car before I could get that done. They quoted me a price that I was shocked by (very expensive). I wanted to talk to the guy, but he ended up having a conversation with someone else who came in the door while I was standing there trying to get further information. He literally ignored me for five minutes while he talked to his friend. That was so rude. Because of how dire it was to get done I was willing to take his rude actions. I m so glad that they couldn t do the service that day. I was able to find someone with better rating than this place. The only good part was they told me what else I needed done so I could call around to get an appraisal.

Calvin did a phenomenal job diagnosing our car and solving the issues in a timely manner.The staff here including Valerie, who recognized our car's issue immediately, was so kind. We could not have asked for a better spot to be towed. Everyone here was so dependable and professional. They truly turned a really bad situation into a positive experience.They also gave us a water dish for our dog so he didn't get overheated. It was very sweet.

We made an emergency stop to this Firestone when one of our windshield wipers busted during a bad storm. I called them when we were 30 minutes away and let them know of the situation. The staff was very helpful. They got us in and out in less than 15 minutes so we could continue our drive back to Chattanooga, TN. 10/10 highly recommended!

I used to take my car to the dealership for maintenance and other issues. When I decided to look other places and compare prices, I decided to give Firestone a try. Don t regret it, service is great, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Don't walk, run. My wife and daughter brought her car here when a tire had blown out from a road hazard. They tried to get them to change all four tires with a story that the others were under 3/32s depth. Funny thing, we moved from the north and had just had our winter tires replaced with summer and had been told by a reliable dealership less than a month before that we had plenty of tread.I stated this to the person trying to up sell us and the rep said, 'Oh, I have not looked at the car personally, let me go check.'. On the check, all was well...imagine that.Took the car to a dealership--Blackburn's Nissan--and a couple days later. They said we had 6, 7, and 8 / 32nds on the tires Firestone wanted us to change.I guess they must have been confused or something. But as I said, don't walk, run AWAY from this place.Service: Tires

I had a great experience with this location and staff! They were very quick to complete repairs and communicated the progress with me throughout the process. Nathan and Mike are extremely friendly and did an amazing job! I truly appreciate their team and having a positive experience with vehicle repair.

1 star is even too much to give them. I had a scheduled appointment at 7am for them to do an oil change and check my breaks. Went back at 9:30am and my car was still parked in the front. Never been seen. Asked the Representative when they would see my car. He said at 2pm and I told him that was unacceptable. Then he told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday. Will never go back to them.

No stars! The business states closes at 7. We arrived at 6:30 with an emergency hoping they would fix issue. No one available; doors locked; no one answered the phone. Due to lack of business, the situation became worst.

0/10 Took my car in for an alignment was told I needed both struts and stabilizer bar end links. Got the car home and jacked up, nothing is wrong with the end links . One strut is blown. Please please take my word of advice and take your car elsewhere. They had me a $1200 quote and it didn t even include the alignment I originally needed. This makes twice that Firestone has done me dirty. I will not be back.Service: Wheel alignment

The manager over the business was great. I love my new tires. The issue I had with FIRESTONE is one of the mechanics took me to my truck to show me slmething they were going to repair & while I was with him I told him the main reason I was there. He listen to my problem & said they would look at that & fix it for me. When I picked up my truck, the issue wasn't touched. I was very upset.

I was not able to get any help from this shop but the gentleman that helped me was super nice and helpful. The shop was clean and welcoming so my review is soley based on those observations only.

A little slow for time. But awesome service and reasonable prices. I got $300 worth of work done. Two new tires, and engine air filter changed, and alignment. Very glad I went here for service. Only thing you may want to drop your car off rather then wait in the waiting room.

Their service sucks add on things you did bring it in to have done without asking if you want it done. Also order wrong parts and delayed repairs and didn't replace things I asked for.

This place takes the cakes the lady at the front desk was rude nevertheless the staff comes in after 8 am when the place opens at 7 am when I got there i said good morning and complete silence as if I was speaking to myself bruh customer service don t exist anymore I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and let s not forget about prices very high here compared to six years ago when the staff was great there now people there only care about job security and there customers at this place taking my business elsewhereService: Wheel alignment

Been there 2 times before warranty was out to check my alignment and everything was good and as soon as my warranty is gone I see my tire is slick on the corner on one of my brand new tires . Now this is a car I barely ever drive. I replaced everything under my car new after the 1st time. so I know it has to be the workers is not any good.

Traveling through town when a tire on our trailer blew. Called the guys at Firestone to get a repair. The gentleman placed me on hold to check to see if he had our size on the shelf. Came back on the line and said "we don't have one but I called around for you and found one". They didn't get my business today but they will get my business in the future! They went above and beyond without any benefit to themselves. That is top notch customer service. Thank you for helping us get in our way today!

I would give 15 stars if I could. Valerie and Nate went out of their way to help me with my Gulia. Although it s an extremely tough car to service, they knew I was from out of state and needed assistance right away so they did everything they could to help and it was much appreciated! Thanks so much! The Mississippi hospitality throughout the entire state was truly unmatched!

I had tires installed and a alignment done. I'm very pleased with the excellent service. All the workers were very knowledgeable. I felt right at home. My 09 maxima rides like its brand new.

Josh Jenkins helped me out when I was coming home from Oklahoma. I live in Florida. Well on my roadtrip I encountered mutiple obstacles with my car. I had originally called because my car needed service but at the time he had no mechanics so he advised me to go to Warfeilds who was right behind the Firestone. On top of having mechanical issues I got a flat tire something that was not repairable, so Josh tried getting my dummy tire but he could not put the dummy tire on because the dummy tire was over 15 years old and he did not want me and my children getting into an accident because of the dummy tire. We bought tires a few years ago and was 4 days past our warranty date. Josh went above and beyond and put a primewell on the car and was nothing but a gentleman to me and my 3 children. Because of Josh putting that tire on my car I was able to make it home safely. I will always remember Josh and thoughtfulness you truly are a 1 in a million Mr.Jenkins and Firestone is extremely lucky to have you. Thank you so much from the mom with the 3 girls from Florida.

I made an appointment to avoid having to wait. Well I was wrong. I arrived to my appointment on time and the guy told me that it would be an hour before they got my car back. Well, 1 hour and 40 minutes pass, and they finally got my vehicle in. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait hours anyways. It is ridiculous. Also, on two previous occasions, they mechanics did not replace my hubcaps on completely, and they fell off as I drove. This happened twice. I highly do not recommend this place.

If I could give negative five stars I would! Horrible place. Our car would not start while we were taking a client to an important meeting. Firestone tested the vehicle and said we needed a new alternator to a tune of close to $900. I called my son and he said no, it is not the alternator. So my husband walked to a shop right behind Firestone. They did the exact same tests. It was not the alternator, only a bad battery. We saved $700. Do not trust This particular Firestone. We were going to buy tires from them in August (next week) but will not now. Stay far away from them!!!!!

I'm actually getting my car serviced as I write the review. The oil change and tire special was good. However, I had some outer tie rods that need replaced. I was quoted 260+ dollars for two outer rods installed. Having some automotive knowledge, that price sounded steep. I did some calling to parts houses and to my father whom is a 40 year mechanic. I found out it was a half hour repair and the parts cost to the public 50 bucks. How should that be over 260 before tax? It shouldn't. Rip off.
