Pulled into town towing 5th wheel rv and the power steering and brakes high pressure hydraulic line popped. Started calling shops on google search but being 4:55pm on a Wednesday night, no one was answering my calls.While I was still searching for help, I got a call, Guy said his name was John from A to Z Towing, offered to come tow my truck to E-Z first thing in the morning and start on what ever needed to be fixed.Sure thing, called the number at 7:25am next morning and the wrecker was there in about 45min, very nice guy named Mike. Mike took great care pulling my truck up on the flat bed. I rode along to the shop to make sure I wasn t giving my truck away.Once there, they almost immediately started looking into the problem. I had an aftermarket cold air intake on my 02 F250 which was going to have to be removed to access the line that failed.The mechanical discussed his approach with me, we agreed and he proceeded. Had the bad line out within about an hour, had the part delivered to the shop, and all put back together before noon.I was between DFW Texas and Georgia, didn t know a soul around, had my wife and two dog, pulling our 5th Wheel and A to Z and E-Z Automotive Repair, saved my trip.From John to Mike, to Fran in the office and the guys in the shop, they took care of me like family, maybe even better!

While stopping overnight in an RV park my alternator went out. They were prompt and towed my car in for repairs and I was able to get the car back within 30 hrs. I believe the owner/mechanic was sincere and honest. I am happy with my reira and the cost was fair. My wheel bearing went out the wrecker got to me faster then any other wrecker service I have used in the past. He towed my car to their shop they called told me what all problems they found gave me a great price and had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. I can never thank them enough for taking such good care of me. I will never use another company if I ever need a wrecker or my car worked on again. Thanks guys y'all are awesome

I recommend this place highly.I broke down towing my camper on a Saturday morning. It was something to do with the actual engine so A to Z towing brought me here once we figured out what needed to be worked on. Both truck and camper. They allowed us to plug into their power (the temperature was very hot) so AC and fridge was usable. By Monday afternoon it was realized that towing everything home was my better option. Loved that they fully explained my problem and my options. No hard sale. Treated me like they would want to be treated. These are good people and won't take advantage. Thank EZ automotive & A to Z towing for all you did.

This company is nothing but a rip off and the most rudest owner and employees I've ever seen but I should've known that when I saw it wasn't a diverse establishment. My car started acting the same way it did after I got it back from them within two days and I took it to another shop that fixed the problem at a reasonable price because I wouldn't dare take my vehicle to this shop again. Mind you that my warranty paid for labor for a starter but he charged me $180 to put in a battery and 1 spark plug for their labor that shouldn't have taken 30 minutes to do but I end up giving them $452 with towing and my deductible. This isn't the place to bring your vehicle unless you just want to give away your money because the other shop charged me $50 to change all 4 spark plugs and a coil. They need to practice on their customer service skills and hire people that understand that the customers are the reason why they have a job. Take your car to a replica dealership, you'll come out better and cheaper. And whoever said they were the best mechanic shop in Vicksburg LIED!!!

I could not be more pleased with work and the price, we were in Vicksburg Ms. for a three day trip and our truck shifter broke the first night (Saturday) we were here, not knowing anyone we had to wait until Monday morning and after reading the reviews for E-Z Automotive Repair I called and the owner came to our Motel got the keys and in about two hours came pick me up took me to the garage and my truck was fixed, what a blessing I can't say enough about how great they treated me. If you ever need garage work I truly believe you will not find anyone better....thanks again E Z

I carried my car to fix my brakes and it was really great service there, they did an awesome job on my car. Everyone was very nice and polite. I didn t even have to wait that long. The price was cheaper than anywhere else too. I would highly recommend them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had their tow truck bring me into their shop where the technician diagnosed my car promptly and quoted me a price to fix it. He got the parts delivered and had my car fixed by the next day! The total price was very close to the original amount quoted to me. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I call to ask for service and I ask if they speak spanish just to feel more comfortable to explain my problem, but they hang me out just for ask, that was rude, what a shame.

Used their towing service two days ago which were your standard rates thru my insurance, then found out they also were a repair shop and boy was I in luck ! They replaced my water pump that bit the dust due to a coolant leak on my Y hose that I already knew about but didn t have time to fix it due to work so I had been feeding it water. Long story short they helped me with the tow ,took me to my hotel, I took it in the next morning due to the closeness and convenience of the shop to i20 and my hotel. They fixed all my issues along with a couple other things in the process and dropped me off at a hotel for a few hours due to the extent of the work needed and then came and picked me up when done. Oh yea, after paying very fair rates for labor and parts I was on my way back north 3.45 hours to Little Rock and my truck ran smoother than before obviously but they also greased some bushings I know for facts because now they longer squeak !! Outstanding people I would recommend to anybody !Service: Engine repair

I was traveling through MS and my vehicle broke down. They showed up promptly and assisted me by dropping me and my family off at the hotel. Very professional and helpful. The driver who was also a mechanic got to my repairs first thing in the morning to get me back on the road quickly. They completed my repairs ahead of schedule and they even picked me up at my hotel saving me time and an Uber. I was extremely impressed with the business and how they helped me in my time of need. I have been using this shop to do all of the maintenance work on my car! they are very honest about what's going on with it and if I ever need any extra things that I don't realize is time to be done. they always try to work with me on the price. I just recently purchased new tires and got my brakes done. I was very pleased with the time of the work being done. I wont be going anywhere else for my auto needs!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I broke down on the side of I-20 due to my starter on my car, I called A to Z towing and the guy came promptly and quickly. They were very nice and helpful and got my car to their shop E-Z Automotive, everyone up there was super friendly and helpful. They had my car back running by the next morning. I was super satisfied with all the work done and the friendly customer service I received. I would highly recommend them and use them again.Service: Electrical

My husband broke down on a Saturday driving to TN and so he had it towed to the shop (John said $80 for the tow). My husband was told that it would not be worked on until Monday. I brought my husband our other vehicle and had a friend follow me to take me back home (3.5 hours away). We had planned on them working on it (hence the tow) but some friends offered to help bring it back so it could be worked on locally. My husband called early Sunday and told John (the dispatcher) this and he was told call back on Monday at 10. Well, my husband had class at 10, so I made the call trying to make sure that the truck was not worked on. John not only interrupted anything I had to say with "ma'am..ma'am" (as if that makes it polite) but he told me I owed $80 for the tow and $85 for a diagnostic. I said when did you have that done because you said it would not be worked on until Monday AND my husband called yesterday and asked for nothing to be done with the truck.He did not give me a time but said he would let me know at 1 the EXACT time the diagnostic occurred. Of course, he did not call me...so my husband called when he was done with class.John then told my husband that we can pick up the truck but we owe $150 for the tow and $85 for the diagnostic. Ummm. What?!My husband was able to talk him down to $175 total for us to get our truck from them, but I think we dodged a bullet not having them work on it. So disappointed to have had this experience. Integrity goes a long way in owning a business...my personal interaction with this company would lead me to believe they have none.

Great towing service. Treated my car like it was there own. Then let them fix my problems the car had. They adjusted towing expense. The techs was knowledgeable and had me back on the road who quickly. Way to go guys.

So a BIG branch fell on my vehicle and I needed to get it towed and fixed. I was calling around and E-Z Automotive not only came out but also fixed my car up. Tracy and Fran was VERY nice. On a road trip late in the day, our dash was suddenly full of warning lights. We found E-Z Automotive up the road and they diagnosed the problem, told us to return in the morning, and they had us up and running in a couple of hours. Saved our vacation.

They towed my car. Asked if they could repair it. They called me. Said I need another motor. Quoted me $2500-$3000. I gave them my credit card #. After several months of them "looking for perfect motor," they called. Said they found a great rebuilt motor and soon Id be driving the SUV I loved. When I finally went pick it up, $4755.22 bill!! I was horrified! They also charged me for a new alternater and battery (with labor) that I told them Id just gotten and were still.under warrany. I drove it home, got it the next day, the motor would not start! They wanted me to bring it back. HA! WHY? So they can run up MORE money? It's been sittiing.in front of my apt since then. They are CROOKS and targeted an elderly woman on SS. I was looking under the hood yesterday and found the serial number on the motor is the same on the SUV!!

They are truely amazing. For me its hard to find work on my car due to work hours. They was really caring and all the workers was really friendly. They are truely my new auto family for life. They understand the purple promise without a doubt
