Was traveling through with our car hauler and needed a spare put on because I found a tire de-laminating. Ended up four of the tires were doing the same. They had Six new ones for me. The price was very fair and had them on and me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!!

I was a long way from home. Had a car A/C issue late on a Friday. Squeezed me in first thing Monday. The problem was minor and and quickly and easily fixed. They didn't charge me for their service. "Well, we really didn't do anything." Which is not true as they then wished me safe travels and I was on my way.

We were passing through on our way to California and during a stop realized our tire had separated so we needed a new one urgently. After calling several places with no luck we call CJ tires. After explaining our situation they explained they had what we needed and they had us back on the road within an hour. Very professional and good people! Hello, I thought I would be sharing a good review about this place. I had gave them some time time to resolve the problem , but no progress. During the date July 1st 2021, I had turn my car in for a tune up and oil change. The oil change went good , but no the tune up. The electrical throttle icon keep coming on. I brought the car back , but they couldn't find any issue. I had to drive the care out of state for work and it wasn't a smooth ride. I called the place this morning at 07:30 on the date of 7/12/2021. I had talked to the mechanical supervisor who seem white , but he was very unprofessional. He hang up the phone and my face and didn't say goodbye. I will be making an complaint to the Better Business Bureau very soon. I don't recommended this place and I don't know I didn't get good services due to race, color or ethnicity , but I wasn't treated fairly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Waited 4 hours and no work was done so took my truck and went back to work. Also I had an appointment and told them I needed it done asap. So I had nothing done and will not be bringing my truck in again.

Had a nail in tire. Caught them in a unusual slack period. In and out in 30 minutes. They'll be my tire shop in Vicksburg.

Their actions have earned my loyalty as long as they remain conducting business as they currently are now!Having Great Customer Service is the absolute key to a business s success in my opinion.I've been to this business twice now and only a paying customer once. Each time they have focused on what was best for me and not necessarily what was best for them. While I was there for the 10-15 minutes while they finished up a tire rotation and pad replacement on my truck(since I dropped it off earlier in the day with them squeezing me in even though they were busy), I took the time I looked around and listened.I'm not one to normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the showroom, the courteous and knowledgeable staff along with their overall communication with each of the 7+ customers they worked with during that time, that I feel obligated to ensure that others in and around Vicksburg know that there is a customer service oriented business that I will continually support due to my experiences there.Now everyone must understand with Great Service comes a price, in regards to this shop, it will be how busy they remain. I ve found them to be extremely fair and straightforward and they will always do whatever they can to help you.

We ended up in Vicksburg, MS because of car trouble. The front desk manager at the hotel we stayed at referred us to CJ's and they got us in right away. Donnie worked with me to get the car fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and their prices were great. We highly recommend them!

The folks that did my rv tires in quartzite Arizona put one of the wheel covers on wrong causing the valve for air on the tire to rub almost through.Went to cjs, easy fix, didnt even charge me. Vicksburg has a stellar tire shop!

Gave me the wrong tire size.He gave me a 215/45/R17 when I asked for a 205/45/R17 used tire. Fair prices but not the cheapest used tire place in the area.

I do NOT recommend CJ's! When I went in to have a fuel pump replaced, they took way too long, and overcharged me. My truck ran bad after that and when I went to do a tune-up, we noticed that the air filter assembly was loose, which wasn't before I took it to CJ's.

Fast, efficient service, great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's such a blessing to find a business like this that you can trust. I will be a regular customer from now on. Highly recommend.

I showed up early in the morning at the shop on Christmas Eve in need of a new tire... CJ warmly greeted me at the door and asked how he could help me(even though the shop wasn't open). Stressed about making it home for the holidays, CJ reassured me that he was going to fix the problem and I'd make it home safely in time for Christmas. He made me a coffee, shared his donuts, and went on a wild goose chase to find a tire that fit my impossibly rare car tire type...What hospitality! I felt well take care of, he got the job done quick, and I felt confident the job was done right.Lesson learned: Don't get a flat tire in Mississippi while traveling cross country in a Prius, but if you do... Stop by and see CJ, he's the best in town!
