I had the absolute best experience purchasing a car at Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg! This process started for me back in December and with the help of Kelsey, Brady, and Clay, they put me in my dream car!! They have been so patient with me, and made sure they were not going to let me buy until they knew I would be happy and satisfied. I am so thankful I chose Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg and the best sales associate, Kelsey, to help me find my dream car! Was traveling back to Georgia and broke down just before reaching Vicksburg. Google Toyota dealer in Vickburg. Cannon Toyota appeared. Had vehicle towed there. Arrived after it had closed on Friday evening (Apr. 5). Was able to get a motel room just 0.3 miles from the dealership and walked there on Sat. morning (Apr. 6). Could not fix it on Sat. because could not get parts until Mon.Was able to get rental car and returned back to GA on Sat.night then back to the same motel on Monday evening and drove up to dealership Tues. morning. Parts had come in on Mon. but some of them were wrong and had to be reordered. John Robert Ward, the service advisor was just awesome. He told me the new parts would arrive in about 1 hour and the car would be ready by noon. And it was!!! That 2005 Camry drove like a new one all 8.5 hours of our return trip. Excellent people, excellent service !! Thank you all so much!!!

I am very disappointed in their service. While showing interest in a vehicle that I saw online and advising them not to run my credit. Guess what they did? Ran my credit anyway dropping my credit score 46 points then they did not want to work with the amount I was considering paying the dealership in full for the vehicle. They not only ran it once but while sitting there they ran it twice. The sticker price of the vehicle was $32,892 and they jacked the requesting amount up to $35,000 plus taxes, title, and fees. Once I refused the offer and asked for a deletion letter for the unauthorized credit check, all of sudden I couldn t get the letter because the head owner was not there. So I demanded that I wanted the deletion letter on tomorrow for the unauthorized credit inquiry. I will wait and see how this goes. Now the service guy Mr. Billy was nice and advised the Co-Manager (or finance guy) that the sticker price was $32,892. Yet again, the guy comes out talking about all the additional items they placed on the vehicle (floor mats, cargo etc etc). After declining that and requesting that the items be removed he indicated they can t do that and they can t give me the vehicle for free!!! I did not request free but I demanded he make it right because I take my credit very serious and I was not pleased with what they did. Mr. Billy apologized and the manager gonna say put her in a Camry. Sir, I don t want a Camry!!! I know what I want. Then tried to put me in a much lesser vehicle that looks like someone scrubbed the front bumper into concrete and was using it for short term drives. I am very disappointed in Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg, MS

The worst dealership ever. A total rip off. They high jack the prices of the vehicles then try to make you feel like you got a deal with giving small discounts on the high jacked price. Don t look for nothing under $1500 discount which will still be a lot higher than the big sticker price on the window. Then the taxes and fees added will be way over the small print sticker price. Don t make the mistake I did. The big white guy Clay (I m thinking works finances) tries to make it seem like you got a deal. Do not deal with him when it comes to the financing. He has a very snobbish attitude and he s trying to please their pockets rather than the customers. Never AGAIN!!! I will never recommend anyone to them. The same reason the authorities raided it a few years back. Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg is a ripoff.

I had a wonderful experience at cannon toyota! Chaney helped me purchase a Honda Accord and she was awesome!! Highly recommend working with Chaney at cannon!! Will definitely be coming back In a year to trade my vehicle in with her again!!

I always have fantastic service at Canon Toyota in Vicksburg! Lionel, manager , in the service department does an excellent job of getting the work done on my car quickly and correctly. I have no hesitation in sending all my friends there. I would also mention that Tony, one of the tech s who works on my car is also super qualified and keeps me on the road with no worries!

I had a great experience with Marc! He helped me find a vehicle that fit both what I wanted and needed. He ensured my used vehicle was in great condition and ready for my upcoming road trip. It was easy to tell that Marc truly cared as he put his personal time into making sure I walked out the door with exactly what I wanted!

Yesterday 4/9/24, I went in to the service department for an oil change on my Toyota camry. I had an coupon (that expired on 4/7/24). Before releasing my vehicle, I asked if they would honor the coupon and I was told certainly! After taking my vehicle, some guy (Lionel)with a VERY negative attitude told me I should have presented the coupon when the ticket was written and that the coupon was expired...I told him who had told me that they would honor it and he said to me " he ain't paid for the last two". That's between staff, nothing to do with the customer. Then when I received the bill it was $91.08, They DIDN'T accept the coupon. The $15 off wasn't a big deal, but the way Lionel Major handled it was. He was very unprofessional, and I want Mr. Arendale to know we will NOT be coming in to purchase that vehicle we had looked at, thanks to Unk' Lionel. He needs a customer service retrainer course.

What can I say about Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg, Ms. and The Coach Samone Davis along with Salesperson Kelsey Meredith ..He has been good to my Family, Friends and I, He works very hard to make sure that you are satisfied with every purchased and I ve been there many times and so has my family. So if you re looking for a great reliable ride. Someone who s going to tell you the hard honest truth and someone to try and make sure you re happy and satisfied please go check out the Coach at Cannon Motors of Vicksburg, Ms. Make sure you asked for salesperson Kelsey and the Coach. From purchasing Toyota 4Runner this past summer, to the service done on it in the fall, and now after hitting the 8 point buck, the people here at Cannon Toyota have been professional, courteous and so helpful. They pick my vehicle up from my work location, bring it back to me with all done. I appreciate the care and the friendliness they express. Sales, accounting for the paperwork and service have been outsiding. Whenever I need another vehicle I will be back. They take care of my Tundra also.

Amazing customer service. Jaylon Williams sales representative took great care of my vehicle needs. He did everything to find the vehicle with my specifications. Without a doubt the purchase process was extremely smooth.Lacey Watson, the finance consultant did everything extremely fast, I was in my new vehicle in less than 1 hours. Worst dealership that I have ever been to far as trying to buy a vehicle. Drove 2 hours there twice and wasted my time. They tell u what u wanta here over the phone and when u get there it changes. I tried to buy a certain vehicle from them and it was impossible. They kept chaging people for me to talk to. Started out with a lady Brittany Cooper, then a salesman named willie, then another salesman named Marc, then a Manager named Kevin. Willie was the best one, easy to talk to. Kevin was the worst bossy and arrogant and talked to fast. Just a bad bad experience. After the 3rd day I went to Jackson and bought a vehicle in less than a hour and a half.

I bought a 2023 from Cannon Toyota Vicksburg. I always bring my car to the dealership for service. Per Lionel there is not a courtesy driver so customers can get back to their perspective places. However time after time I have seen different things for different customers. Some customers are allowed to be taken to and from the dealership to their location in the company car. Lionel has allowed the courtesy driver to take CERTAIN customers to and from the dealership, but not me. I am not happy about this and very dissatisfied with the lack ofcompassion for everyone. I would love to hear from Mr. Cannon. This is not how customer service is suppose to be. I also reached out to Mr. Crozier via phone and text and have not heard from him. I am willing to give him some time to contact me. Thank you.

Dealership Service Department at Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg Ms. |Mr. Nick Hearn (service manager) and his Team of Mechanics or Techs were service knowledge, courtesy and definitely will travel the distance. Would highly recommend this shop.
