I purchased my very first vehicle from Cannon Honda on 12/01/23. 2023 Yukon XL AT4. Amanda Reeves was my sales lady and she is FANTASTIC. She made everything super easy and fast. She cares about her customers and it shows. I highly recommend anyone in the market to go by Cannon Honda & ask for Amanda. I couldn t be happier with my new purchase.

My husband and I had a great experience dealing with Cannon Honda in Vicksburg. Our salesman was Alan Arendale and he was very knowledgeable, has a fun personality and made the whole process easy. Eric Richards is who we dealt with for finalizing the paperwork and financial portion of the transaction and he was great as well!

Cannon dealership has the best salesmen. Shawn Bradley was so friendly and helpful when I drove up in the parking lot. I told him what I wanted but they didn't have the color. On October 6th, I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra, and this was the best sales experience I have encountered. First, they had the exact truck wanted at the price I needed. To the forefront, I was never pressured to buy from them. I looked at other dealerships in Jackson, and that was a nightmare. The dealerships in Jackson proved to be more than a thorn in my side by calling me and attempting to coerce into something I didn t want. This was not the case with Cannon Toyota. Each of the sales staff was super friendly. First, I need to thank Ms. Kelsey, my salesperson, for her understanding my needs, and being highly professional. Secondly, Mr. Kevin Mattice, the Sales Manager, will help wherever he can. Mr. Mattice, isn t afraid to get in the trenches with the customer to ensure the customer that they matter. Lastly, Mrs. Lacey Watson, the finance consultant, addressed the details of the payment precisely. Just as the next person, I had to the opportunity to buy from any Toyota dealership, and I am so thankful that I drove to Cannon Toyota for their business. Thank you, Kelsey, Kevin, and Lacey!!!! So, please, when you are considering buying a Toyota, drive to Vicksburg, and give Cannon Toyota a chance to earn your business.

I ordered another key for my vehicle at Cannon Honda in Vicksburg from Zoe. I called yesterday and spoke to someone else who stated the key was there and I could come tomorrow to get and to make sure I was in the vehicle because it had to be programmed. I called today before I went and Zoe answered the phone. I asked about the key and if someone was there to program it and she said yes. I drove way there for her to say let me see if it s been sold. I said I will be pissed if it was. Then she comes back to say oh we got the key but the key machine is broken but the key can be in Monday. I m like how the key gone be in Monday when you said the machine is broken. So which is. You really sold the key and ordering another one and lying about the machine being broken and I called two days straight before I drove all the way there. So a blank trip for there nothing . I only gave one star because it wouldn t let me not check none.

On 1-29-24 I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord. I wasn t sure exactly what I wanted when I went in but Steve asked just the right questions and knew that the Accord was the perfect fit. Lacey worked with me on financing and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall I had the best experience and will definitely use them again for my next vehicle!

Amanda at Cannon was great! I needed to handle most of the details on line and she was more than accommodating. She got me the best trade in offer by far of area dealers & then the best price and pushed none of the add-ons. Great person to work with and I will again! And Eric was also very helpful in finance and only offered, didn t push extras ( and they were solid extras, i just didn t want them) a great team!

We just went through a horrible experience with a local place, so we ventured out to Cannon of Vicksburg.We are SUPER impressed with this team! Everyone from the moment we walked in was very friendly, and Zak and Eric were able to get us in a new ride that not only suited our budget but that we actually like! First time car buyers and this dealership made it so simple and not scary! We were three hours away, so we agreed on a price and interest rate over the phone, then came in to pick it up. It was ready, washed, and we were out the door within an hour after signing paperwork. We worked with Dawn and she was so kind and helpful. We got a great discount on a brand new car. Very pleased!

I worked with David, who helped me find a new Honda Accord in the color that I wanted. With the new car market these days, it's nearly impossible to find what you're looking for, much less in less than a week. David went above and beyond, and found it at another dealership over 200 miles away. When he couldn't find a driver to get it here, he drove the 400+ mile round trip to go get it for me in less than a day. He mentioned that he's been working for Honda for close to 30 years, so he's very knowledgeable about everything Honda. If you need a dependable, very hard working sales guy, go to Cannon Honda and ask for David. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and very helpful.

I am the type of person that doesn t sugar coat anything. I m very honest about my experience because I want anyone coming behind me to have a better experience than myself. I waited a while before even attempting to review this business. I walked in the door and explained my situation to the salesman at the door Mr Calvin Powell!. He listened closely and gathered my information. He then spoke to Mr Mc Cray and Justin . You guys.... Mr McCray and Justin were super amazing. They explained more in-depth what the process would look like and I left with a new car in no time flat. I came in with the IDK (I don t know) face and left with a big smile and something to show for all my hard work. If it were not for COVID-19 I d hug them all. Thank you for working with me and keeping it real with me. I love doing business with people like that.

Well well well where do I start. I called Cannon Honda through a family member and he told me to call and speak with Mr.Keithon Cooper. After speaking with him over the phone he gave me all smiles because he put me in the car I really wanted and he didn t not stop until I was in that car..when I arrive to the car lot he continued to tell me you not going leave the lot until I put you in that car and when I say I left Cannon Honda with their motto NOBODY BEATS CANNON DEALS NOOOOOBODY . Now I m in a 2017 Chevy impala that I enjoy to the fullest...Thanks Mr.Cooper

I m a new customer at Cannon. I previously had some auto work done at another dealership and my experience was horrible. I was referred by a friend to go to Cannon and it was the best decision I ve ever made. The staff are so friendly and humorous. They are knowledgeable and helpful in the utmost way. They value you as an individual and a customer. They strive to provide you with the best service as possible and no problem is too big for them. Mrs. Heatherly, the receptionist is such a sweetheart and she helped with getting my issues fixed with my truck and in a timely manner. She called to let me know every move when it came to my truck being fixed and she was always so nice. I will be doing business with them from now on because Cannon is excellent. I would recommend them everyone without a doubt. Stop by and tell them Damita sent you and I promised you won t be disappointed.

By far the WORST SERVICE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY THERE AT HONDA FROM SERVICE TO SALES HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE!!! I wouldn t recommend this service to anyone!!!!! Please do not waste your time!!!!!!!! If anyone know the owner please comment below!!!! I want to report this to someone higher than the people that work there!!! Please comment!! Do not buy a car from there and please please do not take your car to get service there. My car have been there for 3 weeks

Poor service center. We took our truck in for a diagnostic and we're told O2 sensors needed to be repaired. We had them repaired there (after considerable delay from someone ordering the wrong parts from Jackson), only for the emissions error to continue. We took it back and was told that it was something else to be fixed, that apparently was not on the diagnostic. We left the truck there on Thursday and were given a loaner car with no tag on it that was filthy on the inside. We luckily had wipes to disinfect the car ourselves with my husband and our 3 kids. We were told the truck would be ready Friday, then Saturday, then Monday. On Monday, my husband went there to find the truck had not been repaired at all and we just decided to take our business elsewhere. Will never do business with Cannon on anything, service or purchase, ever again.April 2, 2021 Edit: The team reached out to try to rectify the issue and we took it in on April 2nd to be fixed. Joke's on us because less than an hour later after pulling off the lot, after the 4th time having it looked at, same error. I was told a certain person would be there to oversee the repair. He wasn't there when I dropped the truck off like he said he would nor when I picked it up. The truck is still not fixed. My husband and I both know a bit about cars and we knew the suggested fix didn't make sense but they are the experts, right? Nope. They apparently have no clue what to fix and are just throwing things against the wall to see if they stick. We gave them 4 chances now and they still didn't deliver. The service manager asked me to remove the review. Well...that won't be happening. Zero faith in this entire brand at this point.

After looking at prices online, we negotiated with several Honda dealers in MS. In the end, our best experience was with Cannon Honda in Vicksburg. Jermaine and Brady were very helpful throughout the process. They met our best offer from another dealer and exceeded my expectations for trade-in value. I also like supporting a local business, knowing that I can count on them for a courtesy ride if something happens to our van while my wife is riding around town with our kids. Thanks Cannon Honda for a great buying experience!

In my 50 years of driving, I had never bought a brand new car until I recently bought my 2018 CRV EX. Prior to the purchase, I worked with sales representative Milton, who was professional and knowledgeable. Milton guided me through the maze of different models and myriad options, and Tyler assisted with the final paperwork after the sale. Thanks, Cannon Honda, for a great car-buying experience!
