They had my car since April 4, 2021. I tried to pick it up once and the car looked awful. I left it. They called me a week ago and said it was ready again. I picked it up a few days later and drove it home. I had to take it to my mechanic this morning for him to make repairs. The skid guard was not attached properly and in parts it s missing. I called them Friday and left a message and no one called me . At 11 I called them back and he kept interrupting me and then accused me of interrupting him then hung up on me. Told me they never looked under the car for damage. My car had $15,000 in damage to it and they never looked under the car or drove the car to make sure it was fixed completely before giving it back a second time. They should not have accepted the job if they couldn t perform the work they were hired to do.Service: Body & Trim

My car was damaged in the front, I took it to Professional and they did a wonderful job.The Paint matched perfect, I was very pleased with their work and the people who work their!!!!After a couple days I realized my car was running hot, I took it back to professional and they handled the situation very fast,and got me back on the road!!! neither of us were aware that when the front of my car was hit it also put a pin hole in my radiator!I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good, fast, service with excellent results!!!

Please be aware, before you decide to use this place. I spoke with owner about what I wanted to do when I got the quote and when I dropped it off. He convinced me he takes pride in his work, and I had a friend that vouched for his work. When I went to pick it up, I had to ask someone to look it over with me. I showed that he didn't address the spots that we talked about outside of him replacing some panels. He tried to hurry and take care of those spots, but they close half a day of Fridays, so I said take your time and I can come back. On Monday, I went to pick it up. He really didn't get the spots very well, but then I noticed dust all in the paint on the new panels. 18 spots to be exact. I had to ask him to come out again and go over it with me. He told me the dust spots are perfectly normal and even new cars will have the same. He said he would fix. I came back the next day, and looks a little better but still dust spots all over. He told me that he will fix it one last time and doesn't want to see my truck on his lot anymore. Then he walked through his business throwing things and bad mouthing me yelling to all his employees about how I'm being. I said that I want to just pay and leave, the wife told me that she wouldn't let me take my truck. I asked 3 times, I regret not taking it that day. Two days later, total of two weeks and four trips I picked my truck up. I agree that nobody is perfect, but it's not like he was charging cheaper prices either. He was the same as some of the top well known body shops here on the coast. I think this is probably one of the worst experiences that I've had to deal with when you're a paying customer and the business doesn't care about their product. I would like to think they'vedone some good work before, but you can tell they only care about your money and not quality. Anyone that tells you that it's perfectly normal to have dust in the paint, should be an issue. That last day, I went to pick up my truck the owner was outside and didn't say anything to me. Trust me, I really didn't want to talk to him either, but proves his character. I wish that I could look over all those people's cars that are giving them high ratings. My weather strip on my door is coming off, from them taking it off and breaking the tabs that hold it. They tried using two sided tape to hold it, but it's not working. I couldn't even imagine having to go back up there for anything. I just want that bad experience to be done with, but want others to not have to go through the same issues.

I have a 2003 ford f150 When my grandfather had the truck the side of the bed was damaged and we brought it to these guys to be fixed. The quality of the work was absolute GARBAGE the tailgate has never shut right since and the whole side of the bed is still out of line. I was told by state farm to go and get an estimate here. I was hit by a customer of state farm. The person doing the estimate didn't care. I had to show him things he missed. If the other insurance company tells you to get an estimate here, I would not recommend it.

Very nice people and extremely reliable service.Geico shop wanted to put different, all non-powered parts on our van.If dealing with an insurance company, take your vehicle to Professional.Like the owner of professional said, the exact parts that come off the vehicle should be the parts that go back on.Cannot be more pleased.

Would not recommend this shop to any one. Wife took her 4 runner in after being hit on the right side. Once we got the car back there was trash all in the paint, runs in the paint, you could still see the bondo at the edges of the doors and paint did not match the bumpers. Right side windows and door locks did not work as well. Took the car back to be properly repaired, got the car back and still windows didn't work locks didn't work and they just wet sanded the trash out of the paint somewhat. I take the vehicle to another body shop to be repaired but the insurance company will not cover it because professional isn't a preferred shop and doesn't warranty their work. So now we are stuck with a horrible looking vehicle and parts that I will have to pay out of my pocket to be repaired. Overall bad experience

I come home to visit my parents and found out that my car was in a accident.Then I noticed things are not right. My fog lights were never replaced and the wires from the other set was just shoved in the grill so that no one will notice! Then the wiper fluid hoses were not put on correctly, they were put on in reverse. My horn was another problem it was not working either! Last but not least, my brakes were bad!!! The iceIng on the cake was that my K&N filter was gone! Yes it is clamped on, the only way to take it off was to unscrew it. No it was not in the way of the collision area. The cold air intake is not damaged either! One would think that when you put a car back together you would inspect everything that can be wrong. No not this place. They don't care about you and your car. When I discussed the problem with the car. They said that they would call me back when they got the parts.two weeks later and I went back. Guess what no lights ordered and they were not interested to discuss it. They did want me to drop off my car for a "overnight" fix on Friday. Then when I found out that they close early on Friday and the car would be there the whole weekend. This is not what I agreed with. Because I was only there for a couple of weeks. But hey if you want to go to get your vehicle done ass backwards head over to Vancleave to the "Professionals". More like a hack shop. Steer clear from this place!

Keep looking if you expect to be dealt with professionally. Owner is unreliable. He refused to do the job we had agreed on because he was upset that I had looked around for a better price. After getting a couple of quotes, I took the vehicle back as he had invited me to do. He waits till the end of the day and then calls me and tells me to come pick it up, that he decided not to do the work. Cost me some lost time, but I am so glad I took my business elsewhere. Found much better alternatives in Pascagoula.

Professional Auto Collision is just what it is on their business name - PROFESSIONAL-The Owners and Employees are very Kind Respectful and explains everything down to the T - Also the Owners are a PROFESSIONAL at handling all your insurance claims for you and makes sure you get the right parts.. If your car/truck stays over night it is locked up in their Shop to protect your belongings.. I would give them a 10star . If you want a job done right with great People Bring it to PROFESSIONAL AUTO COLLISION in VANCLEAVE MS.

Our truck was sent there to get 2 doors replaced they had the truck for roughly a week and half we get a call to pick truck up and it looks horrible also something happened to the bumper seemed they hit something maybe while moving it around they put rusted doors on it and just painted over them it looked horrible also didn't put our emblem back on door also door didn't shut right hubby took it back for a second time to correct the issues and pick it up worse looking we are devastated about the whole thing I have literally cried an hour im so upset about it wish we never would of let them touch it the truck will never be the same again.. do not recommend anyone using them I guess if you have a known name in vancleave or one of their friends they will do a good job but if your a nobody theu see a quick buck!
