I had the best experience with this company. I was in a large trip and the went above and beyond to keep my truck going. I fully recommend them. Also they gave me a lot of comfort since they went to the hotel I was staying in to fix it.

We were assisted at a gas station today by this company, the two gentlemen were very helpful, we were on our way to a funeral, traveling from two states over, they got us back on the road by installing a plug so we could get to our venue on time, where we were able to change our tire to the spare after the services. Thank you!

This company is a joke. They charged me 417 to come and replace a tire not to mention the 130 they charged me for the spare tire & they mechanic didn t even have the equipment needed to change a tire professionally. Stay far away from this place if you can help it

I have had many experiences with Johnson' Tire over the years. I have been on the side of the road with a blown out tire, blown out radiator hoses, work truck PM's on yard and brought to them, tires that needed replacing on work trucks, and more recently purchasing tires for my own vehicle. Allen and crew have always done what they said and not just said what I wanted to hear. They can service many makes and models of cars, tires for the same, and oversized vehicles such as RV's and Pete's, Kenworth's or whatever. They are always reasonably priced and offer road hazard for some makes and models of the tires the sell. (namely Michelin) I appreciate the professionalism and ease to work with in all of the matters whether it is large or small. Thanks Johnson Tire.

My oil change was reasonably priced. I had also asked for a general checkup. It took 2 days. I don't use my car very much, but I would have liked it if they had kept my apprised of when it would be ready. Most everyone was helpful and polite.

They were more than accommodating because they were closed that day and sent a technician to me with no problem I had a major problem with my front tire pulling my toy hauler it was was my valves stem on my right front tire instead of try to sell me a new tire they replaced the valve stem and it started rain on the guy and instead of sitting in his truck he went more than a extra mile above and beyond! Thank you Johnson Tire Service your a class act!

Wonderful place! The Johnson's were awesome!! We were leaving Mississippi heading back to Tennessee but had brake issues on our RV and they happily opened up, even though they were closed for the holidays and got us back on the road. Could not ask for better customer service. Highly recommend!!!

I came in for a tire puncture repair, paid $25 for the fix, and he severely overinflated the tire afterwards. The other tires sit around 32 while the one tire was around 45psi. Don t know if it was intentional or not, but it would have worn out quick if I hadn t checked it afterwards.

I went to Johnson Tire, Automotive several weeks ago. Prior to going, I checked customer reviews for the business and found many positives. I spent several hours waiting for a repair and had the occasion to see repairs being made on several vehicles and customers arriving and leaving during that time.I observed a busy repair facility well managed with satisfied customers, very impressed. The only negative I observed was they were too busy with drive-in customers which is beyond their control. Their good reputations is well deserved from what I experienced and I am happy to add to the positive reviews for this business. Thank You.

Stop by the place on Armein Road because I have a Auto Park Indicator come on in the RV . They sad they could fix it, so Amanda made me an appointment for them to come out on Friday morning 18 December. took the day off and waited. Waited until 0900 then called. Trudi said Amanda was suppose to call me back and tell me they weren't going to make until Monday afternoon 21 December Said okay and took another day off. Waited until 1 o'clock and then called to see if they were coming. John answered and said they couldn't make it until next morning 22 December and that he would have Allen call me that day to confirm. Well got no call and they did not show up the next morning. I quit calling because it is bad business for them not to reach out to the customer to let them know something.. Wouldn't trust them again. If I could give a lower rating, I would. If there is any body out there that knows anything about the Auto Park System on a RV please let me know.

Phenomenal customer service. We were in desperate need of a simple tire swap, we already had the tire off. Everyone we called had a several hour wait time and wanted crazy money for inferior tires. The first place we went had several people doing nothing and still told us it would be hours. These folks were closed, but offered roadside service, so they had a young man meet us at their shop within 15 minutes of my call. The tires were higher quality than we had found elsewhere, so we bought several and they still had all three new tires on our rims and had us out the door in about 30 minutes of our arrival. The extra money paid for the roadside call was saved in the price of the tires. These fellas work hard and won't waste your time or money. I wish there were more folks like this left in the world.

I went in for a patch and they were extremely busy the clerk told me there were 2 cars in front of me and there would be a bit of a wait. About 10 minutes in the girl behind the desk informed me that the job ahead of me would take longer than my patch so she bumped me ahead and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were all very helpful and professional. While this is not my first good experience with Johnson Tire I wanted to write about this time because I was told the owners were out of town during my visit yet I would have never known because of the professionalism shown. I will most definitely be returning!

We've done business here for years. There's a reason why. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Recently, had work done. The repairs were a bit more extensive than I anticipated. They worked with me. Their concern was to get me my truck back. I do recommend this business.

These people are THE BEST!!! I was driving to Florida coming from Texas. I was hauling two four wheelers on a trailer and had a blow out. Didn t know where I was anything called they came straight to me and I was back on the road. They showed up fast and replaced my tire fast. Excellent customer service.

The folks at Johnson Tire are awesome. Fast, friendly, and very honest which is, unfortunately, tough to find with mechanics these days.I had a car towed there that had broken down nearby. Once they got under the hood, they called and told me the issue was the fuel pump which we had just had replaced a couple months prior at a different automotive shop in GPT. They helped me get the part replaced under warranty at the other shop, even helped me get the car back over there, and only charged me for the diagnostic which was pretty cheap.

The first time I went to this joint I didn't have a great experience (called ahead to see if they could LOOK at the car today - they said bring in down, but it can't be repaired today - fair enough, drove down there and they don't have the time to look at it today.But....they are local, and I like to support local businesses. Their reviews were good, so I figured I'd try again. Different vehicle this time. We took our van in for service as a friend suggested that it may need a map sensor. Johnson's ran diagnostics (BTW, that is $100 per hour, billing $189.90) and then advises that it needs an ignition coil (196.65 part, 47.48 labor), throttle position sensor (58.07 part, 47.48 labor) and throttle body cleaning (31.94 for a $10 Valvoline Flush, 38.05 labor). TOTAL $609 and yet written on paper is an authorization by me for a total of 575.18. So it's $34.00 more, but the cleaning service was not mentioned while we were talking about pricing.....okay. Then there is the unspecified $22.93 for supplies...?? Along with sales tax it totals $676.78It's a bit of a financial stretch, but I don't know how to fix ANYTHING on a vehicle, so I'm okay with the situation. Fast forward to the next day when I drove to work - 6.8 miles, 14 minutes of city driving. The van drove decently, it didn't stall at the light anymore. Driving home from work, I stopped at the gas station and when I got back into the vehicle it wouldn't start. I had to call someone to pick me up and had the vehicle sent back to Johnson's.Another $100 for diagnostics and they can't figure out why it wouldn't start last night because it starts just fine for them today. They noted on the receipt that the vehicle needs attention to the AC (we live in Southern Mississippi, it's important!) and suggested that we do a cooling system flush, replace the thermostat, serpentine belt and belt tensioner. None of which, I was assured, was causing it not to start. Fine.....we pick the van back up and off we go.The last contact with Johnson's was 8/16 when we picked the van up. Today (8/21) my daughter is stuck at the gas station near the preschool because the vehicle won't start. Sending a neighbor to pick her up and finding a new mechanic to go get the vehicle.

Top notch service. My wife and I just became proud owners of a rather large class A RV, and the local options are limited as to where we can receive maintenance. Since the RV is pre-owned, we were unsure of fluids, tire quality, etc. Chris took a few minutes out of his day to take a look at the basics, and informed us that everything looked good, giving us confidence to hit the road without major concern. He also taught us a thing or two on what to look for when maintaining. I highly recommend Johnson Tire. They went above and beyond what we expected, and will surely be back.

Terrible place to be, he cheated me without remorse. Charged me 189 per/hr, without even telling me before he started. The claimed parts that he bought for me he refused to show me the receipt. When I asked, he called the cops .Never use him, never go near him. He's scum, and lacks every sense of customer relationship.

This is absolutely the best shop ever... I called and spoke with patrick and he gave me multiple options on what was going wrong with my wifes vehicle unlike every other shop i called who just wanted me to bring it in. We talked for a while and i decided i am going to bring it in to them and let them see if they can fix it lol..I will forever recommend everyone to go to this place. Very nice people know them well, they can get you taken care of.

Took my car here to get an oil change and my A/C fixed, They said it needed a whole new compressor ($1000+ job).I took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and all it needed was a simple fuse replaced. Since then It's been blowing ice cold for months. Also I had to put more oil in my car right after "the oil change"

Super folks! I have been there twice with a slow leak on a trailer tire and two flat lawn mower tires. They squared me away on the spot and were very generous. I'm sending some pizzas over for their lunch as a way of saying thanks.

Had a tire that needed to be replaced and wasn't ready to buy all four. They had the right size used to get me through a couple months till I was ready. Very fair price and very fast service. I am sure I just find my new tire shop.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! 1 STAR DOES NOT DO THIS ANY JUSTICE!!!! I WOULD RATE -5 STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE!!!!!! Went in for a clutch job on a Chevy Cobalt. Offered me a decent cash price for an off the books job rather than the more expensive on the books job. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Took them a MONTH to do a 10 HOUR JOB!!!!!! Constant excuse after excuse and the "mechanic" had to keep switching up stories on how he had to do it. On top of that the me hanic will hound you for a tip and if you don't give it to him, expect even more of a delay. When I finally got my car back it is in WORSE CONDITION than when I brought it to them and they REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!! Their response is they "don't know what it was like before they worked on it". Why is that? Because they didn't even bother to check what was working on my car in the first place. So now I am out 800 dollars AND my car is a hazard. They left bolts out and forgot to plug things back in. But since this was an off the books job, there is nothing I can do and since they are a bunch of untrustworthy crooks, they won't do anything either. So now I have no choice but to get rid of my car and find a new one. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM IF THEY WERE THE LAST MECHANIC SHOP ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!! You will be better off taking it to a Stealership. Also on a side note, be careful getting heated with them since one of the ladies is the mother, her son will come out and start to THREATEN YOU!! AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is the only automotive shop in town I will ever use if I have the choice they do great work and they get you going quick. The only shop I would recommend because they are actually honest about the work and on the price no matter who you are you can feel confident you are getting fair work and a fair price

Not very friendly. Nust very short with their answers. I had a lawnmower tire with a nail in it. Drove 40 miles to get it fixed. The nail was close to the edgebut its a lawn mower tire. Asked if could put a tube in and they said it might blow.. My lawn mower doesn't go that fast. Had to buy a tire and it wasnt cheap.

Had a blowout on our way to Florida, brought it in on a donut and John took excellent care of our car and went above and beyond to show us what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire or automotive work!!!!
