Stan is the man!! He is excellent at his job! Came in today for a battery replacement and i was in and out quickly and it was done right. There is a reason oriellys and autozone are a wastelands. Cause everyone is at Advance. We don t shop anywhere else. Sometimes they are busy and takes a little more time but that s to be expected. Thanks for the excellent service!!

The nicest, most helpful and generous people. They will help you with anything they can or are permitted to. They always ask if you need help. They have changed wiper blades for me, changed out a headlight bulb for me, added air to a low tire for me, and charged my battery for me. The best!

Went in looking for rain guards for my Nissan. I received the most terrible customer service by an employee named Tim. It was atrocious. People - do not send your daughters in this store for anything.

They need to update the hours. I went up there on a sunday bc online it says they open at 830 but they actually dont open until 9. So i ended up sitting there for an hour. I watched 5 people leave bc they wasnt open yet. Need to update the hours.

Wonderful selection, organized store, great wide aisles with thoughtfully arrayed product for those differently abled customers (i.e., in wheelchairs, post-COVID vets with walkers and oxygen tanks, etc.)

They make AutoZone look like a duct tape and bubble gum store. Their cashiers/customer service reps or whoever they have answering the phone there is completely clueless when it comes to using or even reading their inventory or store stock online.

Thank you Advance Auto Parts for taking care of my 17 year old son this morning! He was trying to get on the road back home to Texas and his car wouldn't start. He got a jump and drove straight over and y'all checked to see if it was the alternator or the battery. It was the battery and you installed a new one for him. He is now on his way home, and I don't have to worry about his car stalling on the highway 10 hours away from home.

Terrible service those people never know what the hell they are talking about and especially their parts manger name Brian is a complete idiot he doesn't know anything about cars Advance auto parts needs to hire more well trained people not dumb people like him.
