Had 4 tires put on. Lady at counter really nice and service was done within an hour. Only think is they forgot to put on all my valve stem caps

I ve had to use this tire center to just put a new tire on a rim twice in the last 6 months or so. I only came due to no other shop being open when the flats I had occurred. The first time it took over an hour and a half and I got no mobile update or anything, just walked back in and there it was done and propped up against the wall in the shop, couldn t get anyone to see me or even speak when I spoke directly to them so I walked across the shop and got it myself. The second time I dreaded but I was in the same boat as before. Waited almost an hour and walked back in to see the entire shop was empty. I came back after going through a drive through to eat lunch and they had returned and did not mount my tire for almost another hour and same as before no mobile update and no one to see me when I came in to get it. One gentleman did roll the tire a few feet towards me when I walked over towards the tire tho. Unless you re from out of town or in an emergency, wait it out, walk, or take up cycling.

I wanted to write about my experience. I'm from out of town and needed a oil change and tire rotation. The staff were very nice and friendly. Did not have to wait. I really would like to thank the mechanics that worked on my truck . They did a professional job making sure the truck was in good running condition. They ll change your oil in like 5 minutes but it s gonna take about 30min to get in the line to tell them you need and oil change and another 30mins to get in the line to pay for it. Staff was also rude. There was a girl in auto walking around doing nothing while only one person worked the register. Multiple people asked if she could get in the second register and she gave them attitude. I don t normally write reviews but I have nothing better to do while waiting in this line.Service: Oil change

Paid 80.00 for tire repair, service and balance, rotation, was told a number of times that they were closed and to go elsewhere. We have 5 vehicles in our family and never again will we purchase any auto parts, tires or service from Walmart auto. Have a good day.

All I can figure is these people don't like their jobs. They won't answer the phone and if they do, they are rude.

Girl that answered the phone was very rude!!! I called to ask about tires, she didn't bother to look, she said they didn't have any. Had a bad attitude. I wouldn't have bought tires from her if they had any!! Thank you!

They I got there at 8am they got done with my oil change, if they even really changed my oil, around 12 pm. While they laughed, joked, and walked round like they were in space. NEVER AGAIN and I suggest you go somewhere else.

I went there to get a oil change. Early morning after 3rd Shift. The staff was smiling and greeting the guy told me to pull in 20-30 minutes later I was pull out Thanks Walmart

Takes forever for a tire change, rude receptionist I know more of vehicle mechanical engineering and work than the so called graduated experienced mechanic.
