Contacted them for a bad trailer hub, spoke to Mr McKinney and told him the problem. He sent a great service tech that got me to their main shop. Had to leave trailer, but they said that it should be repaired by weekend.They have a very friendly staff and clean shops. Absolutely would highly recommend their facilities!!

Out of town Yankee :) and these boys took me right in and treated me with kit gloves. Price was more than fair, service was exceptional. To a person, everyone there was polite, friendly and courteous. I almost wish I could breakdown again just to stop and see them. Seriously, I can t say enough good things about this company and their staff...I d give the 10 stars if I could.Thanks for helping me out!

I had a bent axle and was in need of repairs immediately. I contacted Transport trailer and Tony said to bring it by. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He personally inspected the trailer and was on the phone trying to locate what was needed for repairs. He got back on the road in a day! The office staff and the repair staff are all amazing as well. This place knows there stuff, are fast, and efficient. I recommend them for any of your trailer repairs. If you want it done right call Transport Trailer Services.

The Service Supervisor surveyed my fabrication project in a timely manner. He provided a detailed explanation of two options and costs. He provided a recommendation with a timeline for completion. No fluff, no sales pitch, straight talk and facts.

If you have a trailer that is broke, they can fix it. Nothing to small or big for these guys. They do excellent work. I suggest only taking the big, their overhead is large so the stuff Bubba can fix in his back yard with a harbor freight welder should be left to Bubba. But your DOT stuff you better take to them for peace of mind.

That day,they were closing at 3:30 pm CST but he called another shop for me and sent me there.The other shop completed the work and that was a life saver, because I had a load waiting to be picked up in ECRU,MS.Thanks again for the help!!!

GREAT PLACE. GREAT,FUN, PROFESSIONAL, AD HELPFUL STAFF. NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. IF THEY DONT HAVE IT THEY WILL GUIDE YOU TO SOMEONE THAT HAS WHAT YOU NEED.P.S.CAN'T LEAVE WITHOUT A COOLER EITHER ....LOL!!!!!
