I love going there. These guys are a team in the truest sense. They work together so well, no big egos or bad attitudes. I needed some filters and windshield wipers because they were not in stock there. One of the guys ran down to AutoZone and got everything I needed. They also ran a bottle of water to me while I was in line for the oil change. All the guys are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Take 5 to all of my family & friends. Great place!!

This was my first time visiting Take 5 for an oil change, and it was great! As a girl, I always get afraid that I am going to be taken advantage of at car places because I don t know anything about it, but everyone was super nice and helpful and didn t even try to sell me stuff I didn t need. Will definitely be back!

Take 5 was very busy this past Saturday afternoon. They had a long line of cars but they did not let that slow them down or affect their customer service in any way. They were great, fast and friendly. Austin was awesome. Thank you for your wonderful and speedy service. Will be back.

I had great experience. The workers were super helpful, especially this one young man (black guy). He helped me save $10 on my oil change. They also cleaned my windshield, top off my fluids and put air in my tires. Thank you guys so much. Great people, Happy holidays.

I have always had a good experience at this Take 5 location. Having young children, it s so convenient to stay in the vehicle, and my kids love that they receive a snack and a drink. I was so thankful again today to stay in the car while the nice gentlemen aired up my tires in freezing temps. Glad to have Take 5 so close to home!

I have used Take 5 since the day I bought my car. I actually tried to go to another place, and I left before I got service. I ll never go to anyone else. They are honest, tell it like it is, and extremely fast. Great customer service!

Take Five was awesome! The employees were very respectful and wanted to make sure I knew everything that was going on and the results.I did not feel pressured at all to do something that was not needed at this time, but I appreciated them telling me a time frame for services even if they were not going to be done there. They did not put everything back together on my car. The skid plate was dragging for over a hundred miles . They told me they would put a new one on and did not do that . They also did not put the air pressure right on the tires. the tire pressure supposed to be 36. one of my tires was a 57 and this is the day after I went there, I will not be back to a take 5. They did not pay for the damage or even give me a discount on a future oil change like they said they would . I gave them a chance to make this right but they decided to save some money. I hope this review was worth not following through with what you said you would do.

Thanks to all the guys at Take 5 on Gloster. They were gracious and efficient. I had just told my daughter I needed a bottle of water and he appeared at the window with one. It's almost as if they were reading my mind with everything I needed for my car. I had an oil change, wipers, and all filters replaced. I was on my way within 15 to 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

This visit was very good but the last visit before this one upset me. The gentleman asked me if my cabin filter had ever been checked and I said I had no idea what that was and he said well it s in your glove compartment and they should ve been checking this the whole time I said my filters have never been checked. . They only change my oil and that s it. I said look on my past appointments because they ve never been checked. They checked them and they were so dirty. He said mam they all need changing and I was upset because it was going to cost so much. I ask him since it was not my fault. Can I get a discount? But no discount. I m 62 single lady and that s why I go to professionals to do things, rightServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. I did ask for my tires to be aired up, due to the colder weather we were experiencing, but this was not done. The overall experience was good but I will need to add air to my tires at a later date.

Wonderful experience! Fast service and such friendly people. You can tell they enjoy their jobs which makes a world of difference. Will definitely be back! Shaq and the whole team were truly wonderful.

Got my oil changed here for the first time (and air filter change, + added some fluid idk) on Saturday April 6, 2024. I noticed my check engine light was on for the very first time on my 7 year old car Sunday night. My husband noticed they never put the cap back on to some fluid. Today, we got the system checked at auto zone and Emission Ready NO, Check Engine FAIL.. husband then noticed the air filter wasn t in correctly. Listen idk about car systems but i know this was my first and last time here for an oil change lol

TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!!! THESE YOUNG MAN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF NE AND MY CAR LIKE IT WAS THEIR CAR!!! I APPRECIATE THERE HARD WORK AND SERVICE!!! I RECOMMEND THEM TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE!!! HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

My second trip and pleased as pie! I enjoy the cold water when you arrive and the friendly conversation as they service my Highlander. Less than 10 minutes in and out - and I get to stay in my car. Y all check this place out!

Had a pleasant experience. My first time visiting the Tupelo location and it was fast! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The rep that started me was Shaq, he was very knowledgeable and his customer service was very professional. I will be visiting again and I love the veterans discount.

Absolutely 5 star service! The whole staff actually seems to really like their job and that is reflected in their service. 10/10 recommend! And Shaq is definitely worthy of a raise! He was awesome!

I know and understand that communication is very important. However I think there is a little too much yelling. My wife was with me when I last visited and she was somewhat nervous and annoyed by all of the noise. She informed me that if she was by herself she would not come to this facility.

This was my 3rd or 4th time having my oil changed here. The technicians are always polite but sometimes it s just too much. The constant shouting between each other to verify things are done I suppose to reassure the customer that all steps are being accomplished and VERIFIED. While this is good on the face of it, it kind of gets old. A simple checklist on a clipboard that can be verified by the person in charge would do the same. Not of a fan of the constant upselling. Again, I understand why, but after the 2nd decline, I think we know it s not going to happen. One last thing, as I said this was my 3rd or 4th trip to Take5, and each time the technicians have been different. Not one I recognized. Big turnover? Anyway, with all that said I will probably return next time my oil needs changing. Price is really competitive.
