I rented my space from Macie at the West Main location. She was helpful and easy to work with. She was professional and knowledgeable of her work. She easily answered all my questions and made the rental process stress free for me. And every time I have been in since the initial sign up she has always had the same helpful attitude. Thank you Macie. I appreciate your hard work and dedication.

The most important aspect of any job dealing with the general public , is customer service. Storage Max on Main has that to offer, to be honest, there were far more, cheaper storage companies near me that , for the price looked very inviting. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the young lady treated me literally like family. The BEST experience I have ever had , I would highly recommend Storage Maxx for ALL of your storage needs !!!!

The experience of renting from StorageMax is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The process was very convenient and easy with reserving a unit online. I was able to go into the office and sign the paperwork and make my payment without any issues. Also, the unit accommodate my needs very much. The unit was clean and has lighting that you can adjust the timing and climate controlled. I'm happy to have made the right decision to rent from StorageMax.

Macie was amazing! I started my reservation online & went into the office to finish. She really made my experience a breeze! She was helpful and answered all of my questions. The units are gated & I m confident that my belongings are secure! The Parkgate location is definitely the place to go if you ever need a storage unit!

Maci was fantastic! There was some confusion on the unit size and she remedy the situation efficiently and timely. I am thankful for all her help! If you need storage go by and pay her a visit , you will not be disappointed !

I have purchased a few storage lockers that have went up for auction from this place. Great staff. Extremely friendly. Their prices are extremely reasonable too if you're renting a unit.

I have rented various storage facilities across America. I have always received outstanding customer service from the Manager Tari. She goes above and beyond to assist her customers always with a smile.This location is kept very clean and well maintained. She is always available to help.

I would highly recommend this StorageMax location to anyone. Super friendly manager and the whole facility is very clean. Macie was extremely nice and professional and she made the whole process so easy. Go by and see her for all your storage needs!!

Storage Maxx on Main Street is the best facility to rent from. I had a storage unit with them for 4 years and have never had any issues. The entire facility and storage units are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Tari Ross. She is the best.! If I ever need to rent out a storage unit again, Storage Max on Main Street will be my go to.!

StorageMaxx is very clean and neat, and they gave us GREAT customer service. Just wanted to say that Tari s a sweetheart and she was extremely helpful! This will be the only place I come to when I need to store things. I love it!

There was a little issue in the beginning of my rental service but the manager and the head manager worked with me and took care of the issue. Very appreciated! Very good customer service!!!

OMG I'm finally able to make a Google post thanks Google but, any who I would like to take the time out to thank Ms. Macie for saving my life 4/18 2023 I had a seizure in her office getting a quote Macie I thank you soooo much!!!!! I give this place a 10 due to Macie being responsible I wouldn't have it no other way nice units guys

I have really appreciated this storage. I always tell people's about it.Everything is so so clean an I always can come when ever I need to an I appreciate than. I have been with this unit for about 8 years.Thank you so so much It's the best place in town.Thanks alway. My friend also have one.Thanks you an everyone else

I moved from Memphis, TN to Tupelo, MS 10/2019, and Tari Ross was there from the beginning for assistance, even when I had many changes. She is always positive, and helpful in anyway possible. Her personality is perfect for the job that she handles with perfection.

I have been using storagemax on park gate tupelo for over 5 years and never had a problem. I recently needed extra space and Tari was very helpful with my move. I felt confident of the excellent customer service which I recieved. Thank you Tari, for being so kind and helpful in my time of need, especially with no family living in town. Tari was very helpful in helping us make the decision to rent from StorageMax on Tupelo on Main location. We had other choices after looking online. We stopped here first and decided we didnt need to look anywhere else. The property is clean and neat. Tari was very professional and friendly at the same time. Definitly recommend this location.

A friend uses StorageMax and I have helped her since she is in independent living at a retirement facility. Every time I have gone to the facility and needed help Tari has been a great help and drops everything and accompanies me to my friends unit. Needing some storage I knew where to look. Tari is a great asset for StorageMax. Refreshing to find someone friendly and professional in todays time. Would recommend TARI and StorageMax for everyone.

Great great service and Ms Tari makes you feel like ur always welcome rather ur renting or not.... Storage maxx is a great facility thats secured and a well kept clean property... When u need a place to keep storage and safe think of the maxx ask for Ms Tari ross shes one of the best managers u can have...
