Great service to be had! Their experience is top notch and they have a part to play in doing an excellent job on changing the rims of our Nissan Altima and even getting two new correctly sized tires for two of the OEM stock rims that we purchased a day prior to coming here. My brother and I will definitely be coming back!P.S. the reason why service took longer on the day of our visit was only because there was a lot of people there that day. But it was a great experience no-less.

Passing through Tupelo and had a blowout on my trailer. These guys fixed me up quickly and got me back on the road. They ll be my first call any time I need help in the future

Mr. Less was awesome! We had been quoted $2500 at another place, and they had told us that we needed new upper control arms. Mr. Less took a look, and said that all our truck needed was some greasing. Our truck no longer makes a noise when it turns. And our fix here costed us $35! Talking about saving us some money! Highly recommend them!

Friendly staff! Fair prices! And FAST! They were pulling my daughter's car in before I sat down. We went around 2 or 3 pm and there were already several other patrons in the waiting room. But we were out within an hour. We bought a used set of Nexen tires for the front and had them mounted, balanced, and installed. No hidden fees.

Great experience from beginning to end. I went to another shop prior to finding this one and I'm glad I did. The front counter assistants were very friendly and welcoming. The technicians were all very professional and experienced. Though it seemed busy, it was exceptionally quick service. And very affordable. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you.

Last year we were making our way to Alabama for vacation, we had just purchased brand new tires for our van before we left town. 6 hours into our trip, with 6 kids in tow, a horrible sound came from the front of the car. We could hear and feel the shudder of the wheel. We immediately pulled off the interstate as I said, "Surely our wheel isn't stripped and about to come off.." A local worked at auto zone recommended we got talk to Mac. Despite it being in the middle of their lunch break they dropped everything and checked everything out, we unloaded all the kids and watched them lift our van and pull off the wheel... it was a MIRACLE it hadn't flown offon the interstate and killed our whole family, and probably others too. As if this wasn't enough, Mac called everyone he knew to find a wheel.for us then drove over an hour and a half out of town to pickup a replacement wheel before the place closed (which would make us miss the first 2 days of our family vacation) and made the trip back , speeding , to get is the replacement and back on the road. All in all we were delayed 6 hours when it very well could've been days and days. This small family run business is DOING THIS RIGHT! Please, please, please.... give them AL your business. I purchased 2 tires from Mac's. 48 days later the tread blew off of the tire (tire did not go flat) the tread came off, ripped the front fender off of my vehicle and caused A LOT of damage. I took the tire to another shop, they looked at it and let me know it had been "retreaded" and it was over 11 years old. I called and spoke with Rick at Mac's who essentially told me "too bad" Let me know tires were sold as is. Which I understand, to a certain extent. 1. I should have NEVER been sold a retreaded tire 2. I should have never been sold a tire that was 11 years old and dry rotted. 3. There was never an apology, never an offer to make it right, he just let me know "too bad". I have been a customer for years, and I am a huge supporter of shopping local. But I will NEVER be back, and this review will not be the last time this incident is mentioned, because I would hate for it to happen to someone else.

Have came here previously and did great and put new tires on my truck for around $100 which is no problem. Went there today and charged $80 to mount AND $90 to balance a set of tires on same truck. And then tell me one of my tires need lug nuts but they go ahead and replace all of them and charge me $150. In what world does a lug nut cost $6.50 each

All though they are closed on Thanksgiving day I was able to get air for my car tires for free. That's hard to find these days. I have always been able to find great deals here. They have always been extremely friendly people, helpful and outgoing.

Had two tires blowout on a trailer while hauling a heavy load, someone recommended Mac's and gave them a call. They were courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road in no time. I was so impressed by the kindness of the owner that I'll start buying my tires from them in the future.

I bent a rim on a pothole and needed it fixed (day before Thanksgiving). Eight hours away from home and in a pinch, I called them and spoke with a very nice lady. The wheel repair and customer service was quick & outstanding. Prices are very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them if you re in the area and have any tire problems.

Just to be real, I had a Great Experience, Everyone was so Nice, it shocked Me, I definitely will be going back, Those Are some Great People There, and they have a Great Area, to rest and Relax, Actually, I fell asleep and they woke me, Love the Place!!!!

Top notch customer service and care. They were able to quickly repair a flat tire for $25. I had called around other tire places and Macs topped em all with price and time to be completed. I will definitely go back again.

From Atlanta and pulled in here with a nail in my tire at 10:38. It s currently 11:02 and tire is patched, while this place was extremely busy, and car rolling out out of the stall. Still able to make my 12pm meeting and drive home. Unheard of customer service and Tupelo is lucky to have this shop!

Finally remembered your name to leave a review.THEY DONT CARE WHAT DAMAGE THEY DO TO YOUR VEHICLE.A couple years ago I was driving to Florida, my tire popped on the highway, had to stop at a couple shops because no one had enough of my tires in stock or just didn t have them. You guys were the closest that had at least two tires. After you guys put the new tires on and I go to pay you said you didn t have enough time to balance them because you were about to close. I should have known right then something was up. Come to find out you all accidentally snapped a piece of your tire machine off into my tire BUT instead of taking the tire back off to remove it you left it in there to damage my tire, luckily hardly did any damage to my rim. The tire shop I went to that found it even stated there was no way you all didn t realize that snapped off. It was a good sized chunk of hard rubber.

I came in for a tire repair, and found out that there was significant damage to the sidewall, which means I would have to have the tire replaced. I was worried, because I had no way to afford that. They were very professional, and we found an arrangement that allowed me to pay what I could afford, and leave happy. They listen to their customers needs, which is important for any level of professionalism.

This is the only tire shop in the area that I trust to take care of my car. I use them for flat repairs, alignments, tire rotation and most recently, an entire set of tires. They are also pet friendly, which is a huge plus.If I had one complaint, it would be that they have managed to lose two of my chrome, Nissan-branded tire stem covers over the years. These are sold as a set of four and both times I had to purchase a new set. That being said, I still come back for the great service and friendly atmosphere.

My Husband and kids were traveling back to Arkansas from Georgia when they had a tire issue. I made some phone calls and found Macs. The lady who helped me over the phone was extremely pleasant. When they arrived about an hour and a half later after I called they were in and out within about 30-40 minutes. My husband said the people were great, the service was quick and we got a great price on a used tire for an odd sized tire. I wish they were closer to my home so I could use them in the future!

Would recommend Macs to family, friends, and strangers alike. I was headed to Arkansas on a hunting trip from Alabama and caught myself in a bind on I-22 needing new trailer tires. I gave Macs a try and Rick took care of me like family. Great prices and better service. Had me out the door in 30 minutes.Thanks Macs!
