Car is falling apart. My bumper isn't right. Everything they touched is coming apart. This is ridiculous! I dont recommend anyone to go there! Maaco is trash!! Definitely won't be getting my services anymore! I paid them 2,000 and they messed up my car! Never again!!

Over excited about the recent change in my restored 94 Silverado. I may be the GM at Maaco in Tupelo but this post is to show my appreciation in my crew a their dedication in listening to each and every detail in customizing a particular color code and showing their professionalism in making just a simple sketch art become reality. I enjoyed working with our painter Hub in making my truck into a one of a kind beast. #collisionman

These guys did a fabulous job on our 2006 Toyota 4Runner! Not only did they do an amazing paint job, they also removed all the scratches, dents and blemishes that it had acquired over the years! My 2022 Kia Soul was hit by a golf cart at work and Maaco did the repairs. So far so good, you can't tell by looking there was ever a dent at all. I can feel where it was but 100% cannot see it and honestly I don't stand around rubbing on my car so NOT an issue in my opinion.I did have togo back 3 days later to getthem to clean up the right-side because some polish or something was left on it. They cleaned it up no problem and within seconds. They are not fans of ceramic coating for some reason and of this I was made aware. I'm not sure if they replaced that after the paint job tho I doubt it. Regardless you can't tell in the pai t itself. They cleaned out the front of my car and left some oily stuff on my windshield and dash but it was an easy fix on my end. Now let's see if the repairs holds up! Service itself was easy and fast. No complaints there.

These people never answer their phone. Called for two days to see about getting an estimate on my truck and they never answered. Even the voice mail was full

My 2007 4Runner needed a paint job. Maaco reviewed the options of painting with me, and picked what I wanted without pressure. The job they did was incredible. My car looks brand new. Highly unsatisfied with this company . Went in for a simple paint job got my truck back with the rear passenger door put on incorrectly and have spoken to the company on when they are going to fix it and they keep saying one thing then the other on top of that they ve informed me they aren t sure where my truck key is at !! Not sure what I did to these people to have them treat me like my money isn t good enough but hey Maybe only certain customers like close friends and family get excellent service , now I know where NOT to take my hard earned cash to . Have spoke with friends,family and even people in the automotive industry and they ve recommended me to get a lawyer to get a partial or full refund back and I m highly considering it !! My truck is still on their lot and when I get it back it ll be the last time they hear from meService: Painting
