We were passing through the area on 3/29/24 and had a flat tire on the interstate. I was able to plug it myself, but had a leaking stem core. Being a 25 year Firestone customer and riding on new Firestone tires, I looked this store up and stopped by to see if they could help out. The manager on duty replaced the stem core, checked my plug to make sure it wasn't leaking, and topped me off with air. And then we were on our way. This was very nice and appreciated, being 500 miles from home. Would highly recommend this store. Also, having been in 6 or 8 different Firestone stores, this was by far the nicest, newest, cleanest.

I've been going here lately for oil changes and car maintenance. Well these last couple of months have been nothing but them beating me out of my money. A couple of months ago, I got an alternator done that. That monday, I noticed my car wasn't picking up speed. Took it back. They said the sensors in my motor are going out. I told them, I've never had a problem before with something like this until they put in. It cost $700+. I went a head the following week and got the sensors done $800+. A month ago. I went to them for a squeaky sound when I press on my breaks or go over a bump. They told me that my sway bars were rusting. I told them I just got those put on in July or August. The guy stated that, the person who put them on didn't put on any grease so they have a lot of wear on them but we can tell from the part they are new. I let them put on sway bars $240. I drove off, still was hearing the sound. I called back to let them know and was told to bring it back. The guy stated when he drove my car he didn't hear no sound. So another mechanic got in the car with me, I drove it about 200 ft, he heard and said he knew what it was. All they did was grease a bolt and I didn't hear the sound anymore. Was the sway bar necessary? I went yesterday. I told them since they put on the sway bars, my car is riding a little rough and when I step on my breaks my steering shakes. He came back and said that my rotors were whooped. I asked how when its a new part, it's not a year old and when everything was checked, the rotors where good then but all of a sudden there whooped. I feel like, the fact I'm a woman, they are getting over on me because they feel I lack knowledge in cars. Like I told the guy, every time y'all do work to my car something near it is always messing up when it wasn't a problem before. I feel robbed and cheated. The time is not spend getting to the problem and i feel its lack of knowledge as well.I will pay off my card and discontinue services with them.

Had an issue with my truck and brought it to the professionals and it's perfect and quicker than I expected and was quoted over the phone I'll be continuing my business with them from here on our and thank y'all for great quality and value.

Best experience I have ever had! We bought a new to us car from Carvana. Not even five days later, we had a blowout . And we were in the middle of moving to TX. The car was loaded down with our belongings and even our sweet pup Penny.After a tire inspection, we were told the tires were 8+ years old and severely dry rotted. Firestone called the warranty department at Carvana for us and handled the entire process. We were in and out within an hour with a brand new set of tires at no charge. I highly recommend using this location. Very professional staff and beyond clean facility. BEST PART, they let our Penny girl enjoy their air conditioning :)Thank you guys so much, especially Andrew for all the help!And PSA, never buy a car from Carvana. Came in to get a flat repaired,was told it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting for them to fix my tire, was told they wouldn't fix it because the tread was wore too much. They tried to sell me a tire for $380, they only had 1 tire in stock. I won't be coming back here.

I really like how the waiting room is set up to view what is being done to your vehicle. This was my first time visiting this location, and I have no complaints. They checked me in fairly quickly and kept me updated on my vehicle, though I could see it through the glass. I went in for an A/C check due to my air conditioning not performing well for the past few weeks. They found the issue and informed me of the issue, as well as the price to fix. They got it done. I was there for about four hours waiting, but I'm sure they were tending to my car the entire four hours.Update: Lied about my appointment time. They do not know how to use CarAdvise, though they are on the list to use this service.

We stopped by the shop with a screw in our tire right at closing time to get a plug, to find out we needed two plugs. One which couldn't be plugged. The young man could've fixed one but offered to put on our spare and save us some money. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean atmosphere.

Very dishonest business. They charged me almost $800 to replace my intake manifold gasket which they said was causing my engine to misfire. My engine is still misfiring. All that money down the drain. They also do not even have soap in the bathroom and the water dispenser has the filter bad light on, which is extremely inconvenient for people that have to wait the excessive times in th shop for services. My initial appointment was at noon and they didn't even pull my van in until 2 hours after that, so why even setup an appointment if you can't look at the vehicle at that time? Will never come back here.

Andrew Megginson the store manager got me and my platinum escalade in right away to get my tire replaced after a road Hazzard jepordized my work appointments .I have coverage through first mile warranty which had him call and jump through hoops on the phone which he took care of allowing. Me to be on time to my next appointment. I was able to get all new tires which where needed and I highly recommend this branch and company

I hit a curb yesterday in my new VW ID4, cutting the sidewall of one of my tires. I went to the Firestone Sawmill Dr. location in Tupelo. I filled out the online appointment request & dropped off my key fob. At exactly 7am, Andrew phoned me to let me know that he was onto my replacement tire. Andrew found the tire that I needed at the Memphis Firestone depot, and had it sent in a few hours to their facility in Tupelo.Andrew was so incredibly polite and professional.Because of this one employee, I will forever use Firestone Sawmill Dr., Tupelo, MS as my go to place for tires, which we all know will happen sooner than later on my electric vehicle! Needed a new radiator while passing through Tupelo. They were able to get me in first thing on a Monday and I was on the road by 11am. Very pleased!

Been waiting for 4 hours on an oil change and tire pressure sensor change. Slow ain t the word for it and when I asked about my ride they said they were waiting on a filter. If you don t have the parts don t agree to do work. My two boys were hungry af by the time we left there. I ll never go back. Too slow and unprofessional. Didn t even offer a discount. Absolutely terrible. Oh and they very much weren t busy or short handed.

Not a pleasant experience working with Hanna. Was told I needed thousands of dollars of work that was not needed. She was unable to explain why they were recommended all the work. While traveling to Oregon, we stopped in Tupelo Mississippi for a couple of days when I discovered we had a brake issue. Showed up at 7am with no appointment and Andrew go me right in and I was back on the road just over two hrs. H they had to replace the calipers, rotors and pads. Thank you

Made an appointment to get my car serviced over a week ahead of time. Arrive at this Firestone at appointment time only to be told it would be an hour and a half wait until they even begin to work on my car. I understand that places are short staffed but what is the point of offering appointments if this will be the case.

Went to get my ac checked and fixed. Was told Evac and recharge would be 53.99. When they called I was told $459+ tax.come to find out I was given the price for the performance check and not the evac and recharge. When I got there I went to ask Andrew why it was so high and he was extremely rude and told me that there shouldn't be any questions because we talked about it on the phone. I am extremely upset with how I was treated and talked to and will not be back.

Very grateful today that despite blowing a tire on I-22 and feeling a little unnerved, that we were able to pull into this Firestone store. The crew were very kind and fixed us up with two new tires. I felt their honesty and delighted in their helpfulness.
