Terrible place I wasn t aloud to take pictures of the car that hit me for my insurance. I actually had gotten some pictures of it mind you the dude that was out there watched me do it and then after I left I received a call to come all the way back up there and delete the photos in front of them in which when I got there they threatened to sue me because I took a picture. When I wasn t even told that I can t do that they literally watched me take pictures then didn t say anything till I got all the way back home. I find this place rude, smelly, and obnoxious! Literally makes me sick to my stomach. And the sloth looking girl in the bad had an attitude as soon as I stepped in the building. So I definitely wouldn t recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Don t use this place,they are horrible nothing about this place here in Verona, Ms says they want your business. I ve never felt more angry in my life as how I was treated from someone who I had to give money too. I would rather burn my money with a lighter than to ever give them money again!!

Awesome service at an affordable price, they were extremely friendly and helpful while picking up and dropping off my car at a shop while I was stranded. 10/10 would highly recommend

These guys are 5 stars! I rarely leave reviews, but I can't tell you how much they helped me out after breaking down on the side of the interstate while out of town. They helped me pick out a local shop for repairs and took me to a hotel to stay. The owner I spoke to on the phone was super nice as well as the driver they sent. They got to me quick and were reasonably priced. Extremely well run business!!Thank you so much! You helped a really bad situation to not be so bad. It is greatly appreciated!!

When I went to retrieve all my belongings out my vehicle I was told by the desk clerk I could only take what I could grab. They were having a Thanksgiving dinner. I grabbed my laptop bag & laptop bc that s all I could carry. When I got home that evening and got to go through my things I realized 2 pair of my designer sunglasses worth $500 were missing. I had no transportation @ the moment to go back that day. My vehicle was moved 2 hrs away by my insurance company the next day. I made the 2 hr trip there to retrieve the rest of my belongings only to find my sunglasses were not there & no one had a clue as to what happened to them.

Overpriced, rude, and prejudice! I was overcharged on my invoice with an extra fee due to their incompetence! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Great place but the owner is really poor he threatened to shoot us kids all because we drove across his lil parking lot on a 4wheeler which doesn't say no trespassing just sad

The front desk lady had the absolute worst attitude of anyone I've ever met in the service industry. She was very rude and made an already difficult situation harder than it had to be. She tried to charge me for 3 days, but the car has only been there for 48 hours (as I'm writing this). The staff sat around and watched me struggle to open/move things in the car. It was just an overall bad experience. My daughter is lucky to be alive after that wreck and the last thing I needed was attitude from staff.Service: Car towing

A family own business always friendly greet you with a smile and open arms what love the most about them is they are more than just a wrecker service they always go the extra mile for you and your family making sure they are satisfy they out class the rest its a blessing to have them in Noth Ms area always on time no job to big nor small 5 star wrecker service.

It was a Saturday afternoon. We were driving our old car towards Memphis. Suddenly the car broke down in the middle of the highway MS ALT 45, near Tupelo. We had to call the towing service. They were simply the best. They arrived on time ( within their estimated time). The guy not only saved our life by towing our car to the nearest Firestone, but also was kind enough to give us ( we were four) life in the tow truck. I will definitely recommend them.

Wouldn t take a debit card or a credit card as valid payment for a towed vehicle because simply because it was questioned why a short tow cost hundreds of dollars (after the car had been towed following a minor wreck for which this company was not called and was not given permission to tow the car). Said if they didn t get cash in two minutes they would keep the car over the weekend.

Car went out on me driving through town and every shop in town told me to call them. Called them at 5:45 pm and my car was on a flatbed by 6! Great service and nice people

My son's car broke down in Tupelo, MS we checked and found Barber Wrecker service we talked to Lisa who was super so was the tow driver who safely delivered my son and his car to Oxford, MS. Thank you!

My sister car was towed Saturday they closed Sunday an when Monday came they charged her $200.00 an she was not illegally parked . I had to pay for the tow if a lawyer see this help!!!
