Went into the store to get my check engine light scanned, and a female worker was talking on the phone and refused to acknowledge that I had entered the store. There was also a few customers in front of me waiting for help as well. A worker from the back had to come help us instead of they one at the front counter who would have rather kept talking on the phone. I would like to say thanks to the one who helped me and the others.

This is my favorite place, they never try to sell me stuff I don't need, and I stopped in to get wipers for my mother-in-laws van and the employee saw me out in the rain trying to get them on and he stopped what he was doing and came out in the rain and put them on for me! Awesome customer service.

Very helpful! On a cross country road trip, got caught in the rain. Tech checked my car, gave honest advice. Was friendly, polite, clean. I appreciated his kindness.

There were things we needed but wasn't sure how to explain. They helped us figure out what was needed and didn't mind us looking around for other items as we thought of them.

**Updated*Had to update this bc it's really changed for the better! The last 2 times I have been, they have been great! I'm thinking new management. He was extremely patient and helpful!....*9 months b4 update*....Not very knowledgeable youngsters, didn't have a seal replacement for Ford. Waited 4ever for youngsters to get done chatting with his buds outside so I cld be not helped, altho once inside he was kind and used his manners!!

The staff was really friendly and very helpful, my $20 credit was missing off my Awards card and the store manager went above and beyond my expectations to get the money put back on my card I really appreciate it very much.Every time I've been there, which has been quite a few times and always had good service.

They take your money right away off your card but can't get it back right away got to wait 2 days and won't give you cash back

The parts manager said he wished we would all go home. I was there to pickup a $100 part that was already paid for. This was after he left me standing at the counter while he stocked. This is the reason why I don't use them unless I have to.

Salesman was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a windshield wiper and he was so kind to install it for me. Thanks for the awesome service I received in my Tupelo store.

The manager was very rude. She didnt greet me or anyone who came in while I was there. She made me feel like she didnt want to look up the part I needed her to. She seemed very unhappy with her job.

I went in to get my battery and alternator checked. The service man behind the counter was helpful, professional, and glad to help. He tested for alternator and battery problems and cleaned my battery terminal for me and everything was good to go. Great service!

This is one of the places I get most of my auto parts. I especially like the lifetime warranty items because I'll never have to worry about it again. They have very reasonable prices as well. The guys here have always been very helpful.

We stopped here to get another bulb for my mom's vehicle. We weren't sure how to change the bulb in the light and the nice young gentleman was happy to change it for us. Grateful for Autozone and this young man! He fixed it in 5 min versus us trying to figure it out in no telling how many hours. Ha

The only thing I hate about this place is that it's so hard to pull in and out the parking lot. The employee that helped me was so great! Everyone was nice and helpful!

I am a 74 year old widow my 50 year old daughter lives with me. She went to auto zone and requested parts to fix my Pontiac fiero and was told she didn't need what she was requesting. I am sure if she was a Male they wouldn't have questioned her and sold the parts requested.

They have no ability to get the right part,I've ordered 5 different parts that were wrong every time, theyll tell you they have it, then look at you crazy when you arrive to pick it up. You can even show them the part and a picture, and they still cant get it right. Why use this place when everything on RockAuto.com has it for half the price. Autozone will never get a dollar from me again. I can push a button on a screen myself ,there completely knowledge less.

I always go to AutoZone for my auto parts 1 because they're conveniently located near my home and work and other places I shop by 2 because they have friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. This time they tested my battery and alternator free, sold me a new battery (having and explaining the difference in the several options available) and installed it free of charge. I highly recommend AutoZone.
