My son and i were on a trip to Alabama from Tennessee. We had our mass airflow sensor fail. I could not remember the phone number for the warranty. They went above and beyond to find that number and they did. Got a new maf at no cost to me. I'll never forget how helpful they were.

It's pretty much the same here as always. The previous array of prices have narrowed as this retailer is squeezed like everyone else. I don't come here in search of extraordinary quality although there is that among the brands of synthetic oil.

I came in today to return the core from a part I purchased a few days ago. I was first helped by one guy who had to step aside to help another which was fine. While he was doing that another guy name Dakota came over to take over. During this time he stated I needed my debit card to return the money. I stated did I actually need the card and he replied yes. I went back to my car to get it then returned back to him helping another customer which was fine. So I waited and as more people were coming in, I was left waiting for him to return to finish up the process. I watched him help 3 other customers while I m still waiting for something so simple for him to do. So I proceeded to ask the other guy if he knew what was going on which he didn t. Dakota leaves to go check on something and when he walks back by I asked him was he going to finish helping me. He walks to his keyboard on the computer, presses a button with an attitude and walks off. Im still standing like ummmm is that is??? I asked the other guy and he looks at the screen and see that it s clear and says yes I think so and I asked for a receipt he replied that I should need one back. That s when Dakota rudely yells and motion for me to come to another checkout to finish what he was doing. The whole time he s finishing he has a terrible attitude and yelling for me to put my card in and input my PIN number. Which then I replied to him that the attitude wasn t needed at all. Im guessing he was on his man period for the day. He should had just took the day off.

The two guys working at the shop on South Gloster in Tupelo went out of their way to be helpful last night, close to 9 pm on Saturday April 30 2022. My check engine light had come on in my recently acquired 90s Saab 9.3. One of the guys researched, and reminded me that the car of that vintage shared a GM platform with a Chevrolet he himself had owned, and suggested I could likely get some solution and a part at a GM dealership. The other associate, Dakota Ziegler, had owned an older BMW convertible with commonalities to my car and it s issues, and he found the exact conversation that addressed my specific issue on a Saab enthusiast website, and shared the information with me so I could be well equipped to seek solutions. These guys are car enthusiasts and automotive educators. They are the kind of guys a auto owner in need could only hope to find at a small parts shop on a neighborhood street USA.

Like that they always have plenty of customer service reps there to help. Depends on who you actually encounter that day whether the person is totally helpful. Otherwise I would give them a 5. I was given the wrong part last time. But, all in all, a good place to go for parts since they do put on some things for you if u request it.

Employee are so helpful. I have borrowed tools from them to do a special job. Love it when you need something checked to see if it's bad and they do it at no charge. They will put a battery on wiper blades. Great business and I earn bonus money.

Megan/Meghan is a Rockstar. I needed my break light bulb replaced. She quickly found what I needed and grabbed her tools. She went outside, identified which light was out, and accessed the panel where the bulb was. She was fast, friendly, efficient, and professional. Excellent customer service.

Most rude manager I have ever seen. Was only two Customers in the store including myself. Manager talked on the phone in my face for 10mins after the customer before me left out. Then after about 10mins of talking in my face on the phone, ask me could he help me??? I ask if he could run a scan on my car for a check engine light. He handed me the scan tool and told me to scan it myself....Now I don't know if that's the new "ok" thing to give the customer the scan tool but All the employees acted just as lost as me.

My girlfriend had problems with her gears not changing so she went to this location. They hooked it up to the machine and told her that nothing came up but it turns out the speed sensor was the problem despite them downplaying the issue

Good selection of well-stocked products for all your automobile needs. Fair prices and helpful staff that will even put on your windshield wipers, as well as provide other services for you! I've has multiple good experiences at multiple different locations as well. They always seem to really listen and will do their BEST to fulfill your shopping needs! I love Auto Zone!

Girl that answered the phone was rude. Had a part break 4 different times while under warranty, would not replace because they said It s not supposed to break in that spot . Got hung up on while trying to explain situation. Will not be back to the AutoZone again. Really need to work on customer service. Doesn t even deserve 1 star.

I walked into to see if I can get somebody to check My Engine Light. Store Clerk, Dakota hand the Sensor to Me and said to Me in a hasty manner to go plug it in under the Dash.I thought it was his job to do it because everytime I went to an Auto Zone; somebody always came with Me to do it.When I had trouble finding where to plug it in; I decided to take it back in to Him and to go get it checked some place else.He met Me and I told him I couldn't find it.He got "Smart" with Me and said; "IT'S NOT HARD TO FIND"!!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!He expect Me to Code it Myself and He got Loud and Smart with Me.

Bought wiper blades for var and employee sold me wrong ones. Took them back and employee gave me hard time about it was correct. Manager had to step in and resolve the issue. They have 2 different types for my car
