Auto Medic always returns my calls and they treat me like I am their only customer. They were recommended to me several years ago and I recommend them to all my friends. They are honest and true to their word. They do not overcharge and do not add unnecessary work to your repair. They are friendly and courteous to everyone that walks in the door. It has always been a pleasure to do business with them. I think the most important thing is follow-up. A few days after service, they call the check on their service.

10/10 Recommend! I dropped my car off for headlight repair and replacement & a tune up at 8:30 that morning and was able to pick up within two hours! And surprisingly, it was very affordable! Will never take my car anywhere else!

Have been going here for a couple years now, getting work/repairs done on my 2013 WRX, and everything has always been above and beyond. Not only are they knowledgeable about fixing imports, they re amazing at identifying future potential issues and offer great advice on how to fix it without feeling pressured into spending unnecessarily on unneeded maintenances.

Was in Tupelo for business and had a sudden issue with my BMW. Vehicle was thrown into limp mode, and was NOT running correctly . Instead of towing it over 2 hours away, to find out the issue, someone recommended Auto Medic, and I gave them a shot. The staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They had my issue figured out and fixed in amazing time. I can t say enough good about them. If you have a European vehicle in northeast MS, this is your place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to Auto Medic for 2 years now for all my mechanical needs on my 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 and their service has always been top tier. Their pricing is extremely fair and even saved me half the cost of what the closest dealership in Tuscaloosa was charging when I had my first check engine light on my car. Their knowledgeable, timely, and follow up on their customers days after repairs to ensure satisfaction. Best shop in the Golden Triangle area for specialists in foreign cars, I got a peace of mind just seeing the variety of high-end cars they re trusted to work on in their lot. Brought my wife's Audi here based off of the recommendation of a friend. Staff was very personable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. All new brakes and a new turbo replaced at what I consider to be a very fair price. Much cheaper than the dealership and far better service. We will bring our business here from now on.

Great place to get parts for foreign cars. If it's not available at the parts house they can usually get it. I always recommend people come here with European cars.

Do not take your vehicle there, way overpriced and don't hold up for their mistakes.i bought a used engine,been having problems since I got it I narrowed the problem down to the coil packs I replaced 3 now all 6 under warranty I just did not want to go back to that place and of course they found a loop hole that I wasn't responsible for spark plugs I didn't put them in he said they didn't so they must have already been in the engine they didn't fix it said his best mechanic would have caught the mistake and it's been 22 months ago bad b business

These guys are amazing at what they do! They looked over my car and gave me options for repair. Bobby and Ray kept me posted on everything that was going on and were easy to reach to ask questions!! They are reasonably priced, very professional and got to my car quickly. They also guaranteed their work for a year! So grateful for this team! I HIGHLY recommend Auto Medic!!

Hands down best car servicing business around. Everyone is always on top of it and eager to help. They fixed my rear hatch (wouldn t open all the way) at no cost to me on my last oil change. I have used Auto Medic for several years. The customer service and maintenance of my vehicle has been exemplary! During a recent oil change appointment, they arranged for/scheduled an additional service, front end alignment, from another provider so that all my auto maintenance was completed in one appointment. If you want to feel taken advantage of, then this is the place to go. I took my BMW there for a routine service, and two weeks later my brake service light came on saying "Brake service is overdue" this was supposed to be done at the same time as the routine service. But wasn't, and cost me an additional $'s.The guy at the counter was extremely rude, they never told me how much extra the brake service would cost until it was already done. I guess had I not come up with the additional $'s I could have walked home? Very unprofessional ! I called BMW while I was there and they told me the brake service should have been included in the scheduled maintenance.? But apparently Auto medic has a different way of doing things? They made me feel as a customer that my return business didn't matter..* Also they did not put down any carpet protection (the paper sheets to protect carpets from being tracked up by dirt, oil, etc). Needless to say even though BMW is in Memphis that's where my car will go from here on. The peace of mind that the car has been serviced correctly to spec' is worth the trip & little bit extra $'s, also as a customer i was always treated with respect and my car was returned clean with covid precautions taken.Very Unhappyx-customer.... not that my self nor my business matters to Auto Medic'sServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Took my car in there because it had an oil leak and the engine was hesitating, they did fix the oil leak, a gasket worn out. But the other issue they couldn t figure it out. They just went by the easiest thing they could think of, wich was replacing spark plugs and coils. Almost $1000 for that, the main issue was never solved. Don t waste your money here folks. Any mechanic good or bad can change those things and for less money.Service: General repairs & maintenance
