Stop! Go somewhere else fast.. this company is the biggest scam in the history and I am currently working with BBB to get them investigated. This company preys on people with less credit. They get their money knowing they are not in the best financial situation and then talks to them as if they are less then. I have loss three jobs so far dealing with this company and let me tell you why. I had no idea that if I wasn t even behind they would still cut the car off just bc it bc due that day. For example my payments are due 105 weekly or if you get paid bi weekly it would be 210 . Payments due every week on a Friday if you get up after 10 am your car is already off even tho at this moment it s not past due but just the regular weekly payment is due . I have heard of car payments being due every 30 days and I get that one week and then it s due and it s cut off before you are even able to get up to see your paycheck.. besides that they have very very rude staff. The turnover rate at the place is horrible, they are trying to train new people every few days bc no body stays. They have lost a lot of business bc they set unrealistic expectations on the customers and they give out false information bc I had no idea about a car being turned off I actually thought the car was broke down bc nobody has told me that and they have yet to give me any paperwork on all the things that they are doing . There is legal things going on right now so I can t go to deep into it bc it will jeopardize the case.. just run and run quick, bad service,company scammers , they always say the owners will not speak to anyone. They have horrible staff that doesn t know anything about how to handle business.. some lady name Kim that sound like she may have been bullied in school and now have some platform to try and make up for it in life working for them. She s very uneducated and rude!

NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!!! The Manager or what ever she was was incredibly rude even though I was talking in a polite and respectful tone. Had this car for two years and as long as they got they money it was fine. After that you re on your own about fixing your car. I talk about trading my car in for four months and they said I could if you get it to 3,000. Today I paid a total of 957( one of which the car was broken down and they did not want to fix so it was late and I let it sat) to get it 3,000 after two years of paying a total of 11,000, they lied over the phone saying I could just take the car up there and get a new ride. The car is fine and has been serviced. But they said a completely different thing when I was in person. -100 for the win!!!!!!

My experience with action auto was terrible. They sell horrible vehicles. I would give them a zero if possible. Please do not buy a car from them. They will screw you over. They refused to take the junky car back and sued me for the money. They have been a pain in my butt since I purchased from them. I do not recommend. If you read a 5 star review for them, it s probably fake.

so bad. if i could i would leave no stars. blowing up my phone 24/7 for money even tho i ve payed 11,000 dollars. the car broke down the whole time i had it, they took advantage of me not knowing how bad car lots are. these good reviews are very much fake or not long term. these people have not had the car long enough to know how junky it will be. this place sucks! do not buy a car from here.

My experience here was great. Charles was a great salesman he made sure he did everything possible to help me get the truck I wanted. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend others to this location.Thanks Charles you're the best!!!!

Very friendly staff and a great place all around. I felt very welcomed and my salesman did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend this company and if you re looking for a great salesman ask for Mr. Scott!

I purchase a 2013 Jeep Compass n it is amazing with low miles and the payments is reasonable and affordable. Charles King and his staff was amazing and was happy to help with any questions that I might have and help me pick vehicle that fits my family needs.

It was the sign for me. While out searching for a car the billboard caught my eye from the rear view mirror . It said, " we have a car for you " I pulled up and instantly saw something I liked. Put in my application and within the hour I was approved and drove off the lot in my 07 Chevy impala. Nice clean car, rides good and even has auto start. This is the place to go.

After being told no all day long they got us in a very very very clean malibu and it made the ole lady happy so they made my life a lot easier. 10/10 recommend for any man with a woman wanting a different ride

Loved them at first..until my truck messed up within the 1st 30 days costing me $250 before i even made my 1st payment. Within 30 days they had took over $3000 from me. Cant say I'm real happy. They didnt have the factory bed cover when I purchased the truck but the sales man said he would get it. When I took it in for repairs they finally told me i wouldn't be getting it. I was very disappointed!!! They over charge on the value of vehicles and the intrest they charge should be against the law.

I Love that they did not hold my past against me. And I got blessed with a really nice looking nice running 2011 vehicle. They did not limit me to something I didn't want but I was able to still get the car of my desire. To God be ALL the Glory!

Nice staff but definitely read fine writing in contract before signing. Car we got was ok but after a few days driving more and more problems came into light. Worst one was finding out it was wrecked before and vaguely put back together.

Would not recommend getting a car here got a car here and it didnt work after two weeks. Wasnt able to take it to auto shop. Was told had to pay $450 in two weeks plus $200 in the same week. And was also told would get wages garnished for car that dont work. But was expected to pay all this money.

They commit fraud they will illigally use anycard on file withoutur consent when u get so far behind or ur planning on returing it so if the car is in ur name and someone else pays becouse there card on file if urs dont work theyll take it they say they do it befor repo but still illigal and they dont disclose if a car has ever been wrecked but they will steal whoevers money the want if there card is on file without permission

Service was excellent and salesman and manger are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on there lot .and young lady at the desk was very professional and friendly ,got up and was at the window of her office before I got in the door good that's a plus !!!!!!!

This is the crappiest and sorriest dealership to buy from I got a mustang from them and made my payments I let the vehicle go back bc I was suppose to be under warrenty and the heads were messing up so I took it to them to get it fixed and they always lolli gagged around and would tell me to bring it the following week they done that for weeks on end so I let it go back now they re trying to take me to court for 7 thousand dollars on a 2500 dollar car like y all are f**king pathetic and are sorry people

Got hijacked as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, and followed all over the lot listening to slick talk. Couldn't even look at cars for myself, only looked at the cars they wanted me to focus on
