prdeted a part for my rhino on a guesday said it would be in the next week went to pick it up and they never ordered it i went to speak to the manager he said let me tell ya something buddy you never spent a dime here 7 weedeaters 2 chainsaws sevral carbs bearings for my side by side airfilter and countless other items i have but will never buy another thing from this place he followed me to door and said hey buddy as i was walking to the door followed me to the door acting all hardand so i lef a few finger gestures and drove off never again

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. Will be coming back for all my off road purchases. Would definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a chance to get you what you want, it'll be worth your time.

Friendly, knowledgeable folks. Got a good deal on a side by side' and their service department installed the extras we bought quickly and for a reasonable price. Will recommend them to my friends.

I've done business with Russ and 4 Seasons for over 10 years now! From Stihl equipment, parts and repairs, to my latest additional an Exmark mower! Can't say enough good things about them!

After returning home from having my mower serviced I noticed some scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. When I called and got ahold of the service manager I asked what they would do about it. The reply I got was "I doubt we would do anything about it" and then stated that how would they know it wasn't something that I did. When I brought up painting it he stated that it wouldn't match the rest of the mower very well. So what I heard was that they wouldn't fix their mistake and even if they did it they weren't proficient enough to do it right. He didn't even ask for photos of the damage. Incredibly disappointing to hear that. As a salesman I appreciated it when my customers returned to do business with me again. There is a local dealer here in Memphis but it isn't who I bought it from and I wanted to support 4 seasons business so i drove the hour and a half. Sadly I can't say I'll return again.

4 seasons equipment will not touch anything of mine and I will not buy a single thing from them. I understand they are busy this time of year and the equipment i need work performed on did not come from them but it would have been nice for them to at least offer to put me on a waiting list. its not like I would not understand that it would take time to get to it with it being summer time. I suppose they do not like money cause they just lost a customer and i was intending to buy some equipment from them in the process. But with that said i have another equipment shop that is more than happy to have the work.

It s rare that consumers will take the time to leave a positive review of a great company. Our society seems obsessed with negativity.I m taking time to leave an honest review. I ve never bought any machines from 4 Seasons as I had purchased them before we moved back to Tupelo. That said the staff at 4 Seasons (Dusty and others) have treated like a VIP.Great folks. Great service. Great prices. I ve also asked a lot of stupid questions and they have always taken time to address my needs and even recommending things I hadn t thought of which saves me time and money on a return trip. I wish I could say this is the norm but in today s world it s the exception which makes 4 Seasons shine even brighter.Visit them and see for yourself. You won t be disappointed.

I purchased a zero turn lawn mower from 4 seasons, and have used them for several other things as well. I've always been pleased with the service. Their delivery and pick up service has always worked around my schedule. The service on the mower was timely and professionally done. Very pleased, and I highly recommend them!

Had great service with my products from this company. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. During the most recent tornado cleanup the staff at 4 seasons kept our chainsaws serviced and sharpened our chains free of charge. That says a lot about this company.

I recently purchased my 4th product from here and the service is superb. I drive from Columbus here because I know I will get great service. Mark has helped me couple times and they get it right the first time. Keep up the True Customer Service.

Beyond rude. Seems to be a common occurrence after reading other reviews. You can't report to management because they're just as rude. Steer clear.

Great people and a great selection of Mowers and ATVs. They took care of me the whole way thru the buying process and explained every part and function of the mower. They even sharpened my chainsaw blade for me. I will be returning to 4seasons.

Nice store, great selection of equipment & supplies. Prices are what you'd expect, and their service dept has never let me down yet. My go-to place for lawn & garden items and all service on my mowers, etc.

Friendly staff, looks like you cannot get in with a Semi but you can pull in and dock is in the back. Super helpful people work there, great guys will sure deliver there again.

I have purchased several mowers here through the years. Hometown folks need hometown business. Better quality equipment than the big box stores have.

This place is the worst!! Owner Russ Herrington was very rude and treated us terribly I even called Yamaha corperate office to report him!! I was looking to buy a pw 50 for my son and he quoted me $1499 and I couldn't understand why he was $60 higher than anyone that sells them when msrp is $1440 so I looked on 4 seasons website and they had them listed for $1440 so when I told them they we on their site for $1440 he went in and changed it to $1499 and wouldn't honor the price!! I told him lakehill in corinth was $1399 and $1557 out the door and he quoted me $1667 out the door that's $110 higher and I asked why and he told me maybe they need my business more than he did!! I have bought a chainsaw and weedeater from him and other parts but I will never buy anything from him again!! I talked to eddie gentry who owns mx 886 and he said he wouldn't buy from him and he has turned several people away from there for a couple bad experiences he's had there!! Just no way to treat a customer it's just he's only like 2 miles from me but I would drive to Jackson before I would give him a dime of my money!! Hateful and rude and when you lost something on your website for a certain price then you honor it!! Highly recommend to give your business to someone who cares about people and not the $ trying to raise the price $60 just cost him business and I will pass that along to anyone looking to buy anything he has!! DO NOT BUY there!!

Took new Yamaha in for first service. Was charged to adjust doors which should have been covered by warranty. Russ told me that he doesn t do warranty work on machines that wasn t bought from him. He claims the doors malfunctioning was a setup problem and the other dealer didn t set it up right. They did it wasn t like that when I left. All boils down to he was mad because I bought from Lake hill motors and saved my self some money. Do yourself a favor and don t do business here nothing but a bunch of thieves. It clearly defines in the warranty contract Yamaha Dealer: the authorized Yamaha Dealer who sold you this contract or another franchised Yamaha Dealer who is authorized to repair the covered vehicle Will be calling Yamaha to make them aware of me being told that he don t do warranty work for vehicles not bought from them.

Personnel are cordial and seem to be knowledgeable, ownership is lacking greatly in people skills. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would gladly drive elsewhere to fulfill my needs.

Would have given a higher rating if they could fix my 1 yr old Cub Cadet 42LT. Second time it had been in the show for the same problem in a month.
