Got stage 3 clutch kit and the ecu trail tune. It s running cooler and harder. Overall I am more then satisfied with all of my purchases from MSC. Hoping they will keep on doing upgrades to the 950 platform. Thanks guys

Absolutely impressed with the service and information I received with a phone call regarding a replacement belt for my Cfmoto quad. Stumbled on this company by trying to do repairs on my machine. Will be purchasing all parts an asking their team for advise going forward. Thanks guys and gals.

Ordered a pair of Gator Waders deck boots on sale and received online receipt same day. Waited a week to follow up on shipping status as I received no additional correspondence. Was notified by customer service via text boots were not available. Disappointing as they were listed and sold as being available. Offered alternatives but they would be full price. Wanted to support a small business, but this wasted time. Reimbursement was made upon request.

I want to commend WENDY in shipping for going the extra, extra mile to see that my ECU was shipped to me along with some other items I had ordered!! She dove thru ALL of the packages to be shipped, found both of mine, and PUT THEM ALL together in one package!!! It was important to ME, and I so appreciated her help and response!! My shipment(s) ALL arrived in good order, and I was able to put my ATV back together.Along with all else, I ordered the MSC upgraded header pipes for my 800xc, to hopefully get rid of the HEAT burning my leg! These pipe are of SUPERIOR quality; fit perfectly; and I am glad I did this complete upgrade. The MSC tune woke up my ATV!! Wow!!! I would do it all again! I just simply wanted to get rid of the heat. Am grateful for the "added bonuses" of a muscle car sounding ATV. Also upgraded the air filter to the Uni, along with the Carbon pipe air filter upgrade, and the Whiskey Bent 90* exhaust pipe. (My little brother who did all this work for me will inherit this ATV, and I think HE was also tickled pink!!!!!) Thanks MSC, especially WENDY and ROB in parts (who graciously tried to answer all of my many questions!) Lura

Received my perfex lift kit, the packaging was awesome, everything was as it should be. The install was very easy since the directions were right on. Loved getting the stickers as well. Thanks for the exceptional support, I look forward to doing business with you very soon. Bravo Zulu.

I live on the MS gulf coast so my interactions with MSC are limited to phone calls and their website. I've called several times and was impressed with their customer service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The website is easy to negotiate and they have breakdowns for all their bikes. I wish they would open a shop nearby.5 stars all the way.Cfmoto CForce 500 gen2

they did everything to get my order right unfortunately I didn't receive any notice that part of the order was backordered so I lost a week with a chance to get the part I needed the most which was in stock plus i'm still waiting
