Very professional and knowledgeable staff. You know your vehicle is in safe hands with these guys. I trust them more than any other shop around. Whether it's a Chevy, BMW or Mercedes, they can figure out the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. They also do amazing custom work. The owner is a great guy and runs a great crew. Cleanest shop in town!

So I just moved from Alaska. Sold my motel and auto shop. I can t do work on my truck need back surgery. So I took my truck to tire Traxs. Horbel work so I took to bedrock custom. These guys are the best. I mean they are awsome. And cheaper. They now are my main auto shop. Love ya guys. I recommend this place 100 percent. Thanks again. See ya soon.

This is my Paw Paw's truck that Dad was getting completely redone by Bedrock Customes, for my brother. My Dad passed away on January 13, 2021 so he didn't get to see the finished product. My brother and I picked it up Friday. The truck is amazing!! Dad would love it!! Thank y'all!Carla Warren Childress

I took my wife's newly restored and very expensive 1979 Trans Am to Bedrock on a recommendation of a friend to fix some problems that the restoration shop did not do properly. They were suppose to assess and give me a price. I was assured the car would be cared for while in there hands. They kept the car six weeks, never gave me a price. I requested to come pick up the car. They handed me a bill for 396.00 for changing a dimmer switch. I asked to speak with the owner and he would not come out of the shop to talk to me.Later we found that they had let the car sit in the rain knowing that we had leaking issues. The carpet and sound deadening material was soaked musty and ruined. We also found later when waxing the car new scratches and 3 dings in the door. This is no way to do business or treat people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am please with them. Took my car to them that had been at another shop for a week whom I trusted but still wasn't working the found the problem. I had paid the previous shop to fix who had unhook my service engine light to to keep him from warranty the part. Great shop in my opinion. Taking my Mustang GT to get upgraded because I know they will do it right.

I highly recommend Bedrock Automotive!! They know what their doing and it shows. Most of all, they are very trustworthy. Bedrock Automotive has always treated me and my vehicles with utmost respect. I ve talked with many of their customers and they feel the same. They are great people performing a great service and they are good for our community.

I just wanted to make this formal apology to Bedrock automotive, few months ago, I posted a negative review for this company, and I want to say that I apologize for the negative statements that I put out. I called the owner and explained my continued problems, and he took care of it, and made sure that my car was driving the way it should be. I commend this company and the owner for the outstanding service that I received. We all make mistakes, and I thank them for getting it right..

Ask for oil change that I didn't get. Paid $400.00 for a job that I could have bought the part for $54.00 and get it installed for $100.00. Overcharged $250.00. Asked for calls to keep me posted on need and cost. I never received even one call.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Can not say enough of this place. Car broke down 1,000 miles from home. They were EXTREMELY swamped with work but took the time to make sure my car was road worthy and that I could make it back home in time for a holiday. Very friendly also.
