Enjoyed doing business with them, definitely worth every minute of the 3.5hr ride there. Best part of my experience was the fact that the owner himself went over every detail as far is checking tire pressures, air filter, oil, ect. on my 2022 yz250x before he fired it up. Will be recommending this dealer to everyone.

By far the best experience I ve ever had buying from a dealership. I drove over 4 hours because they worked up the best deal and they gave me the exact deal they said they would. I would make that drive again! Great all around experience!

I m not one to leave a review, but I feel people should know who they are dealing with for business. I put my bike in the shop a month ago here. I was just needing 2 new tires and an oil change. It was estimated 2 weeks max. I wait 2 weeks. I get a call saying they don t have the tires,(which they said they did 2 weeks prior) they said they could put on smaller ones than what originally is supposed to be on there. I said that s fine Bc I was tired of waiting on the bike. He said it will be a few days. Another 2 weeks go by. I am calling every now and then to check on it, the receptionist seemed annoyed I even called at all. She said he is too busy, that he will call back. I never got a call back that time. Next time I tried to call, he was gone. The next time she took my number down. He did call this time. Bobby truly is a super nice guy, I will say that. He was pleasant to deal with ,and he was compassionate. He said the part came in for it, I didn t know it needed a part or I would ve waited to put it in until it was in stock. Also, I guess since the bike sat for so long, the battery had gone bad. I will put a new one in myself. Long story short, the extended wait, non communication, and just bad service has made this a terrible experience. Go somewhere else for help with your motorcycle needs. They were cheap for an oil change tho! All customers ask for is good communication on what s happening.

Took my yz250 because I had carburetor rebuilt at another shop and was told after it wouldn't crank that it would have to be tore down and diagnosed,, took it to Village Cycle and left it with Josh,, he cranked it for me and it's been running great ever since,, didn't even charge me,, honesty is very much respected with me

Descent variety of motorcycles, ATV's and accessories. I am considering buying one. The gentleman who assisted me was older and very helpful. Also, very knowledgeable about the laws concerning underage riders.

I will start by saying Bobby is super nice, however, they are extremely slow and expensive. Took almost a month to get an oil change and two tires mounted. That didn't bother me as much as the bill. Highway robbery is the term that comes to mind. When I stopped in trying to buy tires the parts guy quoted $65 to mount the front and $90ish for the back. More than I wanted to pay but okay. When I finally picked the bike up the cost to mount the rear tire was $180 alone. Double what I was quoted. When I questioned it he said "my bad I told you the wrong price". Thought I was gonna have to sell a kid to pay for the tires to be mounted and oil changed. Never again.

These guys got me out of a jam!I was traveling and laid down my bike, broke the break leaver, and they didn't have one.I couldn't wait, so the young man modified one to get me home, a long ways.They went way out of their way to help me, and they were good company too.I was upset when he said they didn't have one, but they were pretty calm.They were great!

I had them work on a Honda for me years ago and was happy. Bought a 4 wheeler from them several years ago and had them repair it not long ago - very happy with service. I also bought a KLR 650 from them. They have always bee straight forward on the prices and worked to give me the best price on new vehicles and services. Honest opinions about what can be fixed, approximate cost, and it it is worth it for the expense.

Great place. Smaller dealer with great service. Carl and Austin are true motorcycle people. I purchased a suzuki DR 200 a realitivly inexpensive bike but felt like I was given the same purchasing experience as if I had got the most expensive model. The bike was ready when I arrived, perfectly assembled and ready to go. Definitely worth considering for your next purchase

I've done business several times with Village's parts department and have had very good experiences every time. They also sold me a wrecked atv for parts at a great deal. All in all I have always been very pleased in all my dealings. Give them a shot.

I know this place has had some tough reviews lately but I wanted show my appreciation for this shop by writing a positive review. I purchased a moped online that was shipped to me from California that required assembly on my part but once I had it together the moped would not run so I had to have it taken into Village Cycle Center. Carl is the General Manager, he personally came out and picked up my moped because I had no other way of getting it to the shop. Once they had the bike they were able to fix some bad wiring and a few other issues and had it running nice and smooth. After that I told Carl that this was my first bike and I didn't really know how to ride it, so he took the time to teach me and explain some of the best practices as well as taking a few hours to make sure I was comfortable riding on it, making turns and stopping. I payed for the bike services and the helmet but the training was just an added bonus and I can't thank them enough for getting me set up and going. I only subtracted a star because their speed of service is pretty slow meaning they either don't get back to you when you call or it takes a while. It took me three times going up there to get some real service.After that the service was great.

Had to get an out-of-state Moto inspection done and Village cycle was the only place in 100 miles that would help me out. Bobby greeted me before I even walked in the door and made sure I got what I needed. Merch selection looked good, and I m looking forward to some group rides post COVID.

I just recently bought an atv from there and was very pleased with the service. They have great personnel and great parts employees also. It took very little time for them to get me approved for a loan. Overall a very great place for all your atv needs and I strongly recommend them

I took my bike in pieces and they put it back together. It just took 2 months because of having only 2 mechanics. Good service to my bike not so great to the public. In all I'm happy.
