Decent service. The main service guy was Jerry. He was to the point. Service was slower than expected. Probably won t return but the location was convenient. One guy (maybe manager) did notify me of college discount which was nice. Overall, decent service but too many workers and too much trying to sell additional products/service.

Got my oil changed about two weeks ago an all my oil drained out the filter. My motor started knocking. I was coming here a lot but I won't be back smh bad service

Have been going there for about a year and never really had a reason to stop going just average service nothing bad and nothing that was just amazingly good either. (I would usually try to wait to get maintenance done when I would go back home from school due to this and the lack of quality of inspection, but again, was not a bad place to go- just average). BUT my recent visit was exceptionally great! The manager was assisting with the service and asked if I had ever visited them (I guess because the shock and gratitude I showed towards the costumer service and the fact that it was actually a full-service oil change with courtesy inspection and not JUST an oil change) and after I told him I had been coming there regularly but never received as thorough service as this experience (not complaining but just expressing my gratitude), he informed me that they have recently hired new employees and from here on out every experience should meet the expectations set by my most recent visit. This manager obviously did amazing things for the company and I highly recommend going here!

I am new to this area therefore it was my first time going to Take 5. The gentlemen were extremely nice. They explained everything to me that needed changing that I never knew about. Tay and Nate went above and beyond to make sure my 1st time experience was satisfied.

Was taken care of swiftly, The manager personally helped with my oil change and let me know everything was good. I also asked if they would tighten my battery as it was loose and they took care of that too. 10/10 service!

I have never had an oil change so professionally done. I was blown away by their quickness, attention to detail, and customer service. I will definitely be going back for all oil changes in the future!

i have been getting my oil changed here for probably about 2, 3 years now. excellent service, they are super quick, and the mechanics are always funny and friendly. as a woman it can be difficult to be taken seriously in such a field as this, but i have never felt pushed or coaxed or dismissed. 110% support!also, they gave me and my partner freeze pops last summer!!!

Everyone is great.. When I pulled up they greeted me by my name without them asking what my name is. Asked me if I like a bottle water. Got me in and quickly done. Will be back for further car care

They do a good job on the actual oil change, but they don t always check the other fluids and top off like they say on your receipt.I usually have to ask them to check tires, clean windshield. I wouldn t expect them to do this, except they say they do and will put on the invoice that they did.

Il arrived at your establishment and was asked by a young man "how can I help you"? I told him I was told.by the person who had just changed my oil that I needed coolant, and they did not offer the service. The young man checked and he agreed. I asked if I could just have it "topped off", he said I could but it wouldn't last long because of the "build up". He recommended "flushing it out" and convinced me that I needed it. That's what I got and am pleased so far, even though its only been a few days.

The BEST customer service!! Been taking my trucks here for 3 years now and will continue to go back. They also offer student discounts for college students. Highly recommend going here!

I was very impressed by the service and staff of the carwash department! I stopped by looking to just vaccum my vehicle and the lady I spoke with was very friendly, make a joke, and very helpful. She went over and above and seemed like she actally enjoyed her job. 5 stars!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tay did a great job of explaining the coolant system to me. Also, he didn t over-sale me things that weren t necessary. I really appreciated that.

This was my first time coming to Take 5 to get my oil changed. This was the best service I have every received while getting my oil changed the guys working on my vehicle were very friendly and took very good care of my car. I highly recommend Take 5 this is where I will be getting my oil changed from now on!! Update every time I got to the location in starkville I receive the best customer service!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Took my car here to get an oil change and I ve never been treated so good! The manager and his team went above and beyond to get my car right. Cleaned my window, checked my cabin air filter, and my windshield wipers - never had another place be so thorough, and they were super fast too! The guy took my cabin air filter out and bent it in half as he was showing me that it was slightly dirty. Then he stuck the bent filter back into the slot when I told him I wasn t ready to change it. So now I have to go buy another one since he rendered that one useless trying to upsell me.Edited to add.. the shop manager called me, apologized and made it right.

Friendly staff. I like how they explain everything during a full service and then break down the pricing. When I say no to a service, they don t try to keep selling me the product. It s a quick and simple place to get an oil change. Never had an issue with any of their products or mechanics

I LOVE the guys attached TAKE 5! Today I got an oil change. I don't worry about nothing. I only had a limited amount of money. I forgot the young man's name but he's got those holes in his ears. Stretched earring holes. But he took care of me. Thankyou so much for taking care of my car

Back in November, the facility in Starkville changed oil in my 2018 Toyota. The next morning, there was a huge puddle of oil in my garage. After a shop checked it out, they determined the oil pan thread on the car's oilpan had been stripped. It cost about $400.00 to get this fixed and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY CAN POSSIBLY DAMAGE IT. THEY SAID I WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING IT BACK TO them for repair. I didn't want them to further damage it.

I have been here 3-4 times and Every-time I have been here, I find something wrong with my car next day. Sometime it s the oil start leaking, next time it s my air filter cabin box is not tightened, this time they didn t tighten the under cover below the engine I have for my car after draining the oil. Today morning when I started to drop my kids, all it was noise of something hanging dragging below the hood to make embarrassing noise all through the school and road up to Take 5 to fix it. Will never go for oil change here hence forth. Apart of all this they are the most expensive with such a bad and worst service. They mention bunch of stuffs they do on the bill, but just 2-3 of them and that too not properly. I would never recommend this place to any one.

Went here before and I was fine but when I went yesterday something was done wrong because the second I left my tire was screaming causing it to fall off not even 24 hours later

The service was fast and friendly. They changed my oil and oil filter and also they checked the air pressure in my tires. Thanks take 5 I will be back for another oil change in 5,000 miles. Lol

Sent my Daughter in for an oil change . Told everyone in the place all we wanted was oil and a filter change . One of the guys took out her cabin air filter and pressured her into changing it . It needed changing but she told him several times no but felt pressured to change it . Filter on Amazon is $4.98 and she paid $50 . They got her $50 but in the long run it will cost them way more in lost business

Noah was a good manager and knowledgeable about our car and he helped reset the oil service to 100. He kept track of what was going on as he visited with us through the window. I will return!

The technicians were polite and very attentive. They have been taught well on product selling. I needed a driver s side wiper so I purchased one. I m not mad at them! LOLMy only complaint is they didn t reset my electronic gage so that my car would let me know when I needed another oil change. That sticky note they placed on the left of your windshield, numbers normally wears off by the sun. I m going back today for a reset.
