Best tire place ever! They patched a hole in my tire minutes after express tire and lube had just told me it wasn t fixable and I would need a whole new tire. Randy and Lathan are the best!

Independent and longstanding- they've been here for a long time and I trust them with my old and new cars. I travel 30 miles for their service. Super friendly and they joke a lot! Prices are good and the labor is high but worth it. Usually not much of a wait, but you can leave your vehicle. I have a service plan with them as I bout my tires here ... with free bal/rotation. I got that done, alignment, oil/filter change, power steering fluid, and a missing nut applied to one of my struts (they found it.) Just over $200.

Mr. Randy got me in early this morning and mounted/balanced all 4 of my brand new mud grips for a reasonable price. Also, the talented technician gave me a much needed Front-End alignment and My Navi is riding smoother than ever. Thanks R&M!

PSA: I do not recommend these people to work on your vehicle and here is the reason why.....the day before yesterday I called and ordered a certain brand of tires to go on my car. The guy I spoke with never asked me any details about what kind of tire I needed just assumed I wanted seasonal tires. So when the tires arrived, i was super excited. So I had my car towed to there location. When they loaded my car on the lift I never got to see the actual tires they ordered. I just paid the $500 dollars and left do to other work stuff I was dealing with. When I got back I saw that my car was ready. I went in got my keys. Backed my tow truck back to it, hooked up and took off. Before leaving I noticed that the tires looked off and of coarse they were. So I didn't wanna leave up there over night due to a lot of break ins and car theft lately so I towed it to our shop were it sat til the next morning. The whole time on the way to our shop im thinking , if yall are tire experts so yall say how the hell did your team, crew whatever yall call yourselves didnt catch the issue that the tires arent the same. In an old school car everything has to match up or it looks off. Boy does my car look off right now. So not happy. The next morning i load my car on our lift to switch my tires around and when i tried to take them off, the stud breaks. I see they had be crossed threaded when they put them back on my car with an impact drill. So in my mind that was it and I immediately call. I spoke with Andy who told me to hold so he could get his boss. His boss came on the line and instead of trying to diffuse the situation or maybe even trying to up sale me some more tires; the first thing he jumps to is being defensive and in complete deniability about the whole mishap. My car is 44 years old which they never should have used an impact to put them on in the first place but hey time is money I guess. I swear on my life to the heavens above I will never use nor recommend this place again and I feel bad for the times I did. People call and ask all the time before I tow their vehicle who do I think they should use and I always recommend them. Never again. It's different when it happens to you and that's all it took. Total lack of customer service. The owner is very rude and has disgusting people skills. I wish I could give negative stars

I have used R and M Tires 2 times within the last week. It was recommended by a friend and I have highly impressed by their service. They were hospitable when I came through the door. They answered my question, had the exact price for the job and got me out of the shop as quick as they could. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is in Starkville.

Great place with great people who like what they do. Be prepared to be joked with! They found a problem left by another mechanic that was fairly critical! Labor costs are high, but they're worth it. Top notch.

I could not be more pleased with Randy and R&M Tires. Our son was trying to get home to the Coast for Thanksgiving, but his car had other plans. Not only did Randy recommend a reliable tow company (Bulldog Towing), but he got our son on the road quickly and without charging a fortune. I am glad there are still folks out there who take pride in their work and care about the customers they serve. Randy and R&M are honest, reliable and are just good folks!Thank you seems inadequate to express my gratitude.

Can t say enough about the hometown service Jim provided me today , you see I m 100% disabled and Jim went the extra step to not only provide a awesome experience he came out to the house , which is on the country and picked up my truck, put on new tires and delivered it back to the house!! Can t speak for many but you don t find service like that these days!!! Thanks Jim!! Much appreciated. J. B. Lyles

Randy is super nice and helpful! Had a screw in a tire and the fixed it for free (thanks to a protection plan included when I bought the tires from R&M a couple years ago).

I came 2019-11-18 with my 2010 Prius to get 4 new tires (purchased online) installed and balanced ($20/each). I also got an alignment ($69.99), and I also had my tires disposed of ($3/each).Pros:+ I came early so they started work quickly.+ They let me go out on the shop floor to check my rotors and brakes.+ The installation and balance went by quickly. About 20 minutes. Mostly machine work.+ When they started putting my tires on with the air gun, I went out and asked them to use a torque wrench, which they did. Putting wheels back on took about 20 min.+ The alignment took about 15 minutes. The whole work order plus purchase took about an hour.Cons:- One of their shop people didn't seem to like that I didn't like the air gun. ***He also wasn't using the cross pattern to put the nuts on***. When they finally started using the torque wrench, it looked like another guy was training him.- They seemed to lolligag a little after I went out and asked them to change their process.

I was able to find a less pricey option for a good set of all season off road tires by Hercules for a Tundra when I first visited about 4 years ago. The tires and labor were about 750 total, and the service was quick. The first experience inspired me to go there again when I was buying tires for my first car, a BMW 330i. The technician found a set of four for me over the phone and had the tires in about a week. That was before I moved to Colorado. Now that I am winterizing my car, I realized that not only are my tires all season, but also mud and snow rated (M + S). Thanks to R & M and the technician who selected my Toyo tires, my car is sufficiently winterized, so I only needed a pair of Autosocks for Colorado's chain law.

Unbelievable labor time. I seriously got there around 845 am for a tire change and was pulling out of the parking lot by 900am. Very impressive. Definitely returning. Great job guys!!

R&M tire patched a hole in my tire which failed after only 2 weeks. When I called back about it to ask if it could be re-patched or if I needed a new tire, they were not helpful and responded in discourtesy. I would not recommend R&M tire for their lack of customer service and their poor quality work.

Awful service, the worst I've ever been to. Charge for stuff they didn't even do , lie to you straight in your face, take my advice this is the right shop, keep on rolling.

COLLEGE KIDS BE CAREFUL -- My son went to get an oil change and the price said 25, but what they DON'T TELL YOU is there will be a 15.00 service charge! That, tax and an air filter later and He's out $50.
