Highly recommend this dealership ! Angel Cruz our salesmen made the experience super smooth and easy. Came to the lot and drove off in the vehicle I WANTED in under 2 hours. Not an all day ordeal. Definitely shop with these guys!

Had a tire blow out one night. They were able to order a new one and replace it the very next day!! Would absolutely recommend going to the service department for any repairs you need.

I let these guys change the rotor on my ram3500! Let's make it clear I had to end up buying a new rear end and they took no responsibility for their mistake! My right axle literally broke the next day and all the fluid leaked out! After they worked on it! Rear end had no problems at all until they disassembled the right rotor and put it back together! They did not assist in helping me find a new one nor did they even care to check after their mistake they just simple left me hanging brushed me off with a huge expense saying it's not their fault and nothing they can do! I tried calling corporate but that's no use! Overall I love Ram equipment but this dealership service department and mechanics cost my small company a lot and it's unfair but this was my experience! I will never let them touch anything on my truck again! They can t even change the oil or a tire on a vehicle of mines! My advice is to take your vehicle out of town or to a more equipped dealership and better service team!!! Unless you want to try your luck!

I never post a review, but most of the times I read reviews before I purchase or use for service. This event convicted me to do so.I took my Ram 2500 in for repair. I had an oil leak on the front of the engine. They looked at my truck and called me, told me that the price to repair was $6,048. After some discussion and what the guy was telling me over the phone, it wasn t making sense. I told him that I was going to pick my truck up. I paid a $150 diagnostic fee and left. I took the truck to another dealership that had a certified mechanic that could make the repair. I got my truck back 5 days later and the repair cost me $2,050.32. I would be cautious in getting something repaired here.

My wife and I had a less than a pleasant experience. The salesman ran hard inquiries on our credit although we ve explicitly informed him not to. When we got the notification and asked him about it, he acted as if he didn t know what a hard inquiry is!! We later learned that he was a new hire . I d say that was the least unpleasant thing. What I did not like was the annoying unwillingness to share simple information, such as the sale price and the APR of the car. It took over an hour to get those numbers. They also created a sense of urgency as if we needed to buy the car the same day!!! I m a very simple guy, I ask simple questions and I want simple answers. I don t want to waste anybody s time and I don t want anybody to waste my time. Plus, the car was way overpriced.

My last purchase was a new Ram truck. A couple of things caused me to return to the dealership for adjustments that were quickly done and solved my problem. The service department is just great. The prices were very reasonable and the sales crew is just super. Good management is very obvious in every area of this dealership.

Review for September 1, 2022 - I worked with a salesman for roughly two weeks trying to purchase either a new or used truck. Inventory was terrible and their prices were way too high. The salesman was in-experienced and clearly had been trained to interact with sub-prime borrowers. Questions such as "What do you want your monthly to be?" were basically always asked even though she was unaware I was paying cash.When they did receive a truck that I was interested in the price was 6K over blue book on a used truck. The salesman was not trained on how to properly close and sent me text messages which were copy and paste or likely her sales manager was typing them.The overall experience I have of Parker-McGill is they are overpriced, unwilling to negotiate and have salesman that are trained for subprime borrowers.

The service provided by the team at Parker CDJR is outstanding.Previous appointments at Parker CDJR were always met with a smile and a friendly face and they ve always gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy.I had some issues with my Ford vehicle and it was beyond their abilities so I had to take it to the ford dealership in town and my experience with them was miserable.I ve been spoiled by the service Parker CDJR provides so I hold everyone to that same standard and others in town, just can t come close.
