I had to constantly call them to stay updated on my vehicle. They text messaging service sends out premature texts saying you car is ready when it's not. I had returned my return and when to pick up my car, it was not ready. They receptionist was like "Did we call you?". They know about the issue with the messaging service but hasn't fixed it. They called me about my battery saying it was dying and asked my if I wanted them to go to Walmart and get me a battery and I pay the shop back for it. I told them no, I'm not coming out of my pocket for anything. My car looks great, and it took the 9 weeks to fix it. They said some of my parts was on national backorder but it took them about a month to calibrate it.

Great customer service from the onset. I'm very pleased with my repairs and they kept me abreast of the progress. The cleanliness of my vehicle was a major plus. They repaired the door and fender on passenger side and blended the paint very well to my original color. My truck is 17 years old so this was phenomenal. Highly recommend for your repairs and collision coverage.Service: Painting

From start to finish, the experience with Joe Hudson Collision Center was wonderful! The body shop did a great job on my car, and Felicia was very quick to keep me in the loop with its progress. They were all incredibly kind and did the absolute most to help me out during my visit. They were always willing to answer any questions and kept me up to date on my repair at all times. My car was cleaner when I got it than when I dropped it off! Definitely recommend.

I have had several appraisals and repairs at Advanced, bot at their current & previous locations. They are super professional, accommodating and thorough. They do excellent work, and do everything possible to keep you informed. In my estimation, they are the best in Mississippi. If you have any problems with your vehicle, this is the place to go. The staff is really nice, patient, professional, and they do a wonderful job. I m a college student, and I got in a wreck a couple of weeks ago. Joe Hudson's Collision Center repaired damage to my car that was done incorrectly by Advanced Collision Repair and they did a great job on the paint. It looks the way it should have looked the first time. Everyone up front is so nice, too.The only reason for my 3 stars is because without a doubt an employee in the back that worked on my car took the SmartCord to my Escort Radar detector. I should have taken the entire radar detector home with me instead of leaving it in my car, but I have never in 6 years had anyone unplug it from the radar itself for anything and didn't think twice about it. Even when getting my car detailed, no one has ever had to unplug the cord from the detector. There's literally zero reason to do so. I called twice to ask that everyone look for it to see if maybe it was left laying around, giving the benefit of the doubt, but it's clear what happened since it was never found.Service: Painting

I was sent to Advanced Collisions by my insurance company and originally I was very satisfied with the service, especially customer service. That was until it was time for me to pickup my car. Since I work a few hours from where I stay I had to take off from work to go and pick up my car, which wasn t a problem. That morning I got up and gave them a call and they let me know that it would be ready that evening. 45 mins before it was time for me to pickup my car they told me I wouldn t be able to get my vehicle until the next day because they weren t finished with all of the detailing. Unfortunately, the next day was a Saturday and they were closed. So they kept my car almost 20 days to fix an issue that should ve at most taken 5 days and not to mention the fact that I still ended up taking off work again to pickup my car.

They are great guys and expert in what they are doing. They provided an actual and authentic assessment of my damaged car without any preference for their own benefit. If you have an accident and you dont know who can help you, just call them. They will be a strong supporter for you when you are dealing with insurance guys and you get what you deserve. My insurance persisted on the repair, but they have approved that my car should be total based on the authentic evaluation of the damage and price of the good quality parts.

My experience with this company was great!! They kept me up to date daily on the status of my vehicle and even finished early. They work they did was of great quality!! Representative stated in our initial conversation the bumper would not be repainted or touched but upon removal and installation the bumper was damaged. I was not informed of this and was overlooked in the process which was a dissatisfaction to me; the customer. Representative also stated dirt cover clips and any other clips would be replaced if any was broken; there are many still missing to hold the cover to the car and under the hood cavity. Inside front driver side panel not painted as stated in the quote/job I received. Clips inside door to the door speakers, safety cushion and wiring broken and not replaced. By front fender not being blended, color looks off. Not completely satisfied for the time month time I had to wait before getting the service. I had to call them to see when my vehicle was ready multiple times which put inconvenience my schedule on their actual date it would be ready by three days.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job on repairs, kept me updated throughout the process, and cleaned my truck inside and out. Customer service was the best I have ever seen. Repairs have a lifetime warranty. I will not ever use another body shop. You can t go wrong going here.

Advanced Collisions did such a wonderful job on my 2015 Dodge Dart after I was hit by transfer truck a couple years ago I didn t even hesitate about where I wanted by 2018 Dodge Journey to go after it taken and suffered damage from that theft. Again I was very happy with my car after I picked it up. I would and have been recommending them to my friends.

Dependably excellent repair work done at the time promised. I've had three windshields replaced here, body repair from a deer collision, and damage from a blown out tire. Very courteous service. Seamless coordination with my insurance.

Had the frontbof my trk repaired. They couldn't find a brush guard like mine so they told me to buy one and they would pay me the amount insurance had paid them for brush guard. It was supposed to take 2 weeks its been over 44 days and still no check. Every time we call. Mr Wilson says its been mailed but still no check.
