Miranda was absolutely phenomenal and she attended to all of my needs quickly and efficiently! She was very thorough and she explained the process in plain language so that I could understand. I can t give her enough stars. She has exceptional customer service, and I can tell that she is definitely a valued team member. Kudos to Miranda!!

This place is awesome! I cannot express enough how fantastic the crew is. Miranda and Ryan took care of me and did a great job. I definitely recommend dropping your car off if you need work done since the waiting room is small. They will call you before doing any work. As a woman, I was concerned about being told about "extra" things my car needed fixed but these guys are only interested in fixing what is actually wrong (even if there are a few extras you didn't know about). Definitely recommend these guys for any work you need or an oil change.

Loved my experience here. Miranda made sure I was taken care of quickly and effortlessly. She provided excellent customer service and communicated my needs in a professional manner. Her service makes me want to come back here for all of my car care needs.

I have been a faithful customer of Express Oil Change company for many years and when the staff wants to do a great job they do. Yet I had a horrible experience with this one. My car had a problem with the coolant and began to run hot one evening. I had trusted that they would do the job correctly and BOY WAS I WRONG. I paid close to a THOUSAND dollars to this location to fix the coolant and prevent the car from running hot while driving it. After one month the car continued to run hot and the dealership had to correct their work. The correction cost me nearly TWO THOUSAND dollars because of their quick fix or ripped off job. They claim that they are affordable, great service, and reliable which are all lies. It would be best for everyone if they followed their principles and did not make a quick buck off hard-working people.

I had a blown headlight and every place wanted to charge me over $100 to change it. I decided to try express and was greeted by Kevin he changed the bulb in my car and I was ok with the price of the bulb. He installed it and had me good to go. Kudos Kevin and thanks again.Ms Miller

Located off main hwy. parking is limited and service is unpredictable. Most of the workers were nice & professional. Satisfied with service. Had back brake pads replaced for $250 plus tax. Kindof pricey but service took around 50 minutes. Waiting room area is very small, limited seating. You will have to get out car or pull car up to front to get a workers attention. This place stays busy but they move quick. I would return in future.

This is the only place in Starkville that I go to get my car looked at. They are all so nice and Miranda helps me every time I come in! I urge you to take your business elsewhere if you value your time and quality workmanship. After my experience I wouldn't trust them to install wiper blades, even if they were giving them away for free.It took 4 hours to mount and balance 4 tires because the service staff isn't knowledgeable in their craft. I won't ever return and will recommend other the same. If they struggled this much with tires, imagine a job slightly more complicated.They used the wrong wheel weights to balance my tires so when I drove off there was a loud banging. The weights were striking my brake calipers. I left and returned 2 times until they figured out what they did wrong, although they think they used the correct weights. They did not. BTW they will likely use the incorrect weights on your tire as well because the weights they used are a lazy way in most cases.I had to check over their work as they corrected their mistake to make sure that nothing else went wrong. And wouldn't you know it I stopped them from putting on a way out of balanced tire on my truck. This tire had like 4 to 5 ounces hanging on it. When they retested it that found it was not balanced correctly and it only need like a ounce instead of 5. I had to check their work over and make sure the job was done to at least the bare minimum, I'm not their manager, I don't work there, I'm not on their payroll. I shouldn't have to couch them on this, they are supposed to be the professionals. Their training program and leadership have failed them, the team doesn't have the knowledge to preform their duties.Nice people for the most part, but being nice isn't enough in business, we need competency and good workmanship. I would look elsewhere for those traits.You can see the adhesive weights they used in the pictures that were striking my calipers. They should've used the clip on weights. Also notice how the tires are counter-balanced, a mark that shows that they're not experts, all the weight should be together not spread out over multiple locations.Service: Auto tire replacement

I went to this place of business in Starkville Ms. There was a gentleman named Kevin who waited on me. He was so nice and very helpful. He went over everything with me and explained it very clearly. He was so nice and respectful and I can t say enough about how helpful he was . Great customer service. I will be recommended need them to everyoneService: Tires

This place is awesome! Went in for what I thought was a brake issue and was super stressed. Turns it was an easy fix! They were so kind and accommodating and got my car fixed speedily. They definitely made me feel better and made me smile! They assured me to bring the car back if there were any other issues. I will absolutely go back to them for all my car service needs!! They are thieves. Went and bought my own parts to reduce costs.. well I had to get my brakes checked too soon after and it was discovered that they only replaced one of my brake pads that I bought myself and they kept the rest for themselves. Scammers.

I went there to get my AC checked. I was pretty sure it was just the refrigerant that was low. When they supposedly did the diagnostic they said the AC compressor needed to be replaced. That was going to cost $700-$1400! I spent most of the Summer driving in this heat because I couldn t afford it. I was in Tupelo and took it to Firestone, they did the real diagnostic on it (takes 1 hour to complete), and it just needed refrigerant. I suffered so long for something that costs less than $200 because of these liars. I will not be using them for anything again! And if you re female, don t let them scam you out of money. Go somewhere trustworthy!Service: Air conditioning

I bought a new car and needed an inspection. Thomas was great with explaining every detail about my car. He even stayed 30mins after closing and made sure every question I had was answered.
