I needed an oil pan gasket replaced on my truck and this was not a job I was willing to try in my driveway. I got several quotes and Coles by far was the most reasonable priced. On top of that the quality of work seems really good. They even forgot to add the price of new oil into my original quote and didn't tack it on when I picked my truck up. Glad I found an honest shop for any future mechanical issues I may encounter.

They never give you a detailed inspection report on exactly what needs to be repaired. Will disclose issues one after another, so that you keep on fixing and they can keep charging you. One of my friend had also similar experience.However, they give you reasonable quote for fixes compared to others in Starkville. So in my experience, Cole is a cheap but risky option.

They worked on my little Ford focus for me. It wasn't cranking and was running hot. They fixed it and made a mistake, but they DEFINITELY made it right afterwards PLUS some. I am thankful for them I won't take my vehicle anywhere else but to them to be fixed ever! I take care of my four year old and sometimes my elderly mother (we take care of each other), and our vehicle is the hardest thing for us to do without and the most expensive for us to take care of. We certainly appreciate great mechanics like these fellas. Go to them y'all! You won't regret it.

My car broke down on the way to work, and had it towed here after reading some reviews online! As a college student who works, my car is my livelihood - they ran diagnostics and fixed it in the same day at a more than fair price, which is incredibly impressive considering my car (Kia) often gives difficulties when finding parts! Would recommend to anyone in the Starkville area!

Cole s is one of the best garage and repair centers in Starkville. They provide great services and some of the cheapest prices in town. They are really polite and take utmost care of your vehicle. I have taken quotes from other garages for my brake repair and other diagnostic repairs, and they provided me with significantly reduced prices among all of them. The best way to approach them is, however, to give them a call first, and they will tell you when to bring your car. I would recommend them highly.

Absolutely awesome people here. They always fix everything and I only go to them. I can call them in the middle of a breakdown they'll always find a way to squeeze anybody in. Need a great mechanic reach out to them

$658.83 down the drain. Took my truck in for a burning smell, thought it was the spark plug coils going bad. Guy tells me my head gasket is leaking, was never leaking before I took it, fixed it . I took my old car in 2021 to fix a wheel bearing noise and then when the transmission broke. I also took my new car this year 2022 to change the oil and recently to change the clutch, which had broken. I'm more than satisfied with all the work they've done. They are good at what they do, and most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. I recommend this place 100%.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Russ and his team were great. I'm from Georgia and I had a very bad break issue on the highway which my Son and I had to spend the night in a Starkville hotel. I was really worried. Called Russ early the next morning, he said to bring my vehicle in, and they fit me into their schedule. The problem was not as bad as I thought, but they took care of the issue, and didn't over charge. These guys are great and fair on what they charge. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!!!

I've used them for 20+ years. They are dependable, do great work, fair on price (sometimes more than fair), and stand behind what they do. Can't say enough good things about them. I've recommended Cole's to everybody I know when they are new in town and have never heard a single complaint.

My son is in Starkville, MS attending MSU. His FJ Cruiser broke down and he took it to Cole's at the recommendation of one of my collegues. They were nice, professional, quick and above all honest. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for treating my son so well and getting him back on the road quickly.

I was called before they did any repairs, presented with my options, and had it fixed pretty quickly. A few weeks later, the same part broke, took it in at 9 am, it was done by 3 pm on the same day. They honored the warranty on the part and there was no charge for labor. They were honest, dependable, and fast. I would recommend them.

Had to have switch on window fixed and oil change . Also received estimate for another small issue. Very courteous, friendly and quick. Would recommend Friends to business with.

They do great work here. They call to tell you the problem, price, and if you want them to proceed with frequent updates. Very fair on labor too.

They aren t all of that he has my 2005 Chevy Colbalt fixed but overcharged me labor for ! Yes he does a good job on cars but the labor is unnecessary!
