Can't express enough how great the guys at Cannon Ford Lincoln of Starkville are! My elderly parent's car battery died on me last night and so my brother and I jumped it with a powerpack and ran it to an auto parts store to have the battery checked and it was on its last life, but they said that due to where the battery was located underneath the hood that they could not help us install a new one. So, early this morning (without any appointment at all) I took it over to Cannon Ford Lincoln of Starkville and everyone was so nice. They made fresh coffee for me and the guys in the shop treated me just like family. Shane (the service manager) and Braxton tested the battery which was in fact bad and replaced it in no time at all.

They were really busy and took a while to get to my car.Otherwise service was excellent. The staff were friendly and very honest. Ran a full diagnostic for me and helped ID what was going on with my vehicle.The prices were a little high, but that's to be expected from a dealer shop.

Cannon ford Starkville ms tool my car in didn't fix it and when a storm came through they didn't close the hood on my car. There was damage to it as a result I talked to shan and he said it was a act of God n his insurance doesn't cover it and I need to buy a new hood

Tried to scam me out of $500 by telling me that my brand new tires were bad and there was a dent in my wheel. It is so disheartening to see people taking advantage of me because I am a woman who does not know about cars. Glad i got a second opinion.
