Let me just say Ann is THE BEST. THE G!!!! She got us straight and helped us so much. I never once felt out of place or worried. She's very sweet and she keeps everything real 100% !!!!! So awesome!And thank you Holly!!! Thank you for explaining to us other great benefits about the car and keeping us in the loop! I was about to drive 4 hours to another dealership to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I'm glad I thought to check locally because Cannon Ford of Starkville had a nicer one and they matched the price!My salesman, Rodney Pope, was a man of a few words. Short, concise, direct answers to my questions -no fluff. For someone selling me a car, I LOVE THAT! "In the multitude of words sin is not lacking" - Proverbs 10:19 (times 10 for typical car salesmen)And, the finance manager Holly O'Callaghan could not have been nicer. She did everything she could to streamline the process and get me out of there as fast as she could. Again, love it.I walked out with a vehicle I was happy with at a price I was happy with, all while saving me an 8 hour round trip to boot! I walked in to Cannon Ford of Starkville one afternoon, and had my new car pulled into my garage in time for supper.

I had the easiest and relaxing experience ever buying a car from the time Les Alexander placed my order until it arrived. I can t thank my sales person, Carley Boscareno, enough. She has the sweetest personality and also Holly O Callaghan, business manager. She made all the dreaded signing fun!

My experience at Cannon Ford of Starkville was the best I have ever had at any dealership thus far. My service advisor was Kasey Akins, and he was very quick to respond and give me constant updates on the repair process of my vehicle. He went above and beyond to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. I dropped my truck off for a major repair, and was able to pick it back up just two days later. I highly recommend Kasey, and the entire crew at Cannon Ford of Starkville for all of your future Ford service needs.

I can not say enough good things about dealing with Cannon Ford of Starkville! The process was super easy and painless. Courtney worked hard and got me the deal I wanted! I have never owned a brand new vehicle but thanks to her I was able to drive off in a brand new 2023 F150! I highly recommend Cannon Ford and especially Courtney!

My water pump went out and Cannon Ford of Starkville had my car fixed within 2 days and gave me a loaner to use while it was in the shop! My car is running better than ever now!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me!!

Mrs. Ann at Cannon in Starkville will always be the number 1 contact for me or if anyone comes to me with questions about buying a car. She puts her best face and foot forward! Carley was amazing and guided me through the process, and the entire staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Even though it did take a little longer than anticipated, which was due to parts being hard to find, Cannon was extremely professional in taking care of my wrecked truck. They were very informative on letting me know anything i wanted to know through the whole process and made sure everything was done the right way. I cannot thank them enough for handling everything in a professional way. Would highly recommend anyone in the Starkville area that needs any vehicular needs.

Got my first oil change and check up on my car and they were super fast and even more friendly! Winford called me to let me know what time it would be finished and had me back driving by lunch! This dealership makes me feel so special and important!!! Holly also was so helpful and reassuring about how fast my service would be! Love this place!!

Bought my Lincoln there. Sales people were wonderful. I just got the oil changed there which is supposed to include a loaner car and a car wash and vacuuming. The loaner didn t happen and the car was kept an extra day to get cleaned. Job was not so good. I spoke with the service manager and he says he will come get it and redeem their reputation. I hope so.

Very nice people! Very easy to contact and work with. Worked with me on getting some minor scratches and dinks out of the truck! Had some issues with rescheduling but over all I am very pleased with all the help!

Cannon Ford Ford of Starkville Service Department is Awesome..Our Ford Transit broke down on Saturday 3.2.24. They had the bus towed to the shop. Since it was a Saturday they couldn't look at the bus until Monday 1st thing. They looked the bus, determined what the issue was & ordered parts for the repair. The parts came in Tuesday morning. We picked our bus up on Thursday afternoon with repairs completed. This was a major repair and they did an amazing job.On a side note it should be noted that Mr. Winford is a great person that truly cares about their customers. He was very professional & kept us informed the entire time they had the bus. I can tell you that there are very few Dealerships out there that treat the customer with the professionalism & respect they deserve. Mr. Winford is exactly what a dealership needs on their team when it comes to customer service.I would highly recommend Cannon Ford & Mr. Winford if you're ever in need to service your Ford vehicles.

Only leaving one star because zero is not an available option. Im from out of town and My truck broke down right in front of this business. I have a 2015 F250. So, naturally I got them to check it out and give me an estimate, Their estimate was to replace the entire fuel system for almost $17,000. Yes, 17 Thousand. I had the truck towed to another reputable shop. Did the same repair on same truck with factory parts for $6100. If one shop can make money at $6100 how can they justify 17k ? They CANT! That was the most insane figure I have ever been given. I believe they knew I was out of town and in a bind. But they didn t know, I m not stupid. Please don t take your vehicle here. I dare say, you can get your work done for less than half ANYWHERE else. Oh, they also charged me $150 to tow it 100 ft into the parking lot. And then a diagnostic fee. (This charge was understandable).

Great place to buy a vehicle. Courtney is great to deal with. No crazy extra fees and not pushy on things. The vehicle I got was clean and waxed with a full tank of gas. Very honest dealership. Came from Houston, TX to buy because of dealers down there. Well worth the drive.

Sending Cannon car dealership in Starkville Mississippi much appreciation for all their accommodations for just an oil change. It was such an easy experience. They Provided transportation and as always a in a timely manner. There is No deal like a Cannon Deal!

Today service was quick and did a great job.While I was there I asked the body shop for a cost estimate to replace the carpet in my truck. The head of the bossy shop took me to the parts counter and in 2-3 minutes I hand a good estimate and understand of the process to take care of that. So again quick and efficient! Thank you !

They do not honor their warranties are purchased the best warranty that they offer and I still got the runaround twice!!!! This last time my compressor is going out and it messed with my shocks, but they say the warranty did not cover the shocks. And as til of this day, I m still waiting on a phone call from them. I have never been late on a payment and I was bringing my car to them for oil changes 90% of the time. And I paid my warranty in full. But this company they won t have to worry about me, purchasing another vehicle from them in the future because they do not hold to their word.

Friendly and great service. I normally can't stand waiting for an oil change. But I was comfortable and the wait wasn't terribly long either. Was quite pleased with my visit at Cannon Ford.

Scheduled a visit to replace a tire senior which reduce the time I had to wait. They did the work fairly fast and gave me a quote on the work required before starting the job. Very nice and polite group.

We took our 2021 Ford Explorer to have oil changed and a recall done. They did the oil change but couldn t get the recall done after 2 days of having the car there. I had to take my husband to meetings and drop him off and pick him back up & we are hoping they will have the car fixed after having it a 3rd day.
