Garret was awesome. Other staff were professional as well. Store was flawless inside and out. Restroom was clean, neat and pleasant smelling.I recommend this location. Easy to get in and out. I found them to be unbeatable for batteries. I found them to be unbeatable for parts as well. I recommend stepping up to the gold or better for batteries and brakes.

Very good customer service. The lady was very helpful and helped me change my break lights in the misty rain. I loved her personality and positive attitude. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing.

Walked in to glares and dry greeting. Didn't ask me if I needed assistance so I had to go ahead and speak up. Didn't have what i needed and was just about dismissed. Won't be back.

I'm from out of town and was checking my daughter out of her dorm at the local University. Her car ran hot and I called and they offered to help if I was just would drive theCar in. A young man named Robert poured the coolant in, checked oil,etc. He saved two ladies,far from home! He deserves 6 stats.

Kudos to Donovan. Came in to get replacement AC fan blower motor for 2013 Prius that had previously been purchased/ replaced thru Autozone parts. W/I 5 mins total, Donovan located the previous purchase in system, located the new part & had me checked out with NO sales questions, hassle for original receipt, no confusion. Had part put into car & in 10 mins from arriving, able to drive away in a cool, breezy car.... Much thanks & respect to Donovan & Edwin. Awesome service & repeat customer

Went in last week to get a replacement battery. Apparently the cables weren't fully tightened by the associate because the car wouldn't start the next day & when I took it to another mechanic, he just rattled around the loose battery cables

I sent my college student by your store today. Thank you to Mr. Robert and your amazing help with my daughter. Checked her battery and replaced her windshield wipers for her. She had a very nice discussion with him also. He left a very nice impression on my child. Thank you again Mr. Robert.

Spoke to associate Robert Rice at this store who was extremely helpful. My daughter attending college in this town had a problem with her car, and he was willing to help her identify the problem and give her some guidance. A great relief to me, since I can't take off work and drive 4 hours to Starkville to help with the situation.

I came in to ask about touch up pens and the representative that I talked to had a really bad attitude and made me feel unwelcomed. He was very short and purposefully unhelpful with his responses. He gave me lots of one word responses and I had to ask follow up questions that are obvious. His attitude was very clear and purposeful in that he didn't want to help. It is not often that I feel uncomfortable in a store, but this was definitely one of them.

This store has poor professionalism and customer service. We ordered and paid for an alternator, while trying to pick up the item the so called manager said it could not be located under the phone number we have on file. She indicated that the alternator that she had was not paid for.When we returned with the receipt she had a smart comment because she had been proven wrong. She then tried to blame the issue on a glitch in the system, stating that we need to show a receipt. That s all good and fine but to accuse us of just randomly walking in a store to pick up an alternator was a bit of a stretch.She (Albrey/Averary, whatever her name is then became argumentative, all because we needed clarity that if we needed to return an item it would not be a problem..Only in Mississippi have I ever experienced such incompetent people. We should always keep receipts anyway, which I always do, but for this store, accusing customers of not paying for something just because there is a so called glitch is by far the wrong thing to do until you have the facts. And by no means should a so called manager become argumentative once presented with a receipt that proves the purchase.I will think twice before using this location again.

My car is fixed!! I needed a battery. Wish it would not have taken all of my money. When did batters start casting $129 without taxes. I needed that coupon and they called it a cheap battery. You know "standard". I am laughing. I love my car and it was a quick job. Thanks AutoZone

Ariel is a blessing. She confirmed I purchased the correct size wiper blades, let me know that wiper fluid was free with purchase, and then put the blades on for me. She is courteous and kind!

This AutoZone in Starkville is good to college students. I stopped by to have a part looked at since I have no clue about vehicles. To my surprise, a woman came out, took a look, and told me exactly what was wrong. Now that may sound like an odd statement, but as a young female who dreads mechanics/men in the auto-mechanic industry, it made me very happy & comfortable to have someone I trust and can relate to explain what was going on with my vehicle. I got it fixed shortly after, and though I wasn't in the store for long, I will be coming back to buy parts!

They said they couldn t change my cars batter b/c it was not serviceable in their computer, but O Reiley s did it just fine after I left. I know that s not their fault, but it was inconvenient.

My son is a student at Mississippi State. His battery died so he went to AutoZone to get a new one. They told him it was an Interstate battery and that should be under warranty at that store. Then they gave him a jump and off he went to get a free battery from another store!! I'm beyond impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of this location. We would have never known or thought twice if they had just sold him a battery. Thank you!!

Guy worked hard, it took almost an hour to change the battery on a mini cooper, I even had a full time mechanic come lend a hand. No complaints.
