Scam! These guys towed my son s truck after he showed them his parking decal that had fallen on the dash. The Atlas employee asked my son to show him the decal without opening the door. My son pointed to it but because it was upside down on the dash. They towed the truck anyway. Josh and Frank (Atlas employee and supervisor) admitted after they knew it was the decal they d unload the truck for $125. Feeling like this was unfair and completely caught off guard, my son refused to pay. These guys didn t budge. My son had to pay $250 to get his vehicle. They admitted they tow 2-3 cars every night at $250 each. If you live at the Helix in Starkville, check your decal to be sure it didn t fall from the window before exiting your car to go in your apartment. Atlas towing knows how to make a quick $250. No compassion for a cheap decal that will not stick to the window.

Long story short we were traveling home from the beach hauling our 38 travel trailer. Truck blew a fuel pumped and we were stuck on the side of the road!! Googled tow company and I picked the very first one. This team of individuals went way beyond my expectations to get me and my family off the road. They even towed our trailer to their lot and let us set up our camper in their lot!! The next morning they got our truck and trailer safely back to Jackson TN!!! This company towed my son s car from an apartment complex despite having the required credentials to park and with him standing at the vehicle. They are scamming money off college kids. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS

Worst company you could ever use. They were rude to my husband multiple times and hung up on him. Telling him he needs an appointment to pick up his car and they will be closed on Friday the only day he has time to pick it up all while their website says open 24 hours. You shouldn't need a appointment to pick up your own car that you pay for! Don't ever use them!

I was in a really tough spot and was waiting on a tow, usually going through my insurance they take hours, but Josh was there in 30 minutes, when it said over 80 minutes.He was charismatic and accommodated my situation when many towers have been very rude and abrupt.If you ever need a tow make sure you call Josh, he is the best!Service: Car towing

My alternator went out and left me stranded. Dusty was awesome with doing whatever he could to ensure me he would get me taken care of since I couldn't stay with my vehicle the whole time. He called me to ensure we could both show up around the same time so I wouldn't have to leave my Caddy unlocked and unattended. Thanks Atlas and loved the Autism Speaks puzzle paint job on the truck.

I ran over something in the middle of the road and it made the most horrible sound. I pulled over to see what damage had been done. There was oil leaking all over the place. Apparently I busted the oil pan. It was the worst feeling ever!!! I was scared out of my mind and freaking out. The driver showed up quickly and got me calmed down. He recommended a great mechanic who had me back on the road quickly. The atlas guy turned a terrifying situation into an experience that wasn t so bad. Very nice driver. Even took me down to the service station to air up my spare tire. It was nighttime and we were driving from Mississippi State to the Coast .The driver was very polite and concerned for our safety and well-being! Thank you so much Atlas Recovery! We made it very slowly, but the bottom line is we made it!!

My wife had car trouble and these guys not only took care of the car, they took care of my family when I couldn t get there few to being out of town. They treated her and my daughter with respect and kept them at ease which put me at ease. They waited with them at the dealership until their ride got there and even offered to give them a ride home. The best experience with ANY tow service I ve ever used!!! Thanks Atlas.

This happened in Nov. 2020 and I've been meaning to write a review because of the incredibly awesome experience. I am an insurance adjuster and my truck broke down hauling a camper on the way to New Orleans after Hurricane Zeta. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who assisted but I do not recall. He towed my camper (to a campground) and truck (to the dealership). However, what he did customer service wise was beyond comprehension. This was about 6 pm and I had to get a rental car to get to New Orleans for damage inspections the next morning (4 hours away). He first took me to the local airport and waited on me for at least 30 minutes to obtain a rental car (the last one they had). We then went to the tow yard to get a bigger truck to be able to handle the job. Back to the parking lot we drove and loaded it all up in no time. When we arrived at the campground and got the camper parked he told me to head on to New Orleans and he would get the truck to the dealership for me to save me some time. This was top notch customer service and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Man I broke down in the middle of the road. Late at night. Ran out of fuel ! I was mad until Frank showed up in his nice wrecker and towed me right down the road to a gas station! Thanks Frank! Contacted the shop when my car was towed. They couldn't tell me why on the phone the first time and they had to look it up and they said they'd call me back. I waited nearly 2 hours to receive a call back. That never happened so I called them back and they told me why it was towed. The call became hostile and I asked to speak to the owner. They weren't in. I asked for the owner's name and I was told that she wouldn't give me that information out. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. Highly unprofessional. That is not how a company does business. If a customer asks for your name and your boss's name, then you give them that information.Went today to get my car. Was told that I couldn't pick it up yet and that I would need to make an appointment to get it because they didn't have anyone there who could move other cars to let me get mine out. I told the receptionist that I had my title and documents showing that I could get my car. She told me that I would have to wait to get it because of the aforementioned reasons. They cannot legally hold your car if you are the title holder and can prove that you have the right to your car. Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau or I would be reporting the company to the BBB.
