This company PREYS on college students. Their drivers have absolutely no care in the world - they have towed me THREE TIMES from an apartment complex that I live at and have a PARKING PASS for!! And they charge me $250 every time. The last time this happened, I called my apartment complex to complain and they didn t even know they were towing from the area I was parked in. It s beyond ridiculous.

I d love to know how they decide how much money to charge you .people are saying they were only charged $150 overnight. I was charged $256 overnight oh and I got towed from my own parking garage that I have a parking decal for.

I wish Google would let me leave a 0 star review. This tow company monopolizes on local businesses, apartments, and organizations to prey upon broke college kids. They lurk in the shadows waiting for a driver to park. Within a matter of seconds, they appear at the rear of your vehicle, hook it up, and flee the scene. They charge inconceivable prices for their malicious actions and refuse to cooperate with victims of their crimes. As a college student who was wrongfully towed, they refused to help me and properly have footage reviewed by a third party. I find it shocking they consider their company to be legal. The manager, Stephanie, is the rudest employee I have ever come in contact with. She is negligent, hostile, and belittles every single customer that walks in the front doors. She lied and claimed that my car was on-site, when it in fact was being held at a sketchy location across town. The security at this location consisted of a beaten up car used as a "gate" and a plastic table set up like a lemonade stand in a gravel pit. The lot is unnamed and is very hard to spot. Apex is by far the WORST company I have ever had to cooperate with. Feel free to call their number at any time to pester their line before they wrongfully tow your vehicle next. Apex you better count your days.

Amazing people , who took the time to help when I was in jam after not knowing that my car would get towed in parking spot it was at . Took personal time to wait for me to be able to pay bill an get the return of my vehicle .

Raphael did a fantastic job towing my car! It was in a difficult spot to get out and he handled it like an absolute pro. Pricing was affordable and the dispatcher I spoke with was also fantastic!

Apex towed my college students car from her apartment building the day after ice storm because they did not see the parking permit due to busted windshield. Then they made her pay $150 to get her car back. AFTER THEY WRONGFULLY TOWED IT FROM HER RESIDENCE!!!! I tried reasoning with the manager Carol but she laughed at me and said that was their policy.

This morning I was unaware that I was towed on false pretense. I called the establishment and was told that I had an expired parking decal which is not the truth. So I spoke with the receptionist. She then begins to tell me that my car was towed because I had no parking decal . Then I was asked to sign documentation in order to retrieve my car. After this was stated, I refused to sign, due to the fact that I had not viewed my car yet, and that was a false statement ..as we approach the Car . I showed her the up to date decal. And it was indeed up to date. As we returned to the building, she then states that your car was parked over the lines. Well that s put in the paperwork. Well I was unaware that was the solid issue. Therefore I was misinformed and there has been much miscommunication within in this one visit .May I speak with the manager. She then continues to try and convince me that nothing more can be done by showing me a group chat text which they exchange clarification amongst themselves and not the proper documentation and customer .. When the manager comes out she states that I understand my team made a mistake and I can take $50 dollars off.. I asked can more be taken off due to the fact that documentation was improper and I was misinformed and the team handled protocol improperly. She begins to be condescending. She then stated , I don t have to give you anything off . I can just talk to my team . As a tax paying citizen who showed much respect , grace and understanding this was ill mannered and rude. For all the miscommunication and misconduct that I received on today , I pray that people would show more grace and professionalism in higher positions because there is always someone above you! As a working professional, it is my hope that you do not choose to work with this company until they can learn how to file proper documentation, customer service development and general kindness to people.Best Regards, Ms. Butler

I was stuck on side the road and Josh was my God sent. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road. You all do not understand all that he did for me. I can't thank him enough! I really wanted to give this man a hug! I was having the worst day but Josh was my light at the end of the tunnel. I really hope this company see this and recognize him. I don't usually leave reviews but I have to . Josh customer service was 5 stars! APEX towing if you read these reviews, please recognize Josh! He should be commended! I could go on and on about the service he provided me and with a smile. On 3/30/23 Josh was the best part of my day! I pray that I never need another tow but if I'm in that area and that happens, again, I don't want anyone but Josh from APEX towing!!!!

This company illegally tows vehicles. My mother is disabled and parked in a handicapped parking spot. The man claimed he did not see her handicap sign in the window and hooked up to her car. We tried to stop him but he wouldn t even talk to us until he hooked up the car. We explained that she does have a handicap sign and that it is in fact in the window. The man said sorry, but once it s hooked up, you gotta pay . Told my mother he would impound it unless she paid $200 right there. She didn t break any kind of rule whatsoever. She had every right to be in that parking spot. We called their office and they said they were investigating it but they never did anything. This is beyond WRONG and ILLEGAL!!!! What kind of business would do this to a disabled person?Edit to add: the driver s name is Raphael.

Unlawfully towed a vehicle from a visitors spot at Helix Apartments citing that the spots was not visitors and had white lines. Even though the spot is clearly marked yellow as to show it is visitors. And to anyone who lives at helix, it is common knowledge that visitors parking is beyond building 58. What a joke of a company to prey on unsuspecting guests who choose to visit here. beware of the boogeyman known to the public as Apex towing .

These guys did a great job with my car, they are not the type of mechanics you have to blow up to receive your car back. They work in a timely manner and keep in touch with their customers. I highly reccomend these guys !!

Prey on college kids and visitors using scummy tactics and borderline collusion with local apartment complexes. Will tow you for one rule then change it to cover themselves no matter what you agree to. Don t trust them and always document your spot before they try to change their story. Don t sign for your vehicle until you inspect it either (they will very forcefully tell you you can t see your car until you sign a document stating no refund and that they re not liable).

This place illegally towed my truck from my apartment complex claiming I was parked in a compact car zone when my truck was not. Those zones are clearly marked so trucks and SUV s do not park there. They drug my 2500 down the street ( I always put the parking brake on), without the use of a rollback or dolly. They then also broke my windshield and refuse to rectify the issue not our fault they claimed. They prey on college students and refuse to accept any fault of their own. I can t wait for this place to be sued.

What is there to not recommend? Up front work-load time, near perfect communication, patience in my lack of understanding of some processes. These guys are TOP NOTCH. Benjamin Shurdenand his crew bring the perfect trifecta of mechanical knowledge to the table. Kudos guys, seriously. Thank you guys for all that you do. Got my Suburban running far better than it ever has.

A company that preys on the most vulnerable. This is the worst sort of business as they go after the disabled and poor college students. As you can see by all the other reviews, this is an ongoing problem. Committing illegal acts to keep their business afloat is all anyone needs to know about the caliber and decency of this place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!

Horrible service, the unit reason I gave 1 star is bc I had to. They don t care about customers or how they leave your vehicle even after paying. The owner blames everything on his mechanics and staff. My vehicle went back 5 times within two days. Went in with one problem came back with several others. The original diagnosis was a broken wire after taking it back several times it s all off a sudden the catalytic converter but why wasn t that the original issue and why did my vehicle not have that same problem before. Then on top of that they put a broken fuse box in my vehicle that they zipped tied to hold in place after his mechanic broke my original one trying to replace a wire and the whole fuse box turned over causing my truck to cutoff and backfire constantly within an hour of picking it up from supposedly being fixed and wanted me to pay for something that they were suppose to have already fixed the first time after I took it back. The owner stated to me he can t eat the part. I wouldn t take my scooter to these ppl ever again.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

By far the worst repair shop in starkville,I was charged 200 dollars for a repair they didn't even repair,the old part was still on my car,they are rip offs and I wouldn't recommend anyone to take the car there,I took my car back so they could fix what I already paid them to do and they wanted to charge me again,on top of when I picked my car up,something else was wrong.they suck

My car got towed because I double parked in the two spots I own at my apartment complex. What a joke. They set their office hours to be 3-5 on Saturdays so that it is hard get your car back on the weekend which forces you to pay a storage fee.A dirty and predatory business practice.

These people lurk and prey on college students. I understand that rules are rules but when you are standing there with pass in hand and they refuse to back away from the car (that had not been fully hooked up yet) unless you pay $150, it s just plain cruel. The employee had no empathy, only cared about making money. I hope you enjoy your stolen cash.

Josh was awesome! He came to my rescue and got my car delivered to the car repair shop. He was very professional and courteous. My wait time was minimal and I appreciate his service more than words can say!

Google asked if I owned this business. Upon paying 217 dollars to receive my vehicle so I have a way of getting to class, I d like to think I do own them. I have parked in this same spot countless times without issue (including the night before), but suddenly, we have a problem. 217 dollars. Think about how much that is then they have the gall to laugh and giggle in your face as you fork over your hard earned dollars (broke college student, keep that in mind) to their parasitic company that leaches and exploits young people. I could understand a reasonable fee I can admit I m in the wrong spot, but when I parked there less than two hours before without incident and I m asked to drain my pocket book (which is already quite light) due to something so trivial, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. 217 dollars is nothing to them. They prey on college students. Bourgeois

Ralph Woods at Parrish Towing is who you want to call if you ever need a vehicle towed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was at work, and needed the vehicle towed from my home to the dealership. I was able to go to work, and not worry about anything. He got all the information via text and took care if it. He even worked with my insurance, so I did not have to pay out of pocket. He was prompt, patient, professional, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done at the least inconvenience to me. If you ever need a tow, call Parrish and ask for Ralph Woods. You won t regret it!

Mrs. Mary the receptionist was so sweet and considerate my entire interaction. As a female, I was nervous about leaving my vehicle with a mechanic! But she made it so easy for me and kept me posted on cost of labor and the status of my repair!!!!Cost of labor which was reasonable I must add!!! The other receptionist, I didn't get her name, took out the time to call me a driver to take me to work!!! She was a doll!!!I plan to refer all my friends and associates to them! Yes all my business go to them!!! Friendly and caring staff!!!Thanks Mrs. Mary and staff!!!Satified Customer here!

Ben, Kevin, Mary, Josh and the whole staff at Parrish Towing are extremely intelligent, nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable on all things car related and have helped me on all my vehicles for several years. They are quick to respond and get you back on the road. I truly appreciate everything they do for me and my family. I would recommend them to everyone.

I cannot say enough regarding the excellent customer service I received during my recent experience with this company. I was especially impressed with the receptionist Mary and her level of professionalism and genuine concern during a very stressful time for me. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met quickly and efficiently while maintaining a very friendly demeanor. I will be sure to be a returning customer thanks to her efforts to provide complete satisfaction!

this company preys on the vulnerable population of college students. congratulations, i might not be able to pay my rent this month purely because i was parked right next to a visitor spot. but pick me, not the literal broken down truck that s been parking in a visitor spot for months. i hope this company sleeps well at night making a living off of others suffering.update: towed again a month later when i was correctly parked. last time i was towed they did not tow the car that was in this parking spot, but yet they towed me??? and then kept telling me I was wrong when i ve been visiting at this apartment complex for two years?? completely rude and would not listen to me when trying to tell them that i was parked correctly.

My experience with Parrish towing was excellent. Raphael was very professional and extremely courteous. His arrival time was very proficient. Mr. Woods took great care of my vehicle. I will definitely be recommending and using Parrish Services again. Thanks again Raphael!!
