Arrived around 10:45 and found the front door to be locked with one employee inside. About fifteen minutes later another employee arrives and goes around back. 5 minutes later he shows back up and tells us we can come in, if a place of business has an opening hour of 8am why did I have to wait in the parking lot for twenty minutes at 11am.very dissatisfied with the service and will go to a competitor from now on.

Canishia gave excellent customer service! She recognized when I was still under warranty and wasn t aware. She did it all with a smile in this Mississippi heat! Blessed my day!

Went in with a taillight issue and figured it out without having to buy anything. Bot was the most helpful employee I have ever encountered. Cannot recommend this location enough. 5 stars.

I've always had an excellent experience here. Recently, the shop was temporarily out of the part I needed, they provided references to other sites that may have it, and went out of their way to assist me when my vehicle needed a jump to get going. Kind and courteous, will always recommend.

So my boyfriend and I went about 9 am Saturday morning to get some car wash stuff. We were the only ppl in the store and the cashier did not come to check up out. After sitting at the cash register for about 5 minutes the cashier comes to the computer and still didn t check us out. We left the items on the counter and left. They re customer service is TRASH!!

I went to this store to purchase a refrigerant kit. The store associate recommended a kit to me and brought me to the cash register to check out. The associate unwrapped the kit and attempted to use it on my car. After some unsuccessful attempts, I requested to refund the item. Although never even touching the item throughout the entire process, the manager on duty refused to give me a refund. Highly dissatisfied with the store. Wouldn't recommend.

I love this place. From ordering online and picking up from the store they have great online service and face to face customer service. They always have what I need, great pricing and awesome discounts. The people are a plus with this company!

ppl were real nice. helped me to order my stuff. came in on different days so they put ot all together until last part came in so i only had to go and do one pick up of items. thanks a lot for helping me

Very friendly and helpful staff. Will go the extra mile to help diagnose and pick out a part for you. On some items they are a tiny bit pricier than other places but not by much, they do offer a student discounts which offsets that and more. This is the only place I go to in town for car parts.

I walked in today, on a Sunday, to not 1, not 2 but all 3 employees in harmony asking me "How can we help you?" Really crazy to see that let alone on a Sunday!

My go to stop for all my supplies for my vehicle, they also helped me install my lightbulbs on my vehicle and ran diagnostics to find out why my abs and traction light were on
