I am very displeased very upset these ppl sold me a tire with a slit in it. Also persuaded me into ordering a tire they suggested for my four wheeler i never liked the tire from the just still order it knowing the tire was too big for my bike they mounted the tires on the rim before i could see the wheels in person to look at them, they went on and mounted them so i couldn t return them. I get there pull to the back cause I m handicap i see these huge tires that look like they can fit on a truck all the workers in the back even said Man your putting these on your truck i was like dang ain t no way they expect me to get these on my bike. So he forced them on trying to encourage me they gonna work he slit my floorboards it s still rubbing I m definitely afraid to ride it. These wheels were definitely forced on me and I m beyond upset I m stuck unhappy to pay for a slit tire that looks like a beach ball on my tire. I will no longer continue business with them this is beyond sad now I m stuck with a payment and huge wheels i cannot use. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting this business and I was so pleased and satisfied with the service. I only went in to get a few tires plugged or patch and I was recommended that I needed brand new tires due to the upcoming weather. I was a little reluctant because I was on a budget but needed to be on the highway immediately for a family emergency and they saved the day! They also have other fancy wheels you may want to check out as well. John and the owner Sam customer service was awesome!! So thanks Uncle Sam s Tire and Auto!!!

Had a good experience, needed four new tires, they were honest and genuine. I was able to get affordable tires and balance etc, will not go anywhere else from now on.

Easy and fast. Put new rims and tires on my truck in about an hr. And a half.Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchase.

Had a decent experience. They left scratches on my truck. Cut on my truck as well. Other than that, any other problems I had were resolved.

Leaving a written review for Uncle Sam s Tire and Auto would be shallow and daffy to fully experience this establishment to the fullest you ll need to visit them!You get service, speed and savage prices from these guys!No need to go to the big chains when you need tires and rims, Uncle Sam s has you covered and then some!Thanks again Sam!

I bought tires from them I month later tire wearing was very bad and they offer no tire wear warranty also the broke one of my wheel locks and when I wen back up there the representative was rude and offered no solution but to give me a choice to come back Monday to talk with the owners which will cost me more gas

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam at uncle Sam's tire today. I deal in the tire business as Sam does and the experience I had was excellent. My store is right down the street from Sam's and as I was dropping my truck off he noticed I was gonna walk to my shop and had his worker [dave] take me to my shop. Among completion of the job on the truck, Sam drove back down to my shop and picked me up so I didn't have to walk. Not only was that great customer service but Sam was honest about other possible problems. All in all, a wonderful experience and phenomenal workers and staff. I look forward to doing business with these folks in the future. Thanks

Uncle Sam s is one of the best in the business. I ve had them install tires and tie rod ends, and they ve done an alignment for me. Sam, TJ, and the whole crew are always quick, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Went in early on my way home from work they got me a tire and got on in a fair amount of time, unfortunately I had a 3 Bic lighters in my cubby and 1 was 20 years old and can't be replaced, as it was the lighter my dad had on him when he passed away 20 years ago. I will not be back and I will get in contact with the BBB, the Mayor of Southaven, whom I went to school with,the Chamber of Commerce, any media outlets that I can and will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

After I left my truck with them my truck go to the left side in scary why when I hit the bricks and when I went to them they want me to pay 1200 $ and they not shore if that will resolve the problem and in same time my truck was have no problem before I left it it s 2021 truck

I have never in my lifetime of owning vehicles been more satisfied with a tire shop.These men are very knowledgeable and experienced to the T! The service is extremely fast too! I will definitely be returning again fir the 4th time!

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with them. They installed a lift and some tires on my truck. The tires they installed were to big and were scrubing. I made sure with the manager before buying the tires about the scrubing he said they would not scrub. Next morning when I noticed the tires scrubing I went to the shop. The manager was not there and they never gave me a solution to fix the problem. They also told me that they got ahold of the manager and that he told us that the tires would scrub. They do not stand behind their work. I paid 4000 dollars and it s not fair that they don t fix their mistakes.

First time for me dealing with uncle sam s tireThey treat me like a regular customer,and the best thing they did a great job working hard to put a leveling kit on my hybrid f150 with ccd suspension which is a lot of places they refused to do it because they not willing to do something new , but these people tried a different kits, contact customer service of readylift to try to fix the issueAnd they got it right, for sure I will switch all my business over to them because they deserve it I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE

Uncle Sam s Tire and Auto is a great place to take your car if you need new tires, alignment, or etc! The mechanic work is high quality and professional. The customer service is also top notch. I rate this shop with five gold stars!
