My wife and I were moving across country and our truck dropped a driveshaft in Memphis. The tow truck driver hooked us up with T and B Truck Repair and they fixed us up as soon as the parts came in. We are very happy and really appreciated them fitting us in. The truck runs great and we highly recommend Bubba and and all the people at T & B!

Had 2 engines rebuilt on 2 dump trucks and they done a great job on both trucks.

Our driver was at a receiver approx. 5min down the road from T&B shop. Our truck died, we asked if they could bring us a metal fuel filter they said yes and it would be about 30min. This was at 9am, they didn't show up until around noon with filter. they handed my driver the filter and tool to change filter and watched him do this. Truck still wouldn't start so they put a computer on truck and told my driver the high pressure fuel pump was out and left stated they couldn't get him into there shop until maybe the following day or day after that and charged us $468.17. They miss diagonosed the truck completely. We had another company come out A &A diesel repair way better people to deal with got there when he said he would and diagonosed the truck. We had air in the fuel line. He put a pump on line removed air problem solved. Oh and was way cheaper. I would not recommend T&B to tie my shoe.

We took our truck there to have some work done on it. They couldn t get to it right away but since we weren t in a hurry we agreed to leave it there until they could do the work. My husband was sure to tell them the water needed to be drained before cold weather came and Bubba assured him he d have it done. We followed up a few times to be sure and we were repeatedly assured it was drained. Fast forward a few months when they were able to start work on it. Guess what....engine block cracked. The water hadn t been drained after all. So the truck we DROVE up there had to be TOWED home. They accepted no responsibility. On our way to small claims court over it because the entire engine has to be replaced.UPDATE: 8/21/19We received the judgement from Small Claims Court today. Judge ruled in our favor for $3,564.00. The counter suit that T & B filed against us was dismissed. T & B took an attorney to Small Claims Court and sued us for his fees. Thankful that now we ll be able to replace our engine and get the truck back on the road after 8 months!

I had a oil cooler put on here and when my wife picked it up it had no oil pressure on the gauges after pay a bill of 3700$ they had me bring it back to plug in the oil Sensor then change me 125$ then I found oil in my radiator so it was never back flushed properly I was afraid to take it back to them and be changed even more money won t go there again ever!!!!
