They were very busy when I called to see about having my window replace. Someone broke into my truck the night before they told me they couldn't take any appointments so I dropped it off at 8 AM. They had it ready by 10:30 AM. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and new her stuff..

They got me in for a right passenger back window replacement the same day that I called. They were swift, friendly, and affordable. I drove from Bartlett to Southaven for this awesome service and would do it again!

Wonderful staff, quick service, awesome work.Needed front and rear windshield fixed due to cracks on the front and defrost not working on my rear.Nobody could tell me how to repair the rear defroster, but these guys knew exactly what it was and had the tool to test it.Highly recommend.Oh and they do tint with lifetime warranty!

The service and time it took to get in and out was perfect! Snappy beat every other place in DeSoto county on the price of a new windshield for my SUV. The owner even saw my new wiper blades sitting on the front passenger seat and offered to install them for me. Exceptional service today is all I can say!! Had a 9:30am appointment to have a window regulator replaced; got there 10 mins early and they immediately took my car back. When I scheduled the appointment they told me it would take an hour to complete so was more than happy when they had me done by 10am...barely 30 minutes from start to finish!! The price I paid was very fair and teuly enjoyed talking with Brandy at front desk because she is a hoot. Highly recommend Snappy any time you need an auto glass repair!!

Got tint done on 2 front windows and 2 small corner windows. Price was fair. Did not get a call when it was almost cometed. Happen to call to check and was told closing in 10min and almost done. So I hope if they were planning on keeping over night I was going to be notified. I would have not been happy. Flew up there and got my truck,quality work.

I took a bad hit from a rock (or something) on the interstate. Took my truck to Snappy who said it couldn't be fixed because it was already running in multiple directions. So I made an appointment to have the windshield replaced. I was in and out in an hour. Great experience as usual with this business. Although, thankfully, I don't need them often, I'm glad they're there when I do!

The owner is very unprofessional and has the WORST customer service. I had my pool house windows tinted, after a couple of weeks of it being done there were very large air bubbles. I had to contact the owner, who did the job, MULTIPLE times and he kept telling me that "he would get to it when he had time." I paid for a service and expect it to be done correctly. I feel like all he cares about is getting his money and once he gets it he no longer cares about the service that he did whether it was correct or not. I would never recommend this place to anyone due to the inconvenience that he has put me through.Service: Installation

I don't know where to start. I was referred to Snappy Windshield to tint windows on my auxiliary building. Initially I thought it was a decent job until a few months later when the tint started to peel. I reached out to Doug (the owner) thinking I would get good customer service and the repairs would be forthcoming, but instead I was astonished at his lack of professionalism. Initially I was given a 6 month window of when he would come repair his poor workmanship and when I persistently told him that is not an acceptable range he used profane language and then hung up the phone. When I hired him initially he was cordial and I felt I was dealing with a professional company and a decent individual which later was discovered to be a false assumption. Doug is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever worked with and will turn on you the second you pay him. I urge you to stay away from him as he is not skilled in his trade and cannot accept when his work is of poor quality. I would be hard pressed to recommend this outfit to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!! He will take your money and ignore you when you report problems. The word "warranty" does not exist in his vocabulary!!!!

My husband and I have always used Snappy for all our vehicles and even our company trucks - tint and cracked windshields. We have never had one problem with their work. They are extremely meticulous, professional and talented! Their prices are very fair and they do not try to rip you off. I will never go anywhere else and refer everyone to Snappy. Brandy, the receptionist, is so sweet and hilarious! She makes waiting fun!!

Ao inconsistent, couldn't even tell me what time to come so I didn't even bother after he gave me a time window, give me a hour and a half and then come, really, how do I know you will even show up yourself

I've not only known the people all my life, but know that all the bad recommendations made about this business are completely false. The owner Doug and hid crew will do anything to help you with any issues that may occur before or after your visit to the facility. If there is a bad rating, it's because the person didn't want to take the time to politely ask for the problem to be corrected. The receptionist is Brandy, she is always polite. The tinting is dan by the owners son and he always insures that you will have only the best service available. Par none, will you ever achieve the amount of years of business that they have with such un-biased attention as others have. If you believe what you read; then believe my rating over the rest, because I'm a huge critic of all businesses. THIS COMPANY WILL MAKE SURE YOU DRIVE AWAY SATISFIED! Fast and friendly. I came in on 3/5 with my GMC Sierra to get my windshield replaced. When I picked my truck up, everything seemed fine. It wasn t until later, when I picked up my grandkids that I noticed there glass shards on the dashboard and in the passenger side floor board as well as old rubber left everywhere. It seems like it wouldn t take but a few seconds to clean all their trash out. That should be common procedure. There was plenty of time for this, as I dropped my truck off, instead of waiting. The best experience I have ever had with a windshield shop. Friendly and family style staff. Showed up early for my appointment and they got me right in and out in 30 minutes. Can t ask for anything better. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

The lady was very rude with me. My windshield cracked on the way to southaven. So when i got there i started calling around. The price wasn t that bad but the appt time didn t work for me. I told her just that. I also told her i would try a few more places and see if they had earlier appointments, and if not i would call back. She immediately became rude. I found a place that was the same price with a later time frame, i went with them because they were polite. If u sont have manners, u shouldn t answer the phone

My truck windshield seems to be a rock magnet. Snappy did a great job. They even picked up my truck from my work, replace the windshield and returned it to me. That's customer service. I had a broken passenger side mirror and they took care of that for me too. Great people with a great service. I highly recommend them.
