My review is a little mixed. In terms of the quality of the work that was done, it seems like they did an excellent job. My main complaint is the time it took to do it and the way wrong expectations were set from the beginning. Originally, I was told by a lady at the counter that the job would take 2-3 weeks to complete. However, it took a little over 6 weeks. My understanding is that it was difficult for them to receive parts in a timely manner from Toyota. In addition, they did have my vehicle over the end of the year holiday season and a week-long period of record-breaking lows and snowfall.For the first three weeks, I received zero communication from them about the status of the repair, but when I pursued it and was connected with Peyton, the communication improved tremendously. Peyton has good people skills and clearly communicated the difficulties they were having in completing their projects on time due to various factors (getting correct parts on time, the recent weather, etc.). Overall, I am happy with the end result, but I would suggest being more upfront at the beginning on timeframe.

I had my car serviced here after an accident. It was during the last ice storm they rushed my vehicle out the door, leaving tape spots on the side of my vehicle from I assume holding the rear bumper up for placement. As well they didn't even think about adding the clips to the front bumper as that was part of the estimate. They Definitely don't pay attention to detail. Insurance companies should remove them as a go to location.Service: Body & Trim

From the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up I was in constant communication with the repair shop. I appreciate the fact I knew exactly what was going on with my repair. I was contacted EVERYDAY with an update. Even when I called to inquire for additional information someone always picked up the phone and that says a lot especially in customer service! They were always friendly and always helpful! When it came down to the day to pick up my car I love the fact that Aaron went above and beyond for me by staying after closing. Even when I arrived after closing he was still friendly still smiling and still giving me the best customer service. I appreciate service king and its employees for making a hard time so much more bearable!!!Service: Body & Trim

I still haven t gotten my car to review the repairs however, the experience so far hasn t been the best. My pick up date has been moved three times. My first pick up date was the 22nd, and I went up there to check on it and there was no progress. After this they changed the date to the following Friday which was the 29th. I called the day before to confirm AND the day of and they said it would be ready. After I arrived up there we were told to come back on Monday for pick up because one of the workers misplaced a part. I was lied to about my car being ready even when i called 30 minutes before , to still MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS READY, and it wasn't, so unprofessional, and the miscommunication was annoying! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. Do not use them for any work. They give one time line and do not stick with it at all. I've waited 2 weeks on an estimate that takes 30 minutes or less.

I wasn't happy with the repairs @ all. I was told my car would be ready 7/14/23, they called/texted me several times on a Friday afternoon (a week ahead of time) to pick my car up asap. They texted and said if I didn't pick up I would be charged a storage fee starting the following Sunday. I picked my car up on Monday. The handle wasn't repaired, there was "pimples" in the paint, a small hole in my tint. The first stop I made which happened to be 100 miles from home (getting gas), I went to get back in the car and the handle came off. I have a brand new car 2023 with no prior damages before a hit and run.

They were friendly and kept me informed during the entire process. However, my initial date to pick up my vehicle was the 19th of May. It is now the 5th of June, and I am yet waiting. Before they were actually off schedule with having the car finished, they continued to try to get me to pay my deductible upfront just in case I would be a day or two late coming from my vacation. I explained that my insurance carrier had already paid the full face value of the estimate upfront, and they had no reason to worry the small remaining balance would be covered as soon as I returned or when the car was finished. The young lady at the front desk then said they have a storage fee. Well, to say the least, I'm back from the 2nd out of town stay and still waiting.

Don't go here they wasted my time took in for a estimate waited 2days cause they said they would have it done...3days past no called so I pulled up they say we still working on it.. 2days past still no call so up again they give me the same answer still working on it..Still no call in a couple days pull up again to tell me we don't work on aluminum cars why u didn't tell me that the first day I came in.. they are so unprofessional wasted my time a whole week I could have been went somewhere else

This company had my truck in there for fender damage, had to take it back in because my truck had spots that didn't have paint, and after second visit my truck had Runs in the paint!!!! it never got fixed!!!! I have to many things to do then to run and get my truck dropped off over and over again for unprofessional, substandard work that's never done right.now the plastic around the headlights is broken loose and they won't return my phone calls!!!! DONT'and I am telling everyone I meet to never go here!

The service was the most thorough I have ever seen, they were prompt and courteous my vehicle was finished on time. They kept me informed with daily text message updates and invited me to call anytime I needed to. I strongly urge you to use service king for all your vehicle repair needs. Service King is absolutely amazing from the customer service to the repairs. This place is highly recommended. They call and text to give you updates before you could even call them which makes the process so smooth. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They are very fast paced. My repairs was done before the scheduled date. I have a 21 Kia Telluride and they made it look like the day I got it off the showroom floor or should I say better because of the shine it had. Service King did an excellent job repairing my car. They made sure to keep me informed the entire process. I didn t have to guess about what was being repaired because they sent a detailed report of what was being done. They gave me a date and my car was ready on that date. The customer service from the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up was exceptional. Called on 6/27 & scheduled the appointment for 8/22 to repair my vehicle after an accident through the person s insurance who hit me. The employee on the phone confirmed they would be able to work with the insurance company. Got a call 8/19 saying they would be cancelling my appointment because they do not do work with that insurance company, and the desk people have been scheduling appointments anyways. The lack of communication and lack of organization is pathetic.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely love them! They fixed the chipped paint on my Acura and it looks amazing! They are also less expensive than other paint shops in Southaven! Front desk was so helpful, and I got my car back fast! Absolutely will go again for any auto paint needs!

My front bumper was damaged in an incident. I took it to Service King and it was repaired/replaced in a week. I was extremely pleased with the work. The lady that checked me in and out was wonderful and professional. The GM Mr Lawrence was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car!!Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic work, professional environment and excellent customer service! The GM Chris called me with updates regarding revisions to my estimate to explain everything before just proceeding. I also received daily personal phone calls from Kellie with updates on what stage of the repair process my vehicle was in and what the next stage would be. I am extremely happy with the final results and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicles! A big thank you to the Southaven Service King!

Save your time and go anywhere else. I ve been bumped twice due to capacity. This last instance they waited to inform me that they were going to have to reschedule me. The manager, who couldn t maintain eye contact, said we need to reschedule; she couldn t work her own system nor figure out how to reschedule me. She handed me off to another employee and she couldn t reschedule me either. Received a text from this location that they missed me. In short, this circus of incompetence isn t worth your time.

DO NOT USE EVEN IF USAA SAYS THEY ARE THE PREFERRED SHOP.Service King ruined the carpet in my vehicle, broken my driversife sun visor, and broke sun/moonroof while repairing a rear-end collision and will not return my calls. Yes, I called and messaged about the problems caused by service king and no one got back to me. Still driving my garbage smelling car and spent over $1000.00 to have the damage repaired

They were extremely polite, professional, within great timing and gave me an overall wonderful repair service experience. This is the worst bodyshop!!!! I took my car there at 8am for an estimate. They said they would email it to me. After 5 phone calls off and on all day a Woman named Kelly finally emailed it to me at 4pm. The estimate turned out to be an absolute joke!!!! Half of the damaged parts weren't even mentioned. The previous body shop estimate was much more thorough. And about $2000.00 more. This was a total waste of my time. Never go to Service king.

NEVER COME HERE!!! The staff is rude. Always ASSUMING that you re trying to get over on them. I hate it here. I ve been here a few times and this is by far my worse experience with them. They have no structure, unprofessional and not friendly!!! Even the supervisor was rude! Very nonchalant. They always want to ask for a survey, but service sucks! I can name my experiences in detail, but it s not even worth it. You will see if you go against my advice just how bad it is.

The manger DeWayne is amazing! If it weren't for him and his hard work my car would still be torn up (I had originally taken it somewhere that didn't do a good job at all) He was very upfront, honest, personable and gets the job done!. I got regular updates on my car and when I got my car back...it was finally right again! I would recommend him and his branch any day and am of the opinion he should get a raise and/or promotion for his efforts. Very personable and gets the job done!

Took 2 vehicles here after being in accidents and everything was great! They were very friendly and keep me updated the entire way either by calls or text. When I got my cars back you couldn't tell there was ever an issue.
