The only reason they got this one star is I had to give at least one to write a review, otherwise, it would be negative 10. My husband, David Blackwell took his envoy to them to replace an axle, they put the axle on BACKWARDS, AND IT WAS LOOSE as well , and as a result, it has worn out the bearings and now they have to be replaced. This was all discovered last week when he took it to a REAL MECHANIC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL TEAR YOUR VEHICLE UP!!!!

Took my car told them my concerns they had my car 3days and charged me over 1000+ and I had the same problems I took it in for. the days inconvenience me a little but I was ok cause I understood what the issues were with working it in. But to have it still have the exact problem. So of course I pick it up on a Friday drove it to work the next day and was so disappointed the noise sounded worse now Im worried They not open on the weekend and Labor day was Monday. So I took it back first thing Tuesday soon as they opened. They hadn't even called me about 230p so I cld them she said they hadn't checked it. Cld me after 4pm saying what they found and wanting more money I litterly cried what you found now is the same thing that was wrong a few days ago but you never mentioned it but now you see it. There was a lady in there bringing her car in I wanted to tell her what they did to me. But I didn't I know they probably been ripping her off for years she's elderly. I'm 62 but she was much older. I'm so disappointed. And out of a Lotta hard earned money. Lord fix this cause I can't.

06-30-2023 I d give this F$&@ing place a -5 if I could. Use to be a good shop before the owner died, now it s run by half as: people who don t know what they are doing. Took them 2 whole month for a motor swap, they had the motor for 1 month 3weeks just sitting there. Never keep you updated, act like you re inconveniencing them when you call. Then they charge you as much as other shops and the works not even reliable. TRUST ME AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE

You think they are nice people. They may act like it. But looks can be deceiving. They have a father and son working there who are also friends. The son is on probation and you would not want him working on your car.

They are a great company. Great people,you never have to worry about them not telling the truth about what's going on with your vehicle. They always get to the bottom of the problem,in a timely manner. Thank god for good people.

Sandy's is awesome! My family and friends have used Sandy's over the years and have been treated very well, and the skill levels of this shop is beyond reproach! Very fair pricing and just a great bunch of folks who care about there customers. Highly, highly recommended. They set the standard of what automotive shops should be, hands down.

I've been a walk-in customer on multiple occasions for cylinder head work. Never felt like my work was out behind more profitable commercial customers, and they've always completed work faster than expected and to a high level. I'm sure there are other shops that could do the work, but Sandy's came hight recommended and they've exceeded my expectations.

My go-to mechanic when I need servicing. Each time I've taken my car here, I've left satisfied. Their prices are fair, and they'll let you know if they can't do the jobs themselves. Their mechanics are also certified, and the owner is incredibly nice. I highly recommend.

Sandy's was recommended to me and now I know why. Very professional and polite. I was kept up to date on the repair to my wife's car during the process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

In the past I have taken my vehicles to them for problems that no one else in the Memphis area could solve. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to electric problems they have always been able to find them for me. I have a 2011 Sebring Convertible hard top. The problem is I need to repair, or replace the wiring harness that is located behind my backseat they won't do the work. So 3 stars for taking the easy way out and not even being willing to look. I still recommend Sandy's I'm just disappointed in them for declining to even lookService: Electrical

Hands down best repair shop for at least 1000 miles. And have some great mechanics that care about doing things just right! Great Labor rates!!

Great machine shop. Resurfaced my flywheel to a perfect finish. Very nice guy too, with an experienced crew in and around the shop. Would not hesitate to go back for more machine work to be done.

Don't know much about these people but I took my truck there to get the rear end looked at and Phil said I needed a new rear axle assembly. When I told him I would have to come up with the money he told me he would look at it again to see if he could fix my existing housing. Which is what he should have done the first time he looked at it. Sounds like he was to lazy to do the work. When I went to get my truck that I drove up there, I checked to see if he put my main bearing caps back on and found no gear oil in my rear axle with loose bearing caps. He knew I was going to drive it back home so why the he'll didn't he at least tell me he didn't put gear oil in. Bad business move Phil. I'm not stupid bud.

I had a new fuel filter put on my car and they done great work and they are very nice people and they are understanding and honest. I'll be taking my car back to get worked on again

Sandy was very nice and helpful. He was able to bust loose a hub barring when no one else in town was able to. He worked on it a lot longer then most would and didn't charge much.

DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY! These people are ripoffs. They told me a power steering pump tore a whole block off a motor. They really dont know what they are doing. They installed the motor wrong twice. And they dont really care they are screwing up. They just want some money. Doris is a liar. She told me if another mechanic told me the problem was due to there installation she would fix the car under the original warranty of parts and labor. WELL long story short as she was saying this to my face she had wrote on the receipt if i got my car looked at by another shop i voided my warranty. I was not dumb enough not to read the paper. But its a sign of her character. I paid over 4000 for the work they did and it was a waste of time and money. Im looking into suing now but DONT make the same mistakes I did. This is like a shade tree mechanic not a place for real work on a car.

STAY AWAY!! The absolute worse! I took my car to get the window repaired because it wouldn't roll up or down. They had me spend $165 on a part they had to order. Once it arrived and they attempted to install it I was told something else was wrong and they didn't need the part after all. This part was nonrefundable so I was out of $165. They were like oh well. Yeah but you misdiagnosed my car!

I didn't want to give them a star but had to so I can comment if u want your car fixed right don't take it here took truck there running went and got it not running on flat tire parts off which they charge me for I had to tow it home every time I called there it was either mechanic quit or on vacation they said they were trying to find a mechanic what's sorry is I revered a lot of people here n they want to do me wrong .It's ok lesson learn

We've done business Sandy for many years. They are our exclusive go to shop for head work. We also refer customers for certain jobs that we don't do. Good people!
