I use auto parts stores allot and have had both good and bad experiences at them but it never fails that this store has come through and has super friendly staff highly recommended

They never answer they phone, they pick up and just hang the phone back up in your face ,never saying anything at all .

The lady with the white/blonde hair & the young man I believe his name is Kyle were very unhelpful and very unfriendly. They made it very obvious that they wanted to rush me out because they had 5 min till they closed! Extremely low customer service skills!!

These guys really got my husband out of a jam.. i m only talking about nighttime employees! There s no way that they would ve been able to do anything better under my husbands circumstances!!!They are the employees that go way beyond the extra mile!!I m talking about the one on Goodman in between Swinnea and Tchulahoma in Southaven!! Way to go guys!!

Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand always offering to lend a hand and offer repair advice. Used the location on Goodman rd and Tchulahoma in Southaven since it s opening day. Never a bad experience.

Must be the difficulties in finding good employees. I went in and the THREE kids they had at the counter sat and argued over who's turn it was to get up and when one finally caved and decided to help me the other two sat on their phone. Very rude very disrespectful very lazy. I have 3 instead of 1 because i don't usually have this problem with the other stores so maybe its just this store. I suggest to keep driving. This is based on two visits to this store.

Bought a battery a year ago which was still warranty but the refused to replace it. The guy working there told me that it's still under warranty and it got a bad cell but won't replace it for me because they didn't store it under my phone number even though it's their brand. The one on hwy 51 is got better service

Attendants were very quick to help. Got what I wanted. I even received help installing my part by the staff. I felt the prices were fair/reasonable as well. It sure best having to go into Walmart. I'd go back.

Not wanting to help customer, wouldn't even look up to see if they had a part for me. Said if it ain't in the aisle I guess we don't have it. I Guess I will not be spending money at your location anymore either. And the bad thing was I was the only one at this location no other customers were in there it ain't like they were busy and could not help me.

My experience was excellent they knew what they where doing ask for a part no trouble at all they had the part in stock and if they didn't they order it and had the there by 3:00p.m. . Great people. Thank you.

I needed the 1234 Freon and although they actually had a small can of it, they could not immediately sell it to me because it was locked up and the key was with the assistant manager and she was not at the store at the time; however, Tiffany, was so kind enough to drive over to the assistant manager s home nearby and get the key from her, and then come back and sell it to me! They just earned a customer for life thanks to Tiffany! Thank you Tiffany!

Alternator went out. Call 10 times and they just kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I could hear talking in the back and someone kept hanging up. I did not visit because I did not know if they had the part. Autozone answered the phone and got the business.

Very very helpful and the employees can actually answer a question if asked unlike AutoZone which is a joke...For those who do not already know what the pros do, never buy anything electronic from autozone, go to O'Reilly and save yourself alot of time and money!!! If you do not save up front which they do price match so if you don't it's your own fault, you'll definitely save on labor by not having to replace the part twice.

I have been to this location three times I normally go to auto zone the first time was awful with the older guy my second time the guy met all my needs questions and concerns considering I am a female but it was 7:30 and a older guy was working on this particular day and I was asking a question and he did not answer any of my concerns nor did I need help all he kept saying was that we are closed but the doors was not locked usually when a place it s closed they let u know before hand and the guy was outside when I pulled up so I guess he didn t have time for my simple question about a tail light and key battery so I will not be coming back to oreilly for any service I will continue my usual auto part store which is auto zone

Very helpful with changing out car battery, checked car's computer as well as ignition, alternator, and battery. Reset computer when battery changed out. Good service all around.
