My car has been there for over a month. Got diagnostics and bad news about a part that gives my 200 oil to engine. Use my service provider for claim but only partial accepted. I did not accept denial so requested for adjuster to go back out. Only to find out that the service provider did not deny just asked for an exposure of the failure codes. The recepionist never set up for the adjuster to go baddck out, she only asked for the payment by credit card for the approved work. Receptionist had been saying every week adjuster will be here in 24-48 hrs. This was NOT true at all. Never had set up. So now I still wait for adjuster and now my car is stuck at this point. if i take it have to pay for another diagnostics and start all over. OR keep playing tag your it with shop and service provider. What should I do, I am paying for a car not in use and it seems the shop is not concerned because they have been paid for work. i dont understand why the receptionist called in the work and not the mechanic. service provider has all recorded calls saying she did not accept the required action needed for work to be completed. up to this point this place was ok, now it seems i have to involve BBB or consumer general. hope this review reaches the owner because I have requested to speak to him but he is never there. Hope i can get some help soon

The worst.....this place has my car since January and still have not finished my warranty claim. I have reported them to the attorney General, BBB, and FTC. Betty the receptionist has a job that requires changing information but she don't do it right. Pls whatever u do DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE. There are others with absolutely low prices but this one was close to my house given the condition of the car. I regret it terribly. Now when I call the number it can't be completed as dial pls check ur number and try the call again... wow I guess u will have to call the police now

Look at all of the one star reviews versus the five star reviews.The five star reviews are mainly supplied by Karzon, and the majority of the reviews are 1 star which are actual reviews.Karzon is an establishment that you take your car to if you want a simple repair to be made worse, then will spend a lot more money because they prey on ignorance and fear.The owner, Kelly Abedelkareem Karzon, is an individual that claims to be a forthright mechanical engineer.I would like to see this liars' authentic diploma and contact the institution to validate the diploma's authenticity..Abedelkareem is good utilizing the English language in order to cover faulty business practices.The workers are unskilled, and Kelly Abedelkareem and Arthur (Kelly's stepson that is on the spectrum) will both cover up the fact that Karzon does not simply fix simple issues.Karzon's "fix" is charging you for a simple disrepair (disrepair because Karzon does not repair intentionally), and then attempts to up-sale the customer by utilizing the customers' automotive ignorance to buy larger/more components and charge additional labor costs because "Karzon couldn't repair" with the materials and labor they provided in the initial quote/charge.Karzon preys on their customers' complete mechanical ignorance, and will double and triple charge customers with no hesitation to state the least.Unfortunately for Karzon, this "simple fix" was a job that I did not have the time to do myself, but am very well versed on how to repair.I made a horrible choice hiring Karzon for my simple repair.Attached are the pictures taken after I retrieved my vehicle from Karzon after I had taken it back to Karzon for them to repair their faulty work.Please note that an additional week had passed after I gave Karzon the opportunity to correct their faulty work.The pictures provided exhibit exactly how I received my vehicle after Karzon was supposed to fix their disrepair and allowed Karzon a second chance to make it right.Also, my carriage bearing was in complete working order before they told me it was bad. I knew this at the time, but was very sick, tired, and on medicine when they called me back and I told them to "go ahead and replace it".Please note the indications on my drive shaft where Karzon beat it off with a hammer and chisel, instead of utilizing the proper press for removal and installation.Look at the silver grease cover unattached from the carrier bearing, hanging loose to spin freely on the drive shaft after I received my truck after an additional week of Karzon having it.Also, my three universal joints were installed unevenly (one cap hanging further out on one side than the other.I only needed one universal joint replaced, not all three of my universal joints nor my carriage bearing needed replacement.Then, Karzon came back and claimed my drive shaft was warped/bent after Karzon replaced the parts because there was violent shaking after their "repair".That funny, because there was no "death rattle" nor violent shaking before Karzon "repaired" my truck.Karzon did not even care to reinstall the grease cap after I took it back to them for their faulty repair (look at the pictures).Karzon does not care about the quality of their work.I do not care about any well-articulated rebuttal Kelly Karzon attempts to claim because the owner, Kelly, is a well versed liar.Karzon is a dishonest company.I am upset that this dishonest company is in a good community and has local municipal contracts with our government, as I am certain that they are using the same dishonest business practices with our city and county municipalities, which our taxes also pay for.Karzon is garbage.Also, please look at Kelly Karzon's police mugshot stemming from an assault charge.Is Kelly Abedelkareem Karzon a person that you would trust with your vehicle?Look at his eyebags and the white part of his of his eyes turned blue.It appears Kelly Karzon had been doing cocaine at the time of his assault mugshot on 3/10/2021.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! READ:They kept my car a little over a month, never ever called to give updates NOT ONCE, WE had to call to see if everything was ok a few times because that s not normal, no calls turned from days to weeks but when we called no one ever gave us the price or any actual answers pertaining to the car just excuses and they also put parts on your car without the customer s permission! They informed me on the invoice AFTER we called to tell them we re gonna get it towed since theres obviously nothing that they can do. I needed a diagnostics test that s it, instead they put a part on my car, never discussed the part on my car or the invoice for the part! We arrive to pick my car up and we went from $123 to $269. No one called us not once for consent or for the increased charge of the work they never did plus that s not even what I asked for? Did we not call weeks ago prior to my car or literally the day before? You supposedly put a part on my car, didn t call once to tell me why the part was needed and if it was okay to resume after negotiation of the price or anything until I call to tell you I m picking it up? Also the mechanics reasoning for adding the part was not acceptable and it had nothing to do with what I originally needed their services for. You would think the woman at the front desk would call you with updates on your car but no she doesn t, she also doesn t have a pleasant attitude! Honestly this shop gives off a very awkward racist vibe. When we picked my car up, the mechanic didn t say a word, they NEVER discussed anything, they just deducted the additional undiscussed fee and that s it like no nothing no feedback, nothing this shop is the most unprofessional dishonest shop I have yet to come across!! If you re considering this shop, don t. If you read the reviews for this shop, they come off weird, idk why I ignored them. Lol don t ignore this one though!

I've been bringing my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 to karzon for a while now,and they have done solid work and continue to each time I go there. They recently put a Jasper Transmission in and it gets on down the road like a new truck. In the the near future they will be putting a engine in my wife's Ford escape and we can't Waite to get it back and driving again. Thank Arthur to you and you're team for everything you have done for us.

Wow! Half of this guy s positive reviews are written by himself or his family (see reviewers with last name Karzon). Not only that, but he ARGUES with anyone who even slightly criticizes him in the comments. He s a rude and aggressive man who made me feel extremely uncomfortable when inside the shop. Like someone else mentioned, he clearly has some anger issues. His prices are also super unreasonable.Also, Mr Karzon, if you decide to respond to me, sometimes people hide their real names on google for privacy reasons! So you better stop claiming everyone criticizing you never came to your shop!

My husband Andrew came here last Saturday to get our Buick worked on. We had never been here before. He decided to stop by and it was worth it. He had to get the motor mount replaced and a sensor on the tire and a 3 hour job turned out to be about an 1 and half to 2 hour job because they decided to put two people on job. Great job and parts are warranted. He bragged on service so I went and got my oil changed on my vehicle this morning. I felt welcomed from the time I entered til I left and the oil change didn't take long. We will be back. They have our business!!!!!

Used to keep their word. Called to insure they could to do the work. Explained I had purchased the water pump and son was unable to get it installed so I would have to have it towed to them. They said they could, I spent $150 to have it towed yesterday.They called this am and said would not work on it since we had already attempted.I asked the manager Scott to be re-imbursed my towing charges. He said no and I needed to have it picked up within 3 days or storage fees if $85 per day would be incurred.I am done with this business...not what that used to be for sure.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I Was verbally abused and threatened by kazim and kelly karzon who are apparently the son and father owner team of this business. Mr karzon became very angry after I entered his business and used the public waste receptacle provided in his lobby. I dont believe in intentionally harming anyones business. However after my experience with him, and a quick google search of his name, i am certian that he is a very unstable person and even has a criminal record for assault. I would b extremely careful when dealing with this person on any level. He displayed extreme hostility towards me which was witnessed by several people.

I was told about karzon thru a friend. I brought my 2014 Chrysler 300 to them & they worked with me and I appreciate everything Mr. Scott has done for my Chrysler 300. I would highly recommend anyone to stop by karzon and let these gentleman's do there job. I give them a five star check .

The people in this place are very nice and honest, I took my car here and they diagnosed my car, everything that was wrong with my car the showed me in person. The mechanic gave me a better price than all the other shops in town. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to everyone.

They put a motor mount on my truck it broke little less than 6 months and didn t warranty the labor nor the part so I was gonna agree to pay the labor they was gonna charge me $360.00 for 30 minutes work. A BIG RIP OFF. Carry your vehicle to gateway tire or Southaven car care.

This place is horrible.... I went and waited until they open at 7:45. Got into the place I was the 1st customer to give my key... I looked at them sitting around looking, talking and smoking cigarettes.... They took more breaks then actually working. They work ethics socks. I didn't leave until 10:00. The owner should make a rule no smoking while working.Service: Oil change
