Thankful for mom & pop auto shops such as Griffin & Son Auto Service, LLC! I was quoted $1200 from a big name auto shop for some work I needed (and didn t need, apparently) and Carson Billingsley got me fixed up for 1/3 of the price with an honest diagnosis!! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal service! I was experiencing some horrible scrubbing when driving. As it turned out, I needed brakes & rotors repaired BADLY. This was my first time here and these guys were able to service my vehicle promptly. Very very personable, which you don't find with a lot of today's companies. I kind of hate Google's search method, because this company should pop up on the FIRST page. Google clouds their results with "popular" big name companies that do half quality work, rather than best options at the top. I will definitely return for future work.

I recently made the switch to these guys for our fleet vehicles and I am glad that I did. Very professional and timely service, and the price is right. Mitch is a great guy and easy to deal with. They charged me half price for a vehicle diagnostic and the owner was a real nice fella. The news I got was terrible, transmission issues, but the service was pretty decent and it was close to home. Their door says they work on transmissions, but they actually do not and for that reason I give them 3.4 stars

These guys were great and did me right. Kept in touch with me about my vehicle. Showed and explained to me step by step what they had to do. Very professional and honest. I Highly recommend them. Thanks Griffin and Sons. My truck runs like it's brand new. I love my truck!!

Cant say enough about these guys, great honest service! I've been coming to Griffin for about 3 years now and I have no complaint. Biggest job they have done for me was a tune-up on my 08 Chevy suburban, still runs like a pearl!

Looked around at several shops till I found one I could trust with my 1940 Ford... Figured out and fixed front end / steering issue and installed new mufflers / fixed exhaust. They know their cars (and trucks)! Great guys.. fast service and very reasonable prices! Thanks again.

Loved it here...... antique car heaven. Stop by to look at cars with a friend who was car shopping! Lots of fun and the antique cars are Simply beautiful......takes you back in time. Rich history lesson from the nice owner and sons. Very nice people. Thanks Mr. Griffin!

They staff is very friendly and professional, the shop is very clean.i love the staff! I have taken my truck here a few times mostly for the same issue an O2 sensor I feel I should have gotten my money's worth the first time I spent over $600. My truck continues to die still, and idle badly. The last time I took my truck there it was because of my brakes and the O2sensor again and they said the brakes were fine clearly not because my brakes are smoking again and my truck continues to die and idle badly. The engine light comes back on a day or 2 after picking it up... The wait time on getting you vehicle back is 3-4 days minimum.

As usual, Griffin & Son NEVER disappoints. I have a 2000 Nissan Sentra with 288K miles. She drives better than ever! They're honest, reliable, and affordable and the only mechanic I trust. Highly recommended! Support this local, small business with your vehicles.

Who flustered up your vehicle?No problem. Let the Griffin & Son team "Do It Right" they are AWESOME!! This shop is VERY clean and the staff is personable and considerate. I cannot write enough nice things about this business.Heard a clunk then power steering went out while driving on the interstate. Pulled into Griffin & Son Auto after closing. Mr. Griffin came right out and showed me it was only a broken belt. He offered to fix it immediately if I had 30 minutes, but I decided to get a tune up while he had the car. My car was ready the following afternoon and the price was considerably less than quotes I received from 2 other garages.

I've had a transmission put in a 2008 Chrysler Sebring and work done on my 2007 Maxima. I just picked my car up and I was concerned that one repair they performed was done incorrectly and led to me needing a new compressor. Well Mitch Jr brought out the old compressor and showed me how it had went bad. He also saw that something wasn't needed which saved me money which he has done before. I trust them completely with repairs on all of my family's cars. Thank you for explaining the issue step by step.

My heat went out in my car and I called Ideal Tire and they referred me to Griffin Automotive in Southaven, MS. Mitch was awesome, great customer service, great office environment and great price. If you need any work done on your car Griffin Automotive is the place to go!!! Thank you Mitch!!

Very poor service. Took our 2017 Highlander for a regular tuneup(oil and tire rotation). They broke the cap when changing the oil and said that it was because the people that previously changed the oil(the Toyota dealership) put it on too tightly. They then made us pay an extra $40 for the cap. If you can t change the oil cap without breaking it, then why are you working on cars. Wouldn t recommend this place. Not an honest auto repair shop.

Husband went in one day talk to them they was wonderful than two days later he got into a very bad Motor Vehicle Accident left him in wheel chair. We are hoping to go back.
