Needed tow service for my vehicle. USAA contacted Glen s Garage. The driver arrived promptly with an impressive, professional attitude unlike the previous tow company (Bad Boyz Towing) USAA hired to do the job but never arrived, nor did they answer my calls. Worst experience ever... got my truck at the end of March.. took over two months to break down my motor. my insurance paid them 6,500 in June it's September and I still don't have my vehicle. One excuse after another I've dealt with better shade tree mechanics. They dont deserve the one star that I gave them

Ashley told we she would have a truck at location at 08:00, never called and ghosted us until almost noon then when they finally answered the phone and I told them why I was calling, she hung up on me. Unreliable, poor communication, and overall poor service, I'd use ANY company in the area over these people.Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

Tow truck person towed my car forgot to give my keys backed texted me and said my keys would be in their mailbox went all the way to the building to pick my keys up nothing there and when i called about the keys the woman that answered the phone told me maybe the person that had hit me and my child with their car picked them up because her driver didnt have them and hung up in my face and then texted me and said she has someone on camera picking them up when informed that i didn t know the person and asked if i could see the camera she refused because she knows she has noone on camera getting my keys other than one of her employees or he never turned them in very unprofessional very rude and if you are person of color please please please dont give these people your hard earned money cause WE are definitely not wanted there but OUR money is always accepted with the lack of respectService: Car towing

They trying to steal us $10,000.00 dollars cash. We purchased a tow truck from them, but this tow truck can't move because have some electric problems ans 1 tire was flat, they never give us the keys, and never give to us the towing truck, and never told us the tow truck had a salvage title, when we knew the problem, we asked them that we need to refund our money, they didn't want gave us the money back, and they move the tow truck for another place, I don't know what place was. We were to the police station for reported it twice, thanks to the police, specially to the officer Moore, they finally Refund our money by the force.

I guess it s 1965 civil rights era, they gave me a deer in a headlights look like I wasn t supposed to be in there shop. Not even a hello, how can we help you.Don t waste your time here especially people of color.

Mr. Glen has been my mechanic for over 15 years. I have always found him to be honest and fair, giving me advice that was best for me.... even when it wasn't best for his bottom line.His years of experience with cars have provided him with the expertise of the "shade tree mechanic" of my father's generation. Those men knew everything!!!I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!

Great service, friendly employees, and fair prices. The only price I wasn't impressed with was $60 to read a "check engine light" code. AutoZone will do it for free. But still really like these guys.

Very disappointed from that guy. Said will come to help for my truck in 30 min and after 2hours waiting we started calling but no answer at all. We have wasted 2hours waiting for nothing. Did not even answer the phone after 20 calls. Do not go there.

The staff was very friendly but they are super expensive. They charged me $35 to remove my cars round off oil drain plug (and I brought a replacement with me) which they would ve had to remove anyway since I got an oil change. Very unreasonable price

They were very rude and extremely unreasonable. I consider them right in the top 10 of rip-off places. Not only what I not recommend anyone to go there, I would warn everyone to not go there.

They are the best in town. Been using Glen for oil changes and tire repairs for forty years. Also towing a few times. AWESOME service

My wife car quit I called this guy it was after 6 he dropped what he was doing and rushed to go get her. Because of him I dropped AAA and their crap. He charged me only $85 for a 40 mile round trip tow. Compared to $5/mile for them a--holes at AAA.

Very good guys and very reasonable on their prices had a couple things fixed on my dodge ram here and they took care of it no problem will be returning for all my repairs

I locked my keys in the car and out of all of the people I called, they had the cheapest price, and they were at my location very quickly. Excellent service.

An amazing place for all car needs, the only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is that they seem to have an issue adding a screw when replacing oil
